We stayed at hotel Five44 on our recent trip to NYC. For any future trips to NYC, I will be checking availability at hotel Five44 first. Rooms were clean and safe. Staff was great. Location could not have been any better. Never once did we feel unsafe in the area. Hells Kitchen is a beautiful and vibrant area of the city. I highly recommend Five44 as a great place to stay
Yes, indeed it is not a 5-star hotel, but we only went there to sleep. It was perfect for our needs. It is in an excellent location, offers great value for money, and the staff were always extremely kind and helpful.
Great place, our host - Miguel - was really friendly. Nice to stay for a city trip, simple but great stay!
Close to the city center and in a nice neighborhood.
Definitely coming back to this hotel!
I've gave it five stars, it's not a five star hotel per say. But the location is excellent, room was clean, bed was comfy, fridge microwave kitchen utensils available for use. Definitely value for money
Very very nice! Very clean the people are very nice helped us with a taxi..
Great hotel! Stayed here twice during my trips to NY. Very clean and staff were very nice. Looking forward to returning!

A solid 4-star experience at the Red Carpet Inn. The stay was comfortable and met my needs well. It's a reliable choice for the area, and I was pleased with the overall quality of my visit.
for an hourly rate, it's great. staff is friendly and neighborhood is familiar.
This joint is Good to bring a SEXY HOE FOR A NIGHT I tear sexy pretty Woman's
Very clean comfortable but when you check in you better be ready to check out they are very strict on that policly
Basic nothing special two star hotel. Lack of amenities
It was an ok stay, its the cheapest place we could find that wasn't booked. I agree with some reviews that the beds aren't the comfiest. Our room seemed clean enough. We did have to ask for towels. This hotel may not offer amenities like others do, but it's a budget place. But it included what we needed, which was a budget place, with free parking, and close to public transportation. We never felt...

There seems to be a new practice in tourist hotels to hold ridiculous amounts for incidentals. At this hotel it is 50$ which I understand goes towards their cash flow needs (since the money is taken out of my account) and was justified by incidentals such as bags of chips and phone charges (phone charges ? in 2024 ?). I am not happy about that, nor about the fact that the gym is super-small and with...
Near the Brooklyn Bridge, 5 minute walk (or less) from the Fulton St Subway station, free Wifi & breakfast, helpful, friendly staff. Interesting neighborhood, lots of shops & restaurants—check out the coffee, bread & pastries at Cafe Pataro.
Incredibly loud, but most of the staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean.
Felt very dated but not run down. Breakfast worked but wasn’t fantastic. Beds were comfortable. No TV channels but that’s not a big deal. My sink faucet was leaking like crazy all over the floor and the first words out of the front desk lady’s mouth was about my security deposit and asking me how I broke it. Made me...
This was a good NY trip. The hotel rooms have 2 Queen beds, which is not always available in NY. The hotel staff were were very pleasant, and seemed to be family run. Breakfast was above average. Location was excellent. 2 mins walk to South street seaport restaurants. 10 min walk to Freedom tower. We had stayed in hotels in mid- town before….. this is far superior.
We stayed here while on our first trip to NYC. This side of town much more mellow. Which I didn't mind. Hotel was clean, 9 floors and less 60 rooms if I'm not mistaken. All staff were very nice and pleasant. What really did it for me was Cesar in the café. Super sweet, very humble. Always helping and cleaning. Because of him and how he treated my family and all other guests there I would stay...
This hotel is in a very good location. Staff is friendly, sikliny, helpful and kind. Especially the front office. I can only reccomend. Breakfast offer is not that big, but you can still select eggs, some sausage, pastry, porridge, juices, fruits so for a couple days it is very sufficient :) Thank you very much :)

Great location for the places we wanted to visit. Staff was friendly. Amenities were just average. Would have thought to be better for the holidays and the high pricing for the stay. Parking rates were ridiculous! Bar was understaffed and far from exceptional with a small list of offerings. Waited over 35 minutes to get a second drink, but walked out as the server was no where in site, busy helping...
Could not reccomend this hotel anymore! Close to everything, stunning view of the empire state from our room. The staff couldn’t be any more helpful, always happy with anything we asked them, and told us to have a good day, every morning we went on our travels. Very clean, maid service daily! And even a little bonus when we told them it was out friends 40th birthday we were traveling for gave us 4...
Hopefully there is bottle water upon check in. Toothbrush provided that will be the best.

