The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location of this hotel was perfect for me and my husband. It was located on the Riverwalk but it wasn’t in a crowded area. The hotel and surrounding area were very quiet.
The breakfast buffet was very good!
The only complaint is the bathroom(toilet and shower) is very tight.

Hotel stay was good for the price, room was spacious just not a big fan of the sink being in front of the beds especially having littles trying to not wake them up at night. Breakfast was not great at all needs more of a variety. Overall would stay again if it was at a discounted price I found it.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious for a family of 5. Restroom was small but it was not too bad. Parking was not included but it was somewhat understandable since the hotel is near downtown.

Elevator got stuck while we were inside. Front desk was rude and she had a bad attitude towards customers.

Holiday weekend so it was very busy. All the staff was very friendly and caring. Just 2 less than positive comments. I did not get breakfast because lines were too long also, Saturday morning a garbage truck was parked outside making a lot of noise for 20 minutes and then picked up the dumpster. That upset my wife because he could have been idle or quiet while waiting to pick up the dumpster. Other than that, it was a great experience. One more thing— this was the first time I ever paid for parking in the hotel that I paid to stay at.

The service, the people, the clean hotel, the breakfast, always great. I don’t like having to pay extra to park, but that’s all the hotels along the river walk.
The hotel was a 15 minute or 20 minute walk, depending on your age to get to the restaurants and main area on the Riverwalk. Which can be too far for some people, especially when it’s hot. And you can’t drive downtown because there’s no parking so you almost have to walk or take an Uber.
Otherwise, we loved it.

We had such an amazing time last night we were celebrating a friend's birthday party and the service at the bar was absolutely the best the bartender new all of those drinks and took really good care of us the food was really good especially that guacamole and the queso was amazing. The prices were reasonable the place was clean we will definitely go back

Solid restaurant. I have been coming here for over 8 years. They had a management change about 3 years ago. Last year they did a full remodel and it's a very nice atmosphere patio and dining room. The food is good depending on what you order. Try to stick to some of the more traditional dishes and you can't go wrong.

Come for the art, not for the food.
Most reviews on this place are positive due to the atmosphere. Clean, friendly, and Spanish with art by Cruz Ortiz. However all this didn't make up for the boring tasting "Mexican" food. Portions can vary per plate (Chile relleno was huge, while Mirador special was terrible.) The Chile relleno with cheese taste more like an Italian plate, the enchiladas aren't spicy at all nor is there salsa. The rice was basic, the beans were spread as if not to waste, and the drinks were pretty small as well.
So sure you can sit outside, and yeah there's cool art.

Super clean restaurant! Friendly staff, very good flavors, and dedicated electric vehicle parking. Margaritas are unique and authentic. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Tex-Mex on par!

I cannot explain the reviews that are anything but 5 stars! I mean wow, the food is fantastic. The salsa is obviously homemade and delicious, same for the queso- duh you say? No, most places use freaking Velveeta! Anyway, it was amazing, and so was the food. Service was great, and the atmosphere and style, quality and furnishings all matched the 5 stars of the food. All in all, you shouldn't pass it up! 5 stars.
