Our first trip here and we were not disappointed! The staff were absolutely lovely! Room was good size, beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked very well. They accommodated my room request without issue.
Downside was no pool and the restaurant on site was pricey and menu limited.

I booked a corner suite with expectations of a luxury experience comparable to a Four Seasons stay. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short in several areas.
While the views from the first room were stunning, the condition of the room itself was disappointing. The carpet was torn in several spots, the marble floor was badly cracked, and there were visible adhesive stains, possibly from gum. It looked like the room had been through World War 5 with a hammer and sheers, my gawd tuh-day :-)
To their credit, the front desk staff was exceptional and quickly relocated me to another room, which was much cleaner and better maintained overall. However, the bedding had visible stains, including what appeared to be blood and possibly food or vomit, which was unsettling.
Had I seen the rooms beforehand, I likely would have stayed elsewhere, especially considering I paid a higher rate than what is now being advertised. That said, the level of service from the staff was truly 5-star and much appreciated. A special thank you to the housekeeping manager Brandi! She personally made sure the bed was addressed and sent complimentary chocolate and a card. Job well done.

This wasn't my first time staying at the Conrad, but this was the only time the room wasn't cleaned. I had originally gone downstairs, but then I remembered and went to my room to change the "Do Not Disturb" button to "Green" for room cleaning. I wonder if they were short-staffed or something else? Later that evening, I returned to the hotel and asked the front desk for two more towels, but they took 40 minutes to deliver. The rest of the service wasn't bad, and the receptionist on my first day was quite welcoming.
There's no pool or hot tub, but that's not the main issue. Washington, D.C., is quite clean and quiet, and I had a good impression. The Silver Line subway to Dulles Airport is also very convenient; it's about a 15-minute ride from the hotel.

We spent a few days at the Conrad this past weekend, and the experience was truly memorable. The service was impeccable, the staff warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere vibrant throughout our stay.
We dined at the hotel’s main restaurant, Estuary, and also enjoyed drinks at the rooftop bar—both offered exceptional food and even better service. Special thanks to Will and Lauren for their outstanding hospitality, and to Janice from the concierge team for her helpfulness and professionalism.

The Conrad is an absolutely exceptional experience. Every staff member we met was friendly. Aileen at the front desk was so kind and welcoming that I couldn’t help but write a review. Also, the property is clean, organized, and modern. The housekeeping staff is doing a great job.
Only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the rooftop bar, the staff was kind, but most of the seating does not have shade.

We had an incredible experience with Conrad Hotel DC throughout our wedding weekend. From managing our room blocks to hosting our welcome drinks, rehearsal dinner, and late-night drinks, the hotel’s team was consistently professional, accommodating, and a true pleasure to work with.

We traveled from Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, and as soon as we entered the city, we felt that the whole city was very clean, the sky seemed bluer, and the Conrad Hotel did not disappoint as the guest reviews said. The truth is in the details. When we went out to play on the second day, the housekeeper placed our daily necessities in a staggered manner on a new soft mat.

This time I went to four cities in the United States, and Conrad Washington was the only hotel that provided kettles and slippers. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well-arranged. There were tatte, Japanese food, Starbucks, etc. within a few steps of the hotel, which was very convenient.
