I was over charged for 1night that i didn’t stay after the hotel guaranteed to credit me
Every single staff member with which we dealt was pleasant and very efficient and effective. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Our room had a view of the Washington Monument!
very cool!
Great location, room size and general conveniences. Staff were friendly and helpful and check-in was easy. I would definitely consider staying again when in the DC area.
room was nice but we had a leak in the bathroom. The Hotel staff was very nice and immediately fixed the leak and gave us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Unfortunately hotel seemed short staffed during our stay and there was also a strange smell in the lobby bathroom. Also its a "cashless" hotel which was not ideal for our needs.
Amazing room with very high quality fixtures. Great mini bar and nespresso in room as well which is becoming a rarity.
Sandra at the front desk was amazing help, and we dined at the restaurant too with my family we were visiting. The front desk helped with the reservation and we have a very quick, comfortable, and easy stay. Can’t wait to come back.
We had a great day at the Line. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, the room was pristine and fantastic water pressure in the shower! Room service was fast and made sure they delivered exactly what we ordered. Cannot recommend this place more highly

My experience was probably thrown off by the fact that the pull out bed was rough. Like sleeping with a bar in your back rough. The two beds in the bedroom were great, so it fit a family of 5 at a very reasonable price. The kitchen was not the best quality but it WAS a kitchen, so I was grateful for the ability to store food in a fridge and cook up a meal or two. The location was perfect, across from...
The apartment has a kitchen, and you can buy some groceries at the supermarket to prepare breakfast yourself. The hotel has a great location and is convenient for getting to all parts of Washington, D.C.
This hotel offers great value for money. The spaciousness makes it feel comfortable, and the small kitchen made it convenient to bring in outside food. It was relatively quiet during bedtime, and they even let me leave my luggage before check-in, which was nice. The location is also close to the subway station, and there are plenty of good cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
Great place to stay - huge rooms- great area- very friendly staff. Having a kitchenette was huge!
Excellent hotel. Great location. Across the street from a traders Joe and Papa John’s pizza. Bar next door and Catholic Church. Big room with kitchen and appliances
Spacious apartment in a great location and exceptional service.

The only place to stay in Georgetown. Walking distance to all the great restaurants. My favorite place to stay Great staff and the front desk, valets and cleaning staff.
We were not offered free breakfast; we paid
We were not recognized as VIP
Our view was of a roof with machines
The staff didn’t care if we were there of not
Bellmen very kind and attentive
Clean place and convenient location near eateries and shopping.
Nice room with couch, chairs, coffee table, desk and king bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is great for a Georgetown reunion of friends. Walkable neighborhood. Bar off the lobby.
great location and nice renovated hotel-lively bar/restaurant-felt like we were in the thick of things fo a festive holiday weekend.
I stay at The Georgetown Inn every time I am in Washington DC, and it never fails to satisfy!

Very nice people working here. You can rent a car fast too. 15 min walk to main str. Nice large room, corner. Reccomended high floor
Overall is good, i like reception , all is servicemind, good attitude, room is big.
Front desk personnel was very helpfully and friendly
I love the location personally because it’s a little tucked away and surrounded by greenery. The hotel staff are very friendly. The rooms are large and some have good views. The furnishings are a little dated but it’s still a lovely feel to the hotel. Depending on the dates it can be good value at times.
very good hotel, good position and clean room
It was perfect location for us. Nice and clean room. Everything is very peaceful and perfect for all kinds of traveler. It's near by park, airport, All country's Embassy.

