Stayed here for work. Hard to get decent sleep with the noise from the trash trucks, leaf blowers, and power washing on the street below — and I was on the 7th floor. Also, deck fireplace not working. A lot of money spent for a property that was so-so.

The Wyndham was a good hotel for a 5 day business trip to Austin as it was located very near the central business and entertainment areas with lots of dining choices nearby. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

The staff was wonderful, as they always are. The rooms are always clean. The location is really good for me as it's less than 10 minutes away from my daughter when I visit. For the second consecutive stay there was a major problem in a room on the first floor. This time it was no air conditioner and the tv couldn't receive any signal. I’m thinking maybe the hotel was dead because of holiday week? Good room rate. I asked for medium well burger but it was too rare. Staff I conversed with were friendly. Nice shuttle service to airport. It was great walking distance location (0.7 miles) to my daily activity.

All the staff were nice, the room was clean, just smelt very gross on the third floor like old carpet. Also, it says free breakfast but they don’t have free breakfast. But overall good place to stay.

I love the whole vibe of this hotel. The lobby signature scent is divine. Love the room decor and spaciousness. Never expected to compliment a shower, but it’s not probably the best hotel shower I’ve encountered in a long time.

This place is loud during the weekends, and it should be. I was offered a quieter room if requested, but I didn't come to Austin Texas for a quiet room. Never made it down for breakfast, so can't comment on that. The only thing that could have made my experience better would have been a portable fan in my room, or if the fan in the room could be set to stay on, and also a microwave to heat up my left...

I was very impressed with our stay. This was our first time staying at an Aloft hotel since we booked our trip on a whim. It was clean, great customer service, had awesome amenities for the price, a nice gym and outdoor area and indoor area. We even forgot our toothpaste and the front desk gave us a whole kit that included toothpaste, toothbrush, and mouthwash. I loved the food section that is 24 hrs...

This hotel is convenient to Town Lake located along I 35. Unfortunately room location was terrible. I had a view of the garage wall and traffic noise off I 35.was aplifirhed.  Truck and motorcycles are very loud. We got very little sleep. I would not recommend this hotel if you think you might get a restful sleep.

Clean rooms and comfortable stay. We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked good and fairly priced. They have a shuttle bus if you need to go somewhere which is convenient. Pool was out of order for cleaning but not a big deal as there are plenty of places to swim in Austin.

I go to Austin frequently and stay a different Marriott properties. I really enjoyed my stay at the AC Hotel. It was super clean and the room is streamlined. Not fussy. No carpet. Simple modern layout. The front desk was nice. Easy parking and super convenient to campus.

The staff was courteous and the amenities were great. We really enjoyed both restaurants in the hotel and the location was great.

The room is small but the view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows is OK. The price is high, the service is average, nothing bad, it's OK to stay occasionally. The picture is of the Austin campus, which is different from what you see in the hotel.

The breakfast was delicious. I really like the style of the hotel. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was super clean. I might recommend to fix some old items we can find if such as the desk chair.

What a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located to 6th Street. The staff was awesome and they even charged my hybrid car after I checked it in with the valet. We also checked out the gym and the hot tub and they were both great.

The room was on the smaller side, and while dated because of the building you could tell there is a high level of care for the rooms and the common areas. The fitness center is pretty good, well equipped and the swimming pool was nice. The only downside I saw was the price of the breakfast, this is even more expensive than a full dinner at the Roaring Fork restaurant that is attached to the hotel...

Yes, room was good but I wish this highly classy hotel room had an another chair to sit. The ONLY recommendation is to install a water bottle filling station at least in one location in the hotel. We live in the 21st century and we all owe it to mother EARTH to preserve the environment. It is also not good the introduce microplastics in our bodies too. Please help the environment and people 🙏🙏🙏

The one elevator situation and the $60 paid parking per night is the reason I’m rating this neutral. $30-$40 would seem more reasonable. Walls were also a little thin in the bathroom. I slept in on breakfast days so I can’t comment. Otherwise, it is centrally located to both East and West Downtowntown Austin. I was able to walk to venues. It was clean. Advertised as having a “breakfast buffet” but there wasn’t one. Just a restaurant where you can order/pay for breakfast. Generic bottles of water were $7. Parking overnight $68. Will never book again.

Our AC was broken, but the staff moved us as soon as we brought it to their attention with no trouble. Great stay

We were required to use the hotel’s valet parking which was $60 per night, totaling up to more than our entire reservation. We were not made aware of this caveat before hand. The hotel staff were nice, but there was solely one elevator working during our stay. Making our wait times for the elevator exceptionally long. Finally the hotel’s breakfast was not open for several days, with no prior warning...

Great experience but be warned breakfast is not included and you will be charged $80 per day for parking that is not mentioned until you arrive.