The room was quite clean and cozy. The location of the hotel is very convenient. You will be able to reach all the major sights in Manhattan easily on foot or by subway (several stations within a 2 minute walk from the hotel). Excellent hotel. Great location for a trip to New York. The room is cleaned every 3 days. On the first day, the air conditioning broke, and we froze as the room was 18 degrees Celsius, and my wife caught a cold. However, they quickly moved us to another room. Otherwise, the service was excellent. Good breakfast.
The room was spotless. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The breakfast was good too.
First time staying with Homewood - impressed with the facilities. Room is much bigger than most hotels in midtown. Breakfast is predictable but meets minimum standards. Definitely would return here.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful! The room was so clean and fit all of us comfortably. The breakfast was amazing!! Will definitely come back! Bonus, it's super close to times square!
Super convenient location, minutes to time square! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is offered to all guests, which comes handy. Also all day free coffee and tea for guests. Enjoyed our stay, thanks!
Right behind Times Square, a fantastic location. Even if you're out late at night, you don't have to worry about getting back. The front desk service is great and they even offer free bottled water.

Really easy to visit Big apple city😃
The room was clean and, though small, had a stylish interior which was great. They also offered free coffee, which was a nice touch. However, it took a long time for the shower water to get hot, and the heating kept turning on and off, making it quite cold. I also felt a bit uneasy that the curtains were sheer, as it seemed like people in the building across could see in.
This hotel is small but exquisite, very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Empire State Building, and there are many restaurants nearby. The only downside is the long wait time for breakfast.
The hotel's location is great, it's very clean, and the staff's service attitude is also good – everything was fine, except for the air conditioning. The AC really needs to be replaced; either it didn't work at all, or when it did, the noise was deafening, like sitting in a helicopter. We stayed for three days and had staff come up to fix it ten times.
Nice location: 1 min walk to 28st station, 7 mins walk to penn station, close to time squares and Macy’s
Good American style breakfast, wide selection of cereal
Small room, not very good tidiness, only 4 lifts which the building has a total of 46 floor, always have to wait for a long time
The hotel lobby offers coffee and tea. The room is small, but it has kitchen facilities for cooking. Breakfast is decent. For the price, it's quite good value for money in New York. It's also a short walk to a lively main street.

The problem
With the elevator is big
Whilst one of the elevators was still under maintenance the hotel staff has tried their best to facilitate a smooth and organised way to get everyone up and down. The breakfast was pretty varied with multiple options. Had a lovely stay otherwise and the location is perfect
The room was average, and the elevator was out of order.
Wonderful place conveniently located. Great staff! Will be back
Unfortunately, the air conditioners weren't working, but I guess that can happen anywhere. Otherwise, the workers were very nice and the place was clean.
I repaid for a single king bedroom for my husband and I and received a room wirh 2 separated double beds and the hotel excused that they could not change it, even while checking in others. The place is grossly overrated for the almost $400 nightly with tiny standard rooms that are sooo small that you can hardly change your mind. The marriot brand that is attached to this hotel is misleading. My...

Very clean and convenient, not very far from many tourists places, easy to get public transportation , nice area , many restaurants to choose from, very simple just love it , only one thing breakfast can improve a little, not to bad , but missing more items to choose from, overall everything was excellent
The room was very clean and tidy, meeting hygiene standards. The breakfast was also good, and the location was fantastic, convenient for walking and subway access. The only downside was that my new white shirt, which I left on the bed, was probably taken by the staff when they were making the bed. I couldn't find it. My $100 shirt was gone just like that! I contacted the front desk, and they said the...
The room was okay, nothing special. The location was really convenient, right on Fifth Avenue, making it easy to get around. I loved the place. It was a perfect hotel for my first time exploring New York.
The hotel has a great location, just a few blocks from Macy's and Koreatown, both commercial areas. The breakfast was average, the rooms were nice, quiet despite being in a bustling area, but the lighting was too dim. Cleanliness was average; some of the bathroom mirrors were rusty.
This is a great value accommodation. Koreatown is nearby, so there's no problem finding groceries or eating.
The room is a bit small, but with two queen-size beds, it's a decent budget hotel for sleeping.
Breakfast is complimentary, but it's only a light meal. Think of it as bread and coffee.
However, the small dining area makes breakfast quite inconvenient. So, on the second night, I brought breakfast...