Perfect hotel for Washington.
Clean: 10/10
Staff: 9/10
Location: 10/10
Price: 8/10
The hotel is cozy. The service staff are very nice.
I went early and checked bags. They gave us a call and the room was ready as we were running around the city. The doorman was excellent and very helpful as was the desk. We have dietary requirements so we don't eat at the hotels. The room is a little tight as the bed takes up most of space and the TV in the room we had was on a angled wall which annoyed me a little but wasn't very important. Had an...
The room was spotless, check in was easy and efficient, the building was nicely decorated for the Christmas season, and I would recommend the hotel. However, it is not handicap accessible, which was a problem for me.
Convenient transportation, nice environment
The hotel is very well located with a metro stop 10 minutes away. Close to Chinatown with bars, restaurants and shops. It is a charming building and the staff is very friendly. Curious that there is no shower gel, only a bar of soap.
Washington, 1 Washington Circle NW (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Very nice hotel, centrally located and easy to access with the Metro. We loved the restaurant.
Location is great. Only caveat is that it’s very close to the fire station so sirens go off 3 to 4 times a day and sometimes middle of the night. Bring ear plugs
Beautiful stay. No microwave for the guest unless you have suite but that didnt change my experience.
Great place to stay for the Marine Corps marathon. Very short walk to the metro station.
It is simply the best hotel / property in D.C. New,Clean, Nicely Decorated Rooms. Brand New Coffee Machines instead of stupid Keurig!
Balcony is a great option as you wish to get clean and fresh air.
The staff was great. I received an upgrade, was able to use a food voucher and received a late checkout. I will be back!

Very good. The room was large and clean, and the location was quite convenient. Some of the front desk staff were aloof, while others were very helpful.
Although it looks like an old hotel, the interior facilities are well-maintained, making it very comfortable and pleasant. The bed, in particular, was very comfortable.
The location is excellent, in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is a restaurant downstairs, and many good restaurants are nearby. Free coffee is provided.
Greatly appreciate understanding and assistance checking in additional guest while primary guest plane was significantly delayed. Great location and venue. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!
This is a hotel in a good location but with very old amenities. It is on the West end of Washington DC. The staff is very nice. However, the facility is kind of of old, very very old. The room is not big but that's fine.
The best part about this hotel is its location. It is supposed to be an upscale hotel but it was not.
The rooms are spacey, the countertop in bathroom is small.
There is no onsite parking and you have to park at The Ritz for additional fee.
Washington, 1075 Thomas Jefferson St NW (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is very clean, safe, and quiet. I spent my time there during Christmas, and it was perfect - beautiful and bright decorations and sweet service that will help any time. The location is also great, so many stores to go to, and the streets have such an old - fashioned atmosphere adding on to the Washington area.
Room needs to be updated. Only one set of towels in the room. The faucet put out cold water.
Room was FANTASTIC — I especially loved the small touches like the evening turned down service and the bottle of water left by my bed! Free water, soda, and chips bonus as well
Excellent hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great amenities, appreciated the complementary snacks and sodas. Rooftop bar has excellent food and the cheese restaurant next door was also fantastic. Prices were extremely reasonable given the location and the food prices were also very fair. Will visit again.
This is a very nice, clean, and conveniently located hotel in the heart of Georgetown. Very comfortable bed and nicely decorated room.
We had a very comfortable, clean, and spacious room with nice amenities. Everything worked fine! The staff was warm and welcoming and departure was smooth and efficient. We would recommend The Graham for other travellers as it is a great location for reaching areas of sight seeing.
A seamless and relaxing stay. The check-in process was smooth, the room was perfectly prepared, and the atmosphere throughout the property was welcoming. Staff demonstrated professionalism and genuine hospitality. Every aspect of the visit reflected high standards and careful management.
We were at the Poppy last weekend. The accommodations were suitable and the staff and proprietors were agreeable and helpful. Even though it is a small hotel, it has a serviceable lobby/common area where we enjoyed talking with my brother and his wife over drinks and had breakfast the next morning. As for location, the Poppy is in very walkable proximity to Embassy Row, aka Massachusetts Avenue, and...
Stayed 4 nights at this beautiful hotel and couldn't have made a better choice - would definitely stay again. I'd describe it as a small hotel with quaint B&B vibes. The room was a better than average hotel room - practical but classy - but the common areas are what make it most special: the great patio in the front (perfect breakfast spot) and the beautiful patio and gardens in the back (for the evening...
I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Washington! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I especially want to mention a very kind and helpful gentleman who worked there – he made my experience even better with his friendliness and professionalism.
The hotel also offered so many delicious treats, which made my stay feel extra special. Everything was clean, comfortable...
Charm. Decor. Location. Comfort. Service. Affordability. Vibes. All 10/10. Absolutely adored this place and immediately felt at home. If you want a boutique hotel crossed with a B&B experience in Georgetown but still “off the beaten path”, look no further. This 👏🏻 is 👏🏻 your 👏🏻 place!!! As a professional traveler who works in the travel industry and travels A LOT, I can definitely say this is one of...
Such a nice inn. Clean, comfortable rooms, great owners. Will be back.

