The property was in a great location, on a quiet street within walking distance to nice restaurants and bars. Hotel was clean and the bar area was nice.

My check-in experience was fantastic and I want to commend the gentleman who helped me check in the morning of December 15. I was able to check into my room (very helpful as I had jet lag) and he was very friendly. He even gave me a gift of chocolates as my birthday was the next day. Really nice!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. A few small things were off here and there - lighting could be poor, TV issues, etc, but overall, a really lovely stay.

The building is old, the hallways felt dark, the painting was peeling on the ceiling in the bathroom. The hinges were rusted. The lighting was limited and the room felt dark as well. This was my first time staying at a Viceroy and this was not the elevated experience I was expecting. My room service took an hr and arrived cold. The staff was nice, and the rooms were clean, which were the positives of my experience.

The Viceroy was great! Amazing location, walking down 14th street allows you to explore a lot of awesome restaurants and bars. Like Pearls Oyster Place and Barcelona. I'd avoid the food trucks as they over charge. Great service at the hotel, cool look and spacious room. Great spot if you like being active in the city.

The bed was really difficult for both of us - pillows and hardness. The people at the front desk were great at check-in, pretty surly and unhelpful at checkout.

The staff was super friendly and I really enjoyed their service.
However, the room was less than I expected, it was dark and even with all the lights on it was hard to see. At 9 am, I thought it was 5:30 light.
The room cleaning was subpar- they only made the med and replaced the water in the room. I had towels and washcloths in the shower- and they didn’t move.
Also the AC in the room was so weak and the room was freezing.
Finally, not a huge fan of including 18% tip on everything….

The 1 bed syute we stayed in was immaculately cleaned. Beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Great blackout shades and soaking tub.

There was no stocked bar. I was unaware that breakfast was included. The coffee shop did not have cash in its register and the coffee was burned. For $6.60 I expect a good coffee! Karen at the front desk was AMAZING! So friendly and upbeat. Zach also did a wonderful job. Overall, great stay and would come back.

Staff are always fantastic. Location is ideal. The only problem this time is that I couldn’t get the room cool enough to sleep really well.