My trip to New York was planned in advance. To spend a nice weekend with my husband and celebrate his birthday. Since it was our first time in New York, we wanted to see as much as possible. We booked this hotel, and we were not mistaken. We stayed at The Cloud One Hotel in New York in December 2025 for five nights and honestly couldn’t have been happier. The entire front desk staff was very friendly. We were scheduled to leave the day of the blizzard and our flight was obviously canceled. The team assisted with extending our stay and got us the best rate.
I only wish they had a better option for food onsite. It was difficult to find restaurants open during the big storm.
A wonderful surprise! We decided to try out a new part of town for our most recent visit to the city and are glad we found this Four Points. The staff - front desk, housekeeping, and all others we interacted with - were great. The room was reasonably sized (including a bathroom that made you forget you're in New York). We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect. You are literally close to everything. Hudson River only blocks away, little Italy and Chinatown, great museums all within walking distance and close enough to Chelsea's Market as well. I had an overall decent stay, but I expected a bit more since the hotel is part of Sheraton.
I faced two main issues during my stay:
1. There was a cold air leak coming from the window, and the weather was very cold. The staff fixed it temporarily by sealing it with strong tape.
2. The windows had no sound insulation at all. I was on the 8th floor but felt like I was on the ground level. I could clearly...
A big thank you to Christopher at the reception!
I have stayed at this hotel twice before and always enjoyed it. Unbeatable location and value. Unfortunately I got a bit unlucky this time with a room that was very noisy due to an AC being very close to the window from another building.

Conveniently located near subway station and have lots of restaurant nearby. Breakfast is okay. Room is clean but a bit small for 2. This hotel is in the perfect location. It’s close enough to plenty of bars and restaurants without being too loud or busy. The room was small but as expected for a NY hotel. Fairfield by Marriott Brooklyn provided a pleasant experience. The staff offered excellent service, and the location was super convenient. While the rooms were fine, the strong points for me were the attentive service and the hotel's accessibility. Would recommend it for these reasons!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. I originally booked just one night while visiting Brooklyn (I’m from New Jersey), and I ended up extending my stay for three additional nights — that’s how much I enjoyed it.
From the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming. The complimentary popcorn in the lobby is such a small touch, but it’s a huge green flag and sets the tone right away. The rooms...
Room was cozy and clean. For the price, it suited my needs for a 2 night stay with my son. The breakfast was basic with not a lot of options, but it held us over until we were able to explore. We were also able to play foosball which was available on the terrace, along...
Staff are very focused on customer satisfaction!
There's nothing around and the location isn't that great, but there are several subway stations within a 10-15 minute walk.
The security situation isn't bad either.

In general, staying in this hotel is a good choice. Location is great, as well as breakfast (come earlier - better), but the AC in the room was not strong enough to heat the place, specially since outside was super cold, that's a con for this hotel.

Magnificent view and great location, near both Central Park and Broadway.
I stayed at this hotel for my entire trip to New York.
The location and view were perfect, and the bed configuration was perfect for three people.
The breakfast menu didn't change much, but it was nice to be able to start my day with a filling meal. However, one thing I overlooked was the size of the bed.
It was a double, not a queen (it was listed, but I didn't see it).
I'm not sure of the exact size...
Located in Midtown Manhattan, the hotel is within walking distance of landmarks such as Central Park, Times Square, the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA), and Broadway. The room was on a high floor, very quiet and clean, everything was great. The bed was very comfortable, perfect for jet lag. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful. Given the high prices near Central Park, it was a pleasure to have fruit in the morning.
The location is excellent, 10 minutes from both the central shopping center and Times Square. The food is decent, and the breakfasts are average. There are plenty of cafes nearby, and a short concierge desk at the entrance.
I was very satisfied and had a wonderful two weeks here. I especially want to commend the friendly staff: Farida, who cleans the room, Brother E (forgive my mispronunciation of his name), who works in the restaurant, and the enthusiastic front desk staff—everyone was so warm!

Had to enter the code sometimes 10 times for the lock on the door to work. There is no staff on site and they take a day to respond to issues sometimes. 1/10 water pressure in shower.
Clean, easy check in, bed a little soft for my taste, kitchen was nice, great location. Will be staying again.
Great clean room, great location, and easy to check in / check out. Very responsive customer service as well!
Great location!
The room was a little small and a bit run down (furniture falling apart, heater loud and rattling, drafty).
But the staff was very nice and if you’re ok with things that way (and we were) it’s a very good spot.
I was a little hesitant, but overall the experience was good. No frills, but the checkin was seamless, the foyer and hallways were clean and updated and the room was super clean. I felt safe and everything worked in the room. Location was key for me, as it was close to who I was visiting. Absolutley love the East Village.
Very clean room, all as described.

Great place, comfortable, clean, delicious. I really liked it
The elder Spanish woman with glasses was extremely rude. Assuming I was under age and unaware of the hotel policies - my mother had to visit the property to set the record straight. I do not like to be spoken to as if I’m a child when I’m 29 years old.

Fatou at the front desk is quite possibly the nicest and sweetest person I’ve ever met. The attention to detail, compliments, sweet nature but also she makes everything so smooth and easy.

I checked in for the weekend and the process was smooth and easy. Overall, I had a decent stay, but I did notice a few areas that could use some upkeep. Great place, very nice people, safe, clean and quiet. I stayed 1 week at the hotel and I have nothing but good things to say about it. If I ever come back to NYC I will definitely book the same one.