Great hotel. We just had a recent visit and all went well. Only down fall is now they charge for parking which they do not last time. $25 a night. I feel like they charge enough to not have to charge for parking.

This hotel was so really. Check-in we were offered water and root beer. The fire pits were going which was perfect as the first cold night came in the night before. There were s’more kits available too. The shopping area was convenient. The parking lot was lit and safe. Food truck available mornings and evenings. Would definitely recommend.

We adore this hotel and try to stay there whenever we are in Austin. It’s beautiful, they have well designed facilities and amenities throughout, it’s super clean and everyone is very nice. We really love the court yard with the pool, fire pits and outdoor seating and the beautiful balconies overlooking it. This is one of the coolest hotels in the area. We highly recommend it

Our room was spacious & very clean. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. There was a great variety of breakfast foods & they were very good at bringing fresh food out as it got low.

The room was good. It was clean. It smelled good, not musty like a competitors hotel nearby. The price was also better than the competitor. Was it perfect, no. It was recently remodled, and the glass doors in the shower would not stay closed and were installed incorrectly. The toilet seat needed to be tightened as it was loose. Next time, get soft-close, nobody likes it when the seat gets dropped...

The room was pretty large, but the lights were out in the outdoor hallways and on the staircase which made it very difficult to see at night. They also didn't have any foam pillows, just the pillows on the bed.

This was not our first visit to this hotel. It is good for a 1 or 2 night stay, but not for the 5 nights we stayed. The rooms are generally smaller and not well it. Moreover, there is little room to store clothes for a longer stay. Finally, one area of the hotel was dark (there are outdoor, entry units) and we had to fight the dark areas and very dark steps required to get to our room. We complained...

We stayed in the spring suite at this wonderful hotel. The staff is always amazing! The spring suite has a beautiful screened in porch on the upper floors. The hotel is so nestled into the trees and is right off the main drag of SOuth Congress Ave. Lots of shops,restaurants, music.

The location is nice if you want to be in the middle of South Congress and the noise. If you are on the first floor you can hear loud walking and talking upstairs and all around you. Not good for a couples getaway. More of a business trip or party atmosphere

Former Austinite here and love this location. It's super walkable to all of the good spots on the East Side. The rooms were clean, the bath products were high quality and I was concerned about noise but our room was very quiet. Bella at the front desk was super personable as were the valets. Loved our stay and will be back!

Makayla was amazing. I didn’t get in until 1am and she had a smile on her face and got me checked in and helped me find some hot food across the street as I was starved!!!

This is our favorite hotel in Austin! Walking distance to so many restaurants and bars. Antonio at the front desk and Derek at the valet were so nice, professional and courteous.

I loved the modern room and floor plan. It is convienently located near restaurants, pubs and a small grocery market. Parking by valet is encouraged at arrival for $50 per day.

Hotel was easy to find, lobby has a nice entrance. Check-in was easy (although my Hilton Honors wasn’t working). Zoey was kind enough to check in to make sure I had everything I needed. My only negative was a host named James who never had a smile on his face or greeted anyone.

The staff were all very attentive to my needs. There were some maintenance issues in the bedroom shower flooring. Cracked shower entry and floor.

It was a great stay everything was perfect. Love the amenities and convenience of everything. Breakfast was gd and my stay was so relaxing.

We were greeted by Zoe at the front desk, who took good care of us, offered us excellent choices of nearby, restaurants, and even gave us a snack bag and a cold beverage. We also enjoyed breakfast the following morning, and all of the staff members were cordial And helpful.

Have to say, having stayed at several hotels in the area, by a country mile this was by far the best & most enjoyable. The two ladies on reception were funny, full of exuberance & pleasure to interact with. Even if one thought speaking like Mary Poppins would make her an honorary British speaker… had to laugh.., keep it up ! Full marks for effort

What makes us go back over and over to the La Quinta on Oltorf in Austin,Tx is the friendly welcoming staff.They really and truly go out of their way to be kind while still being professional. Me and my partner are unusual looking and we are used to being judged.It is so refreshing to be treated like human beings and I appreciate the extra effort the La Quinta staff...

The toilet didn't flush well and clogged the first time I used it. The breakfast was ok. It wasn't great but it was serviceable. My key card stopped working before my stay was completed and I didn't have it near my phone so that wasn't the issue. Everything about my stay was serviceable. Middle of the road quality.

Staff is excellent the room is clean but the showers take very long to get warm up.

The staff likes to knock and they open your hotel room door simultaneously. It's so rude and disrespectful. Every good hotel knocks a few times within at least 30 seconds to a minute to give you time to answer or come to the door B4 they come into the room. They come in within 3 to 5 seconds after knocking. This is the 2nd time this yr it's happened here. It's almost like they are trying to see what...
