In the morning we found black debris all over our pillows and side table. The AC/Heat vent in the room must have not been cleaned and when the air came out it went all over. It was really disgusting and we are worried it went into our mouth, nose and face through the night. We also got a ticket being parked temp. in front of the hotel when we were checking out. $110 ticket .
Aside from these unfortunate events, the hotel service and staff were wonderful. Everyone from JR who is the evening manager to the bar staff and housekeeper were so kind, warm and inviting.

Although I did like this hotel, staff at front desk always very friendly and helpful, there were a few things the hotel could improve upon.
The towels were rough/hard on the skin (seemed old, used/washed too many times), highly recommend replacing. Carpet in room could use a refresh along with curtains (had coffee stains). My bed was very lumpy, maybe time to flip bed.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I’d ask about construction before booking. My first bed had a large dip in the mattress so I had to change. The rates due at the hotel are confusing, charges are not consistent per each day. Don’t stay in a room close to the elevator, you can hear everything happening in the hallway.

My experience with the 33 Hotel was phenomenal! From the moment I stepped into the lobby my traveling companion and i were treated like royalty! My front desk agent J.R was so polite, handsome, helpful, professional, and generous! We had a slight hiccup with our credit card and he was so helpful and understanding. He allowed us to go to the private lounge area until we got our funds sorted out. Such a sweet gesture that really made our night after 7 hours of travel. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was very luxurious! Overall the room was kind of underwhelming for the amount of money we paid but the fact that it was very clean made up for it. If you stay at this hotel make sure you ask for J.R he is amazing, helpful, and very knowledgeable! He will make sure you receive royal treatment for the duration of your stay!

The hotel is good and the rooms are comfortable. The services are not excellent and the staff doesn’t have a very good attitude. I had to complain about some room services that were not working.

Great location, very easy to experience to get around town from such a scenic place. Friendly front staff, comfortable bed, and the shower was very spacious.

The room was clean and beautifully designed. There was only one thing that stops it from being an excellent. The resort stay included 40 some dollars toward dinner or breakfast, but when I went to the hotel restaurant at 7 PM to have dinner, the chef was on a break for 20 minutes. That’s kind of weird and I’ve never seen that in a New York hotel.
