We stayed two weeks in this hotel as our house was being remodeled. It is a quiet, clean, safe place with good service. Covered parking available and pets allowed for a fee. Good hot breakfast everyday and excellent coffee! Guest laundry available and workout room. Kitchen comes with dishes for 4. TV is OK, but you have to have your own Netflix account and either sign in or set up a new account...

It was so wonderful experienced. We really liked the bed there. It’s so comfortable. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. The breakfast that has a variety of selection and we enjoyed the big breakfast are there.

My family and I had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back in near future.

Would stay here again. Nice staff, clean room, and walkable to the game we came to see.

The AC didn’t work well and the halls smelled like cigarettes

The rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned! I can smell smoke, I can smell men’s cologne! The appliances are worn down. The carpet is dirty. The bathroom floors were dirty! The shower was filthy.

The room was spotless. Hotel was quiet, location very conveniently located.

Overall, very comfortable, quiet, and clean! The only issue my boyfriend and I had was the room we originally checked into the AC wasn’t working. But they were able to get us into a new room which we were very appreciative! 10/10 highly recommended.

It is a Motel 6, so, not glamorous. However, the grounds and room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water was hot. If you just need a comfy place to rest, it's just fine. There was coffee in the office and it was fresh. Employees were very nice. Our room faced the freeway, and I was concerned about the noise, but it was not a problem.

Always love staying here. Cheap clean friendly staff will stay again.

Other than checkout or stay was great. At checkout, luggage carts were no where to be found. After an elevator trip i noticed they were just sitting on the 4th floor. Amazing hotel. Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. We were in Austin for medical reasons and coming back to a clean and comfortable hotel room made a difference. The staff was amazing. Would rate higher if I could.

Clean room. Very comfortable bed. I really like that the air/heating unit is not in the bedroom (very quiet), and I can set it to have the fan run all night rather than cut on and off . My only complaint is that the cleaning crew forgot to leave coffee packets! TVs in both rooms were large and offered so many choices!

They had short-order cooks making breakfast just the way you ordered it. Lots of bacon and sausage on the plate.

This hotel is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, especially for the price. The lobby is beautiful, the room was clean and spacious. The staff was very nice. But the breakfast was the best. So many option and everything tasted so good. I will definitely be staying here every time I go to Austin.

Our room was clean but very basic. I should have checked on what was included. No coffee maker, no fridge, no microwave, no hairdryer and a small bar of soap at sink and one for the bath. Bed not comfortable. The ladies at the front kindly gave us cups of boiled water to make hot tea and the do have coffee in the small reception room.

Keep looking DONT STAY HERE The room smelled like mildew and smoke. The bed as sunk as we layed down forget it we got swallowed it sunk in. Never again

This was not the cleanest(kinda smelly)place by far. However it was super cheap and near downtown. It’s mainly for travelers that want a cheap stay. In that regard I give it a five.

The room was just ok. But liveable. There was no shower curtain, no dishes , no cook ware and house keeping told me they charge $10 to clean the room unless I am there for at least 2 weeks...

It was ok for our visit. The staff was great especially the maintenance man who replace the refrigerator in our room.

This is an older hotel, No coffee equipment in the rooms, you have to ask for kitchen equipment from front desk, there is no workout/weight room. No hot breakfast. The people here were really helpful. The area is very convenient and quiet. They did provide a breakfast, albeit very basic. The furniture here shows some wear and tear, but basically still solid. The only actual issue I ran into was the hot water boiler for the building shut down the night I stayed here, and I had to take a cold shower. Not the end of the world, just a little inconvenient.

Because the location of the hotel, you should have option to eat there, like cold sandwich or salada in a vending machine, and and ice machine. Maybe add fruit for the morning coffee. But the staff also the room was good.

Carpet was coming up, sink had debris, and the tables were not wiped down properly. Shower was not working properly. The lock on the door also did not work properly. The main lock and the latch did work but not the inside lock.

