3 star hotels in New York

We stayed at hotel Five44 on our recent trip to NYC. For any future trips to NYC, I will be checking availability at hotel Five44 first. Rooms were clean and safe. Staff was great. Location could not have been any better. Never once did we feel unsafe in the area. Hells Kitchen is a beautiful and vibrant area of the city. I highly recommend Five44 as a great place to stay

Yes, indeed it is not a 5-star hotel, but we only went there to sleep. It was perfect for our needs. It is in an excellent location, offers great value for money, and the staff were always extremely kind and helpful.

Great place, our host - Miguel - was really friendly. Nice to stay for a city trip, simple but great stay! Close to the city center and in a nice neighborhood. Definitely coming back to this hotel!

I've gave it five stars, it's not a five star hotel per say. But the location is excellent, room was clean, bed was comfy, fridge microwave kitchen utensils available for use. Definitely value for money

Excellent hotel. Great location for a trip to New York. The room is cleaned every 3 days. On the first day, the air conditioning broke, and we froze as the room was 18 degrees Celsius, and my wife caught a cold. However, they quickly moved us to another room. Right behind Times Square, a fantastic location. Even if you're out late at night, you don't have to worry about getting back. The front desk service is great and they even offer free bottled water.

Really easy to visit Big apple city😃

The room was clean and, though small, had a stylish interior which was great. They also offered free coffee, which was a nice touch. However, it took a long time for the shower water to get hot, and the heating kept turning on and off, making it quite cold. I also felt a bit uneasy that the curtains were sheer, as it seemed like people in the building across could see in.

This hotel is small but exquisite, very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Empire State Building, and there are many restaurants nearby. The only downside is the long wait time for breakfast.

The hotel's location is great, it's very clean, and the staff's service attitude is also good – everything was fine, except for the air conditioning. The AC really needs to be replaced; either it didn't work at all, or when it did, the noise was deafening, like sitting in a helicopter. We stayed for three days and had staff come up to fix it ten times.

The hotel lobby offers coffee and tea. The room is small, but it has kitchen facilities for cooking. Breakfast is decent. For the price, it's quite good value for money in New York. It's also a short walk to a lively main street.

The problem With the elevator is big

Whilst one of the elevators was still under maintenance the hotel staff has tried their best to facilitate a smooth and organised way to get everyone up and down. The breakfast was pretty varied with multiple options. Had a lovely stay otherwise and the location is perfect
