Every single staff member with which we dealt was pleasant and very efficient and effective. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Our room had a view of the Washington Monument!

Great location, room size and general conveniences. Staff were friendly and helpful and check-in was easy. I would definitely consider staying again when in the DC area.

room was nice but we had a leak in the bathroom. The Hotel staff was very nice and immediately fixed the leak and gave us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Unfortunately hotel seemed short staffed during our stay and there was also a strange smell in the lobby bathroom. Also its a "cashless" hotel which was not ideal for our needs.

Amazing room with very high quality fixtures. Great mini bar and nespresso in room as well which is becoming a rarity.

Sandra at the front desk was amazing help, and we dined at the restaurant too with my family we were visiting. The front desk helped with the reservation and we have a very quick, comfortable, and easy stay. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a great day at the Line. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, the room was pristine and fantastic water pressure in the shower! Room service was fast and made sure they delivered exactly what we ordered. Cannot recommend this place more highly

We held our wedding at the Line and would highly recommend for anyone interested in planning an event or staying there! The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout all the planning and the day itself. We loved all the different spaces they had to offer, from the rooftop to the mezzanine to No Goodbyes. Everything went super smoothly and it was convenient to have the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at one location. So many guests told us after how perfect it all came together. Thank you to everyone at the Line for making it a wonderful experience!

All was great but I would change out the toiletries. They are harsh, very manly smell. Made me itchy and I’m pretty nonchalant about that sort of thing

Great bar and lounge area. Room lovely. A few pieces of furniture could use replacing. But I love older hotels. Do all good!

Good brunch on a long weekend Monday. The place was pretty empty, which was nice. Food was a little overpriced and the music was oddly loud and didn't fit an empty Monday brunch mood. They wanted there to be a party going on, but we were the only table eating.

I don't know how it's possible but they made bacon taste bad. It tasted like they rubbed it on a wet dog. My meal was $18 and it was two pancakes and dog flavored bacon. The place is overpriced and my group of 8 people who each ordered something different didn't like any of the food. You should really only come here for drinks or if you're drunk and can't taste the food.

Food is awesome! I recommend fried chicken with waffles, brussel sprouts with bacon, steak asparagus salad.

This place truly lives up to its name; hospitality is at the core of the experience they give you. My friends and I were wandering down the street, hungry and tired after a long day at a big conference. One of the owners came outside and invited us in. They accommodated us at a big table in the bar section, where we ordered affordable drinks on offer during the late-extending happy hour (until 8pm that night!). Another owner was tending bar, and he joked with us, after which the first owner came by again to chat in a friendly and non-intrusive way. The owners and servers were warm and welcoming, and the fried okra was really well prepared and flavorful. I would like to go back here, and hope it lives up to the almost magical memory of it as a sort of oasis that I have now, a few days later.

While in DC for a friend's birthday, ended up going here for brunch one of the days. Overall, a great choice for brunch. When we got there, we were seated as soon as we arrived (no reservations and on a Saturday ? lol). Our waiter was great! He was very helpful, attentive and had a great personality.

Food wise, we all enjoyed our food. I got the Veggie Omelette which was very filling (I didn't realize I got toast also with the tater tots/potatoes). Overall, good food, good atmosphere (I lived the decor/feel of the place), and would recommend

I visited this place during their special "Harry Potter" event and it was really well decorated according to the theme! Drinks however were poorly made, probably due to the rush! I would give this place another chance!

Went for the Harry Potter pop up. It was cute, but they could've done more. Had a couple very rude encounters with staff that really turned us off. First, a member of our party was declined entry as the bouncer said he couldn't accept a green card then changed the story to his green card was fake. He went next door for a beer and we hung out on the adjoining patios. When we tried to go upstairs to meet friends who were exploring a woman told us it was too full. We said we'd wait and she turned into a power hungry witch, yelling repeatedly that it was too full and she wasn't letting us up there (we weren't arguing, just sitting over by the honeydukes set up waiting). Our friends finally came down and as we went to leave she got mad at us for not wanting to go upstairs now that she would finally allow us. So weird!

Great decorations and craft cocktails. They serve real food unlike some of the other bars that have themed nights / months. Best bartenders ever. Great spot for sports too!

Great drinks, prices are what you'd expect. The drinks seem like they should strong, but are not very. The bar was incredibly slow, but it was very crowded. But it was Harry Potter theme and they did a great job!
