Reviews
We took a suite for a week during the holidays. Other hotels may be nearly as nice, but we seriously doubt they can match the Fairmont for warmth and graciousness of service. From the front desk (shout out to Bethlehem) to dining, to housekeeping staff, every employee is a gem.

The kitchen is open so you can watch the chef's cook, very cool if you like to cook.
Pricing is fair.
Get the bone marrow, it's one of the things everyone gets there because they do it well. If you've never had bone marrow before try it here because this is an excellent representation.
Also, Michelin star, how cool is that?
