I was over charged for 1night that i didn’t stay after the hotel guaranteed to credit me

Every single staff member with which we dealt was pleasant and very efficient and effective. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Our room had a view of the Washington Monument! very cool!

Great location, room size and general conveniences. Staff were friendly and helpful and check-in was easy. I would definitely consider staying again when in the DC area.

room was nice but we had a leak in the bathroom. The Hotel staff was very nice and immediately fixed the leak and gave us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Unfortunately hotel seemed short staffed during our stay and there was also a strange smell in the lobby bathroom. Also its a "cashless" hotel which was not ideal for our needs.

Amazing room with very high quality fixtures. Great mini bar and nespresso in room as well which is becoming a rarity. Sandra at the front desk was amazing help, and we dined at the restaurant too with my family we were visiting. The front desk helped with the reservation and we have a very quick, comfortable, and easy stay. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a great day at the Line. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, the room was pristine and fantastic water pressure in the shower! Room service was fast and made sure they delivered exactly what we ordered. Cannot recommend this place more highly

My experience was probably thrown off by the fact that the pull out bed was rough. Like sleeping with a bar in your back rough. The two beds in the bedroom were great, so it fit a family of 5 at a very reasonable price. The apartment has a kitchen, and you can buy some groceries at the supermarket to prepare breakfast yourself. The hotel has a great location and is convenient for getting to all parts of Washington, D.C.

This hotel offers great value for money. The spaciousness makes it feel comfortable, and the small kitchen made it convenient to bring in outside food. It was relatively quiet during bedtime, and they even let me leave my luggage before check-in, which was nice. The location is also close to the subway station, and there are plenty of good cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

I love the location personally because it’s a little tucked away and surrounded by greenery. The hotel staff are very friendly. The rooms are large and some have good views. The furnishings are a little dated but it’s still a lovely feel to the hotel. Depending on the dates it can be good value at times.

The room was spotless, check in was easy and efficient, the building was nicely decorated for the Christmas season, and I would recommend the hotel. However, it is not handicap accessible, which was a problem for me.

Convenient transportation, nice environment

The hotel is very well located with a metro stop 10 minutes away. Close to Chinatown with bars, restaurants and shops. It is a charming building and the staff is very friendly. Curious that there is no shower gel, only a bar of soap.

Location is great. Only caveat is that it’s very close to the fire station so sirens go off 3 to 4 times a day and sometimes middle of the night. Bring ear plugs

It is simply the best hotel / property in D.C. New,Clean, Nicely Decorated Rooms. Brand New Coffee Machines instead of stupid Keurig! Balcony is a great option as you wish to get clean and fresh air.

Although it looks like an old hotel, the interior facilities are well-maintained, making it very comfortable and pleasant. The bed, in particular, was very comfortable.

This is a hotel in a good location but with very old amenities. It is on the West end of Washington DC. The staff is very nice. However, the facility is kind of of old, very very old. The room is not big but that's fine.

The best part about this hotel is its location. It is supposed to be an upscale hotel but it was not. The rooms are spacey, the countertop in bathroom is small. There is no onsite parking and you have to park at The Ritz for additional fee.

The hotel is very clean, safe, and quiet. I spent my time there during Christmas, and it was perfect - beautiful and bright decorations and sweet service that will help any time. The location is also great, so many stores to go to, and the streets have such an old - fashioned atmosphere adding on to the Washington area.

Room needs to be updated. Only one set of towels in the room. The faucet put out cold water.

Excellent hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great amenities, appreciated the complementary snacks and sodas. Rooftop bar has excellent food and the cheese restaurant next door was also fantastic. Prices were extremely reasonable given the location and the food prices were also very fair. Will visit again.

The room was decent overall but there were some things that lacked attention to detail. We unfortunately had a room that was next door to some sort of hotel room party which was very loud at 1am. The front desk staff named Kanesha was very accommodating and kind to us and found us a room on a different floor. We really appreciate her!

The room is good value for money and clean overall

The location is good, and the hotel also has a free shuttle to Reagan Airport. The room feels renovated and comfortable. However, the soundproofing is average. You can hear people talking in the corridor in the middle of the night. In addition, the water pipes in the bathroom make a loud noise. In short, it is worth the 900 night price.

The hotel is a bit old but the location is very convenient. The room space is not small. The hotel has airport pick-up at the designated location of the hotel shuttles on the arrival floor, which is easy to find. Although there are shuttle buses every half hour, they are not on time. I arrived nearly 20 minutes late. .

Modern makeover since the last time I came! Rooms were upgraded and comfortable with very comfortable glass shower and premium shower heads. Great location for an easy walk to senate buildings and supreme court. Congressional buildings just on the other side of the Capital building. Convenient spot for anyone visiting the capital.

We stayed in the remodeled Capitol Suite and it was a showstopper with a dual entry bathroom and sanctuary bedroom with no windows which made for amazing sleep. Quite a nice hotel. Good breakfast. We got around by car, so I can’t say how easy it would be otherwise. Driving in Washington is relatively easy. The front desk staff’s attitude varied—one was really nice, but the night shift person seemed a bit tired of their job. The parking garage was full, as were the outdoor spots. I didn’t want to pay $50 for a parking spot that wasn’t even available.

The Viceroy was great! Amazing location, walking down 14th street allows you to explore a lot of awesome restaurants and bars. Like Pearls Oyster Place and Barcelona. The 1 bed syute we stayed in was immaculately cleaned. Beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Great blackout shades and soaking tub.

There was no stocked bar. I was unaware that breakfast was included. The coffee shop did not have cash in its register and the coffee was burned. For $6.60 I expect a good coffee!
