The hotel's location is great, near Times Square with multiple subway lines. However, the room assigned by the front desk was in a terrible spot, facing another room's outdoor AC unit. On top of that, the indoor AC unit was very noisy, so much so that I had to turn it off to even attempt to sleep. The hotel's room service was also mediocre; they always forgot something, like disposable cups, or they'd take away the thin blanket provided the day before.

Located in Times Square, it's a pleasant walk to Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The rooms are a bit small, and breakfast is grab-and-go with three vendor options. I recommend Carve at the intersection of 47th Street and 8th Avenue for more choices. They also offer complimentary red and white wine every Tuesday and Friday from 5-6 PM. Pictures 4 and 5 are from Bond 45.

The only upside of this hotel is its proximity to Times Square. The facilities are old, the room is small and rundown, there's no fridge, the AC is extremely noisy, and the soundproofing is terrible.

The hotel is quite old, but given its prime location right next to Times Square, you can't really complain too much. However, the large industrial fan from the adjacent building right outside my room was incredibly noisy.

Room was quite small and basic, and walls were thin. Staff was very helpful. There is no on site restaurant except for the steakhouse so it was not an option for my 15 night stay to dine there every night. Great location near to Central station. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Despite facing challenges, she effortlessly secured a table for me at a restaurant and even sought assistance from her manager to ensure my comfort. Melissa, the receptionist, deserves special recognition for her outstanding efforts.

Furthermore, I was fortunate to have my room cleaned by Trina, a wonderful housekeeper with a warm soul. Her attention to detail and kind demeanor made my stay incredibly pleasant. Melissa's dedication to her job, along with her manager's support, resulted in a delightful surprise room upgrade. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout my experience. Overall, the entire staff's exceptional service guarantees my return to this establishment. Many thanks to these remarkable women for their outstanding hospitality!

Don't waste your money to come to this hotel , we booked 2 rooms, paid 1260$ for 2 nights, but gave us cheap rooms like hostel. room number 1026 was so tiny , dark, dirty, no enough lumps, it was for single person and its bed was like twin bed. And they give it to us for couple, when we asked to change the room they refused, the reception behavior was so rude, the African American lady in reception was so so rude. They also charged us 91$ extra as a resort fee per room, while had not been mentioned before and there was not resort. Free breakfast was awful . So abuser. Never come back here, and will ask my attorney to sue this hotel. Never come to this hotel to avoid destroy your trip.

Excellent food and service. Our food was at our table less than 10 minutes after we ordered. All the servers were nice. Our water glasses never had the chance to get empty because the water server was consistently checking on us. Absolutely impeccable service! You MUST try the pumpkin ravioli. Very close to the theater district, so it is the perfect pre-show meal.

So I went in and I picked the slice that looked most delicious. And it was delicious, no doubt! Yum! But it was $6,50. For one slice. Isn't that... kinda unethical? Like... is that cool? Even for Times Square. $6,50. Just think about that for a minute. Six dollars and fifty cents for one slice of pizza. It didn't even upset me, I was just genuinely astounded. I still am. I'm dwelling in astonishment as I write this. Wow... Wow.

Good Indian foods, little too spice. The restaurant ambience is not that great but the food is good. The price is also okay compared to other Indian restaurants in the area. We went there during our trip to NY and liked eating at this restaurant. I would recommend going to thhis restaurant if you don't mind spice food.

Horrible, unprofessional, and liar people work here! The food I ordered looked like leftover and smelled meat since I don't eat any meat that was unacceptable to me. I want the food changed to fresh food or my money back but the guy lied about the money I gave him. They took some of my money and no replacement food. I hope they do not give that food to someone.

It's okay if you're craving Indian food and this is the closest place to go to. But if you really want Indian food and love Indian food or want to try Indian food for the first time. Don't visit this place, find some other place in mid town.