The room was decent overall but there were some things that lacked attention to detail. We unfortunately had a room that was next door to some sort of hotel room party which was very loud at 1am. The front desk staff named Kanesha was very accommodating and kind to us and found us a room on a different floor. We really appreciate her!
Staff wasn’t the most welcoming and when I got in the room it was a big bug waiting for us wasn’t the best experience for the price.
The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, check-in was a breeze, and they don't charge for pets! It was a lifesaver and I will definitely stay again.
There is no breakfast at this hotel, the room was clean, although the heat wasn’t working so we had to get a maintenance man to fix it and I put my car in valet in the following morning when I went to go check out the valley man almost crashed my car into someone else’s car
Stayed here for a family wedding in DC. Ubered or walked everywhere. Nice staff in the lobby. Wine happy hour was pleasant.
Room was spacious and spotless, updated with tasteful furniture & fixtures, nice large bath.

The room was fairly clean, with two 1.5-meter beds that were very soft. The service was very friendly, and the location was convenient, being close to the subway and offering airport shuttle service.
People at the front desk are really nice. Close to the airport
Facilities: Good, in line with the price
Hygiene: OK, in line with the standards
Environment: OK, the area is relatively quiet, and there are no unsafe factors
Service: The service is quite good, and the front desk staff is quite nice. Worth recommending
The room is good value for money and clean overall
The location is good, and the hotel also has a free shuttle to Reagan Airport. The room feels renovated and comfortable. However, the soundproofing is average. You can hear people talking in the corridor in the middle of the night. In addition, the water pipes in the bathroom make a loud noise. In short, it is worth the 900 night price.
The hotel is a bit old but the location is very convenient. The room space is not small. The hotel has airport pick-up at the designated location of the hotel shuttles on the arrival floor, which is easy to find. Although there are shuttle buses every half hour, they are not on time. I arrived nearly 20 minutes late. .

Very friendly and helpful staff. If going to GWU, it’s basically on the campus. 🤝
The hotel boasts a convenient and quiet location. The room and bathroom were well-laid out, and the decor felt relatively new. My only complaint was the old and incredibly noisy window air conditioner unit. It made sleeping impossible and significantly disrupted my rest.
The room was very spacious, and the overall ambiance was lovely. The front desk staff were friendly and had an excellent service attitude. The entrance was particularly beautifully decorated, and they provided amenities like cups and plates for guests' convenience.
The room was nothing special, and the hotel lacked character.
The room was comfortable, and the bed was spacious.
The location is excellent, just steps away from the metro station. With direct access to the Silver, Blue, and Orange lines, getting around couldn't be easier. The hotel facilities are also quite new.

Coming in from Boston after the big blizzard of 2026, I walked in to the hotel with my shoes all beat up. Can't go to the hill with shabby shoes! But Dino saved me. In the lobby by the gift shop, he took his 47 years of experience and brought my shoes back from the brink. Not only that, but he let me know all the places to go, is friendly and just a good man. I'll stay there again just to see him again...
Modern makeover since the last time I came! Rooms were upgraded and comfortable with very comfortable glass shower and premium shower heads. Great location for an easy walk to senate buildings and supreme court. Congressional buildings just on the other side of the Capital building. Convenient spot for anyone visiting the capital.
Best Hyatt Experience Ever
My girl and I decided to check out the place after its renovation. Safe to say they did a spectacular job on everything.
Mohammed is a front desk manager and he is the definition of hospitality. Warm greeting and very knowledgeable.
Feidi is a front desk agent and she was very sweet and respectful.

