The hardware of the hotel is great, from the lobby to the indoor facilities, it is in line with the grade of St. Regis. But the service is really disappointing. It took more than 30 minutes to ask for a pair of slippers, and I waited for an hour and a half for a toothbrush, but it still didn't come. I called to ask, and the reply was: I forgot!

I checked out on the third day and told the person in charge about such bad service. This person said sorry, but he was actually very arrogant and didn't apologize sincerely.

No one helped with the luggage when I left the hotel. The guy at the door didn't leave at all. Well, I saved the money for a cup of coffee.

DC St. Regis, no chance next time!

The White House is within easy reach and the core business district is within ten minutes. The hotel is very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.

The Regis is a beautiful hotel where the staff are kind, warm and welcoming. The hotel is located on 16th and K streets and I highly recommend staying here and taking advantage of the best that DC has to offer.

We were upgraded to the Caroline Astor Suite which was beautifully decorated, spacious and had an amazing bath. The next day my mother had an important doctor's appointment and I told the St. team about it. Regis. They went out of their way to make my mom feel special. I have stayed here in the past and feel that everyone is always very kind. I want to give a special compliment to the bartender of the St. Regis. I walked in to take a glass of wine to my room and commented on how beautiful the decor was in the hotel...especially the ceilings. She told me more about the history and architecture and even let me look at the ceiling in the closed restaurant. You could tell she took genuine pride in her work and had a genuine appreciation for history and aesthetics. I really enjoyed talking to her. I believe her name is Jane.

My wife and I just left the St Regis and we were delighted with the rooms and the people who work there. Brian the concierge, Jane in the lobby and Winfried van Workum the general manager were very helpful and very friendly! We were treated like family throughout our entire stay, amazing! The GM should be delighted with his entire staff. Congratulations on managing and running the hotel the way they should all be run. :)

We ended up using Blackfinn for our wedding rehearsal dinner and we were so pleased. Katie was our contact and she was so accommodating. She arranged a tasting (more like several full meals!) for us, made sure our specific requests were noted, and based on the size of our party (~80 guests) blocked off half of the restaurant and the back bar for us. Pricing was the most reasonable of all the restaurants we had quoted or did tastings at (which, most of them charged for tastings!). She was very responsive throughout, despite our quasi-neediness. The food was great, came out hot ,and in a reasonable amount of time given the size of our party. Our guests had an amazing time -- we got just as much great feedback about the party at Blackfinn as we did about our wedding! We are appreciative to Katie and Blackfinn for coordinating a seamless fun event for us and allowing us to enjoy our own party!

Service was excellent. My husband was provided some samples of draught beers before he picked one. The food was really good, and we left feeling very satisfied. We'd definitely cone here again.

Great staff and wonderful service. The bartender was polite and attentive, our glasses were never empty for more than a second or two. There are tons of sites to see and visit in and around the area. Good food and great service! We will definitely be back again soon!

I like blackfinn, but they always just move so slow. Someone needs to light a ? under the employees butts! I've been here several times, and it's my experience every single time. The move slow whether you are just ordering drinks or if you're eating food. Once, buying a gift card even took 30 minutes here! I now only come here when I have nothing better to do than waste a bunch of time (which is rare). This place would go out of business if it weren't for the location. The location in Fairfax is better.

First time at this restaurant; came for happy hour. Got crispy chicken fingers and hard cider. Good prices, FRESH food, pretty fast. Server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and specials. Will visit again...soon!

Had a great time. Hookahs, dancing, and a great Bar! Shout out to Moe! Great hookahs. I've been going here on and off for years, I have not been disappointed ever.

$40 entrance fee for BRUNCH. The food was good but still felt like I didn't eat that much. Good DJ , seating arrangements are weirdly set up, the bus boys walk around but they take their time cheating your table of plates and glasses. Really cool place to chill on a Brunch afternoon. No rush, great place to people watch.

The food and service here is so good. I was overly impressed with the food and the wait staff. The crowd was like a influx of happy hours, then it converted to a dinner crowd, but a calm crowd.

Food and service was really good. I had the steak and fries and my husband has the cheeseburger with everything. Both dishes were really well done and tasty!! Also the parmesan mussels and chocolate lava cake were great!!

I went out Saturday night and let me tell you. I was impressed with this Club. This was my first time the staff was nice security was nice and might I add they were cute too lol. The setup was on point. NO FIGHTS, GOOD DRINKS, GREAT BAND. I would definitely go back and recommend this club to everyone.

Hispanic, bald bartender, bartending August 18th night into the 19th near the restrooms was giving off racist vibes. I asked him for a cup of water with ice, he wanted to sell me a bottled water for $5. I told him I just wanted ice with regular water and he only gave me a cup of ice. I confronted a manager about the problem, which she (Tatiana) seemed to handle, but apparently wasn't handled b/c after she spoke to him the bartender harassed me while wearing a shirt that read "I hate you" with a monkey on it. I am considered African American so I do not find that a coincidence. I do not recommend supporting a night club with racist bartenders that cannot serve you a simple cup of water for free when any restaurant you will give you WATER FOR FREE, this was a very disrespectful situation and should not be tolerated at all.
