Hotel Barfina in Bukhara

Gave us room in owners house, not the hotel. Cheaters. Room run down trash like worst hostel. No toiletries, no flat sheets, no toilet sink, mirror is laying in the bath. Carpets saw Timurleng himself, dirt everywhere, molds in bathroom, TV does not work. We had only one day to stay and didn't have time to fight it. To add insult to ingury they put third guy in our room (we paid for 3 bad room) in the middle of the night! Stay away from these crooks!!!

The Hotel is well located, that's the best thing about it. Everything else is horrendous. The room was really dirty, the shower was brown with dirt and the water didn't go down the drain. The toilet seat broken. We stayed two nights, the first morning we woke up at 9, we had arranged having breakfast at 10 the night before. When we went downstairs no one was there, only one of the kids, we asked him and he went to wake up the owners. After more than half hour waiting on the stairs we were received with one egg and tea and the lady who served it ( the mother we guessed) didn't even acknowledge us, drop the plates with the eggs and went back to bed. During the day we left to see the city and when we came back the door was close, no one around and the number where it says you can call is old. We had to wait and go call neighbors to get in. The following morning we didn't even attempt the breakfast. The owner was nowhere to be seen and if you needed anything it was the child you had to speak to. They didn't give us internet even though we saw the children using it and playing online. Never coming back. Really nasty place to stay.