We stayed in the remodeled Capitol Suite and it was a showstopper with a dual entry bathroom and sanctuary bedroom with no windows which made for amazing sleep. The bathroom was beautiful and a great layout with a soaker tub. Space was huge and felt really nice with the corner window. This is the only room in the hotel with an actual view of the Capitol, but it's partially obscured by the building...
Everything was wonderful! Located two blocks away from the national mall, we walked to the Capitol Hill, the botanical garden, various museums as far as the natural history museum. The facility is newly renovated and so stunning. All the staff we encountered were delightful. Our room had a minor issue and Samantha from the front desk helped us resolve it quickly. Kids enjoyed hours of play in the beautiful...
The room is clean, but the service is not good. It is a three-minute walk from the Congress
The other reviews and the website did not prepare me for how much STUFF there is in this museum--every surface and every wall covered with books, knick-knacks, record albums, paintings, etc.. Some of it was really cool, like the enormous bathtubs and the themed rooms. But I also felt a bit suffocated as if I was in the house of a hoarder. My companion was obsessed with understanding how they keep...
My husband and I went here for a night out. We had so much fun. Would recommend doing this. Not so much for kids to do. There's lots of stuff to see . Try to get a time when it's not too busy. If you can that way you can find the doors without someone giving them away.
A completely different experience than any other museum in D.C. The beginning of the self guided experience is worth listening to every word. Its walls (that open) must have amazing stories to tell. Try and find as many hidden entrances that move you from room to hallway to room. It’s surreal as there are actual guests staying in the mansion. The amount of incredible memorabilia in this Mansion...
We visited the museaum with our 2 children - age 10 and 12 What a fun experience !! My kids did not want to leave. There was something for everyone is every room and the secret doors made it so exciting ! We would highly recommend this to anyone, all ages!
Take a break from monuments and "traditional" museums by visiting the Museum on O Street. This is perfect for kids from 5-13, I'd say. We had an 11-year-old with us who got into the game of trying to find the hidden doors and rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our favorite was the log cabin room. Each of the themed rooms is crammed with stuff, so if you have trouble with clutter, be prepared. We...
Went with our 12 and 14yo kids. They loved finding the secret doors; us parents loved the nostalgia. We were there over 90 minutes - tired by then, and all the stuff everywhere can be overwhelming to the senses over time. Yes, it seems pricey given so many things in DC are free, but it was a fun unique experience and glad we did it. We felt it was worth it. We parked a couple blocks away via...

The room was clean. The room was on the corner and very quiet. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, average at best.
Check in was easy and staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again when family visits again.
Quite a nice hotel. Good breakfast. We got around by car, so I can’t say how easy it would be otherwise. Driving in Washington is relatively easy. The front desk staff’s attitude varied—one was really nice, but the night shift person seemed a bit tired of their job. The parking garage was full, as were the outdoor spots. I didn’t want to pay $50 for a parking spot that wasn’t even available.
No blanket for sofa bed. It iook so long to run hot water in bathroom. Parking is $50 and too expensive
Very nice front desk staff. Room was well designed and comfy. Nice breakfast. Shuttle from airport and back was a nice feature.
Very clean room, bed was very comfortable, food was great
Found drippy Fawcett in bathroom tub, was reported and they fixed it right away

The property was in a great location, on a quiet street within walking distance to nice restaurants and bars. Hotel was clean and the bar area was nice.
My check-in experience was fantastic and I want to commend the gentleman who helped me check in the morning of December 15. I was able to check into my room (very helpful as I had jet lag) and he was very friendly. He even gave me a gift of chocolates...
The property was beautiful and well maintained. A few small things were off here and there - lighting could be poor, TV issues, etc, but overall, a really lovely stay.
The building is old, the hallways felt dark, the painting was peeling on the ceiling in the bathroom. The hinges were rusted. The lighting was limited and the room felt dark as well. This was my first time staying at a Viceroy and this was not the elevated experience I was expecting. My room service took an hr and arrived cold. The staff was nice, and the rooms were clean, which were the positives...
The Viceroy was great! Amazing location, walking down 14th street allows you to explore a lot of awesome restaurants and bars. Like Pearls Oyster Place and Barcelona. I'd avoid the food trucks as they over charge. Great service at the hotel, cool look and spacious room. Great spot if you like being active in the city.
The 1 bed syute we stayed in was immaculately cleaned. Beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Great blackout shades and soaking tub.
There was no stocked bar. I was unaware that breakfast was included. The coffee shop did not have cash in its register and the coffee was burned. For $6.60 I expect a good coffee! Karen at the front desk was AMAZING! So friendly and upbeat. Zach also did a wonderful job. Overall, great stay and would come back.
