The room was clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would stay there again. The Silk Road restaurant was a good option - the food was good and the service was quite good as well.

BISTRO IS HORRIBLE!!!! Poorly staffed, poor food selection, staff rarely there and apparently unable to make coffee correctly

Horrible service; BISTRO was rarely staffed and they NEVER had the food on the menu. They couldn’t make a coffee to save their life and putting a Starbucks nabe on it is completely disingenuous.

Unacceptable room conditions
My room had no hot water in the shower. And the room smelled like a sewer. I reported it and they said thank you for letting us know. The problems still existed to the time that I checked out.

Unprofessional
My stay started rocky and quickly declined. When I arrived, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the receptionist sat in the office on her cell phone. I later found out she was the supervisor, who also had a guest inside of the office after 10 PM. When I checked out they double charged me incidentals and never informed me that the parking had a fee. When I called to find out about the charges, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, even cutting me off midsentence. Terrible experience and I will be telling everyone I know not to stay here. Completely unacceptable.

Clean my room once in 5 nights even when it was requested. Paid breakfast included in ******* rate and it was not honored. They charged two extra days of parking. Breakfast horrible. Charge 14 USD for an avocado toast that was a price of bread with guacamole. No eggs. They run out. They didn’t even give you a spoon to eat.

My disappointments with the property were the beds, which were uncomfortable, and the water pressure for the shower was very weak. This property still has tubs, which makes it cumbersome to get into and leads to leaking of the shower onto the bathroom floor. These are the two most important features for me in hotel rooms. I don't believe I will be returning to this property

The A/C was not functioning correctly and they even gave us another room to try that also had a poor functioning A/C. We decided to muscle through but got a terrible night sleep, which was the main reason we chose the hotel, we needed a location close to our conference for a good night sleep.

Comfortable. Weird stain in bath, perhaps someone was coloring their hair. Did not have cleaning service show up. Breakfast choices were minimal, not where I want to start my day. Was surprised about the parking fee since I did not notice it in paperwork with **********. Overall nice stay, good location.
