Hotel Madera in Washington

I frequent this restaurant as a good alternative when Frontpage is over crowded. My group and I placed our orders for mimosas, as a accident on behalf of our waitress, drinks and champagne were spilled all over us. We were drenched in alcohol and glass. Our waitress apologized repeatedly, the manager witnessed the incident and offered napkins to help. (That was all that we saw from him). Once clearing the table off, we deciding to make the most of the disaster and order food. Our waiter apologized for a second time and said our bill will be comped on behalf of the manager, due to the extreme incident. (Mind you the manager David never apologized for the incident). Our waitress came to our table and said that after further thought the manager will comp our round of drinks. This would have been okay, however once I asked for the manager to at least apologize in person, is when my discomfort started to grow. David, the manager approach us and said "what seems to be the issue?" He than, began too jokingly say that "things like this happen all the time and that its just the business". I have not heard of any restaurants in DC spilling champagne and glass as a common practice. From his lack of concern for our safety and comfort really leaves me to question how this establishment is still in business. As a person who loves a wonderful restaurant, I would not recommend James Hobans. From the uncomfortable experience I had during my time there, I would rate this and David Giroup( the manager) a one star. I will provide photos once I remove the glass from my shoes.

I don't know what Chipotle has done to the stake but it's disgusting. It used to be my favorite thing to get when I'm here but whatever they've changed, it is not working. The Flavour has gone down the toilet since they made all the changes a while back. This isn't an issue to this location only but since I'm here now I have to get it out. The cut of meat they are using is not the same as well. It very Fatty and there are pieces you come across that you can't even chew. Get you stuff together Chipotle because I don't think I can handle any more disappointing meal at one of your locations.

A shockingly mismanaged Chipotle located in the heart of Georgetown. Food here is routinely under-cooked, place is woefully under-staffed, and selections are under-supplied. How do you run out of guacamole AND chips over two hours before closing time every night?

Crowded, very long line, staff not friendly, food is either not cooked well or overcooked. Tried several times, but had a bad experience every time. Other locations around DMV have been better.

This isn't one of the better ABPs. Service is usually decent, but many of the wrapped foods (sandwiches, brie/grape platter, mini chocolate chips) that I have purchased have all been old or sub-par in some way. Get something out of the pastry "cupboards" by the front door, or from the sandwich counter instead.
