Hotel has a great location to everything. The rooms are clean and spacious. Having a balcony is a nice feature too. Cleaning Service is quick and not too intrusive. Only complaint is the shower gel smells horrible. Not sure why it was used.

Fine overall, but rather basic, 3 star standing. The location is good with some restaurants walking distance.

The reception staff is nice. I reported an issue with my TV which they fixed right away. I went to the restaurant and the service was poor. I had to go look in the kitchen for someone to help after a while.

The kitchenette is a plus for long stays. I only needed it to make coffee and it was troublesome. They provided a grinder (quite a loud option for a hotel room) then I couldn't work the machine properly. Too much work, not enough convenience.

I stayed here for a week on a school trip and it was great. Our group was well accommodated, and the staff were all very helpful. The rooms were really nice and clean, and there was a whole kitchenette and a balcony. It was also within walking distance of a lot of other cool destinations. I had a great time at this hotel and I would definitely recommend.

I reserved a hotel room for my fiance's birthday. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff greeted us warmly and were very accommodating. They even upgraded our room for free! The room was very spacious, like a 1 bedroom apartment, with an attached balcony. There was a decently stocked kitchen attached. This is a pet friendly hotel, and a dog bed and bowls were provided at no additional charge. The gentleman at the front desk even offered to walk our puppy for us. There is a hospital close by, and the noises that come with that, and just DC noise in general, but they offer ear plugs, sleep masks and white noise machines. The bed was comfortable. Wifi was complimentary (a bit slow at times tho). Overall, I would stay here again.

Excellent location, very inexpensive, genuinely helpful, nice, caring staff, and surprise! The hotel "room" is actually a spacious apartment with a balcony equipped with table and chairs (too cold for us to use). This would be a great place to stay for a week. Tip: Take the room rate that includes parking. Paid in advance it adds $25 to the cost of the room. Otherwise valet parking is $42/night.

Older but decent hotel for the area. One bedroom queen suite with kitchen was clean and well appointed. Ambulances all day and night though.. bring ear plugs. Within a short walking distance to some great dining options as well as a grocery store. Nice private balcony views.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and usual amenities. We got a room with a kitchen and the optional service of having the fridge stocked. Room service from the restaurant downstairs was also a breakfast option. The stay would go out of their way to greet us as we entered and excited the lobby. The weight room was small but we'll equipped with trx straps and medicine balls. No lever machines. The hotel also partners with a nearby yoga studio for free yoga classes.

Great value in a prime location. Room feels like a converted studio apartment. Somewhat dated, yes, but spacious and with a balcony and kitchen. Can't complain at this price. Accessible to metro and can walk to Dupont, Farragut Square and Georgetown. Very close to Whole Foods if you need food! Would stay again.

The hotel was good overall. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean. I got a much better room than I expected for the money. It was easy to find. All in all, I was very happy with my stay.

I’ve never enjoyed staying at hotels. They’ve always seemed fake, plastic and full of artificial portrayals of affection and welcoming. But then I met Anthony. I mean this from the deepest cisterns of my quenched soul when I say Anthony has changed me. He’s shown me what to do. What to see. How to live. And how to be. I will never forget my experiences with Anthony. He has shown the reflection of my inner opaque soul, and for that I can never repay him. Though I will try. I will live my life for Anthony. Oh Tony. You are mine, and I am yours. I will show you what it means to be an extension of your heart, mind, and essence. I love you Anthony. Always and forever.

Delicious food. Great service. The pretzel baguette was scrumptious. The duck was bursting with flavor. Will definitly revisit when I am in the area again.

Wonderfull place to have dinner with friends.
You should certainly taste the meat and the mussels. The portions are big, so you won't leave being hungry for sure.
It is usually quite crowded in the evening, so you better reserve the table in advance.
The service is nice.

Food was delicious - especially the lamb sausage flat bread. Service was mediocre. Cocktails were unusual but delightful.

The food here is consistently good. The service is impeccable and the drinks are always good! We come here for brunch and chose the bottomless option, which runs $16 with the purchase of an entree. They always keep the mimosas flowing.

The host at District Commons was also very accommodating. I called to change the reservation at least three times (party size kept changing) and they were so nice about it.

Steve, I believe who is the manager, has impeccable customer service. He's extremely attentive, greets every guest, asks you questions if you're unsure or overwhelmed by the numerous mouthwatering options, and even follows up if you ask for a taster --- every time! My only regret is not writing this review sooner because service like this should be rewarded!

Good service, decent prices, very nice atomsohere and decor, and good food. I will be coming back. I had the jambalaya and it was very good, not as good as Cheesecake Factory but still good. The salmon was cooked to perfection! Highly recommend visiting in 2018.

Truly underrated brunch scene. The drinks are great. Highly recommend the strawberry vodka mojito or the cucumber sangria. For the price, you can’t really beat it. The food is also spectacular and really hits the spot for brunch.
