As usual the room was amazing! What makes us go back over and over to the La Quinta on Oltorf in Austin,Tx is the friendly welcoming staff.They really and truly go out of their way to be kind while still being professional.
Me and my partner are unusual looking and we are used to being judged.It is so refreshing to be treated like human beings and I appreciate the extra effort the La Quinta staff goes to help out with whatever we need!

The toilet didn't flush well and clogged the first time I used it. The breakfast was ok. It wasn't great but it was serviceable. My key card stopped working before my stay was completed and I didn't have it near my phone so that wasn't the issue. Everything about my stay was serviceable. Middle of the road quality.

No hot water in the room fridge was not working. Look like an old Motel 6 paint was peeling in bathroom.

The staff likes to knock and they open your hotel room door simultaneously. It's so rude and disrespectful. Every good hotel knocks a few times within at least 30 seconds to a minute to give you time to answer or come to the door B4 they come into the room. They come in within 3 to 5 seconds after knocking. This is the 2nd time this yr it's happened here. It's almost like they are trying to see what you are doing.

The hotel was very dated. The room that we were given was actually the better of the rooms they have which included a living room area separate from bedroom. The handle fell off the cabinets. The vanity area in both the bathroom and vanity were filthy. I had to get wipes to clean. Toilet had put bic hairs and tub area has a nasty rubber mat. The staff were great but the room and property were very disappointing.

I think the addition of a fence around the property really does keep out a lot of unsavory people
On that note, there are a lot of suspicious people around
It is across the street from a chipotle so that makes it convenient

Getting a second cup of coffee has been a problem, and the service can be slow at Sunday Brunch. But over all no real complaints.

VERY GREAT STAFF! I am an ihop person, but this dennys may have opened my eyes a bit. there was a lot of food and it was very delicious. the waiting was fast and everyone was very friendly.

Fantastic pancakes! This place was the perfect rescue when IHOP was too busy. The last time I went to Denny's, the pancakes didn't taste all that. But now they taste just as good (almost better) than IHOP.

Great service with slightly above average food. A good dine-in experience, just stay away from reality-heating your leftovers. Service and price puts it a cut above the local IHOP.

I went to this sonic a little while ago. There were three cars including mine. The lady wearing the headset said to hold on and didn't respond back to us for 5 minutes. I saw inside one of the lady's was eating an ice cream standing by the window. As we left 2 other employees (possibly on break) were standing by some cars order panel.
I understand maybe you were shorthanded but you should get back to your guests in a timely manner. I mean you do work in a fast food establishment.

set over 30 minutes in stall seven waiting for someone to take my order after pressing the button numerous times no one ever came then a guy pulls up right next to me presses the button once and gets the ‘Can I take your order’ response. Made sure one of the employees saw me before i left hungry don’t have time to wait for either broken or ignorant ‘fast food’ whichever it was, won’t be coming back to this location.

Really bad service. Came at 11PM (an hour before closing) and nobody came to help/take our order. Me and 7 other customers were all waiting in our cars waiting for someone to provide us service, but nothing. There were plenty of staff inside, but none of them were helping any of their customers. None of knew what was going on. When I walked outside to see if I can get their attention or help, one of the workers inside saw me and just smirked. Really bad service and really poor way to handle waiting customers. I'd highly recommend going to other Sonics.

Worst service I've ever had at a Sonic. I had to press the red button more than 5 times over 5 minutes, then I got a rude worker take my order yelling at me that my shake didn't have extra peanut butter when on the screen it said extra peanut butter. I simply stated, "yeah that's all but I don't want extra peanut butter," and I got back a, "IT DOESNT HAVE EXTRA PEANUT BUTTER." Then they just moved me to the payment screen without saying anything else. Not returning here. Possibly to any Sonic. Food quality is usually sub par anyway.

♥️ the double cheeseburgers. So juicy and huuuuge. Def one of my fave burger / shake joints. Come here frequently during lunch breaks and never had issues.