We arrived in the evening and left early the next morning for an early airport departure. While the hotel was under construction for re-modeling, there was no work done at night and we stayed in the wing that appeared remodeled with new furniture and fixtures. When I first walked into the Quality Inn, it was quiet and felt a bit eerie. The room was old and outdated and smelled like smoke even though we requested a non smoking room. Our window did not have a screen on it and you could technically climb in or out which was not safe. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless it's a last minute resort

Great c lean hotel. Perfect proximity to the airport. Shuttle available as well as a grab and go breakfast in case your flight leaves before the nice, hot, breakfast options. Was under a remodel when I visited but they don't actually start working on it till 11 giving guests more than enough time to sleep in and then get ready! Look forward to revisiting and seeing new additions.

Location was very easy to find. Right off the freeway. Had a very nice swimming area and breakfast area. The meeting room my husband and I were in was appropriate for the amount of people that attended. Great place for small meetings.

We were evacuees from one of the counties the governor listed, that didn't have to pay taxes for the rooms, but they refused to remove the taxes. Said they couldn't find my county. Then we checked out earlier due to flooding in Austin and didn't want to be trapped away from home. They charged me for the extra night and additional 110 bucks. It’s an inexpensive motel but surprisingly clean!!!! The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful.. Again, the room was very clean, last time I stayed at the red roof and the room was smelly and the a/c didn’t work great. Surprisingly a great experience!

Rooms are ok for the price. Super friendly and helpful staff. I visited Starbase and it's one of the closest hotels.

The front desk staff is exceptionally great with the check in. The only problem with the property is they could step up the exterminations.

For the price what else do you expect but the rooms are ok the floor was dirty looks like the did not cleaned in days but we found some cockroaches.

Motel 6 Just was somewhere to stay the night. Not the best motel, but it want the worst.

Everyone here was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and bedding clean. My only kinda complaint there was no refrigerator or microwave or coffee maker nor any drawers. And as an Extended Stay they would have been helpful. But other than that I thought everything was great.

This is a great place to stay. The Manager and Megan were the best rooms, which were top-notch and cleaned.

The staff was incruduble. We were able to check in early, which was great after for traveling for several hours and in heavy traffic. The hotel was as advertised. It had a very convenient kitcenette with a full-size fidge. The bathroom was roomy and the shower was awesome. This location was perfect for all the places we visisted during our stay.

The property and its staff are nice, especially for how affordable it is. It’s convenient to the airport but kind of difficult to get anywhere else if you’re not renting a car. Ubers are always available though!

Where do I begin. First off the customer service was excellent but goes downhill afterwards. The bathtub is a lawsuit ready to happen. In all my years of traveling I've never taken a shower in a sink hole. It felt like at any moment the tub was gonna fall in. The fixtures were old and broken. Water pressure wasn't great either was the hot water. They need to take that room out of circulation ASAP!

The room was clean enough. The elevator gave some alarming sounds and motions but we made it. Staff was pleasant. Very limited selections on breakfast but it was available.

Parking was easy as well as check-in. However, the hotel looks run-down and needs upkeep. The furniture in the room was chipped and the carpeting was stained. The bathtub looked dirty. I guess you get what you pay for. Front desk was nice though.

I had out of town family there to check them in at 3pm. There was no staff, no front desk staff. It had a sign that said we’ll be back at 430pm. A young man had to FaceTime someone to walk him through the process.

Hotel definitely needs some updating. Stayed in building 3 and it was one of the roughest looking rooms I’ve stayed in. Didn’t see any bugs. But the shower made me uncomfortable. First of all... Seems like every one these i have stayed in needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. Plus from what i have gathered, they are always under staffed. However, it isn't a roach motel, so it is ok... Def not one of my favs. The plus is that there is a kitchenette area so you don't have to worry about going out to a restaurant and spending more money than necessary.

I lived at extended stay for 3 months. It was quiet and fairly upkept. The staff were nice too, though the maids only speak Spanish, making it difficult to make requests. A friend of mine also staying there complained about cockroaches, but I never saw any. Perspective visitors should be aware that there are occasional prostitutes and homeless people hanging around. The room had two cockroaches, restroom was dirty. And a whole group of cops was there for something. Homeless people around the place. Not worth the price.

It was ok. the area was a bit sketchy but the parking lot was well lit. Best part is that it is within walking distance of an 'Ojos Locos' - very good eye candy within.

The breakfast availability was ok. They had the waffle maker, eggs, sausage, gravy. There was also cereal and bread products. The staff was very nice. There are no real walkable stores. You can drive to several. It could be updated a bit.
