IT WAS TERRIBLE!
Ive sent an email for an early check in (because I arrived after a night bus from Bishkek-Tashkent and after that night train from Tashkent to Bujara) and they didn't reply me. When I arrived to the hotel around 10 am I reasked for an early check in and they said to me NO 'till 14h NO CHECK IN.
SPA AND WELLNESS IS NOT INCLUDED u have to pay 30 usd for a terriblr spa area. In booking nothing appeared about it. I've been to Whyrham spa center. It cost me 8 usd and is 100000 times better!
ONLY SWIMMING POOL INDOOR IS INCLUDED. Ihad a horrible experience with a guest/worker of the hotel. It was 23h I was in the swimming pool and he was looking all the time at me touching himself (MASTURBATING). I LEAVE INMEDIATLY CRYING, I TALKED with the guy in the reception and he laughed about the situation. It never happened to me! And I've been travelling alone to more than 100 countries

I rarely review hotels for minor issues, but I simply have to share this experience.
We had booked two rooms at the hotel for three nights. One was a deluxe room, the other a standard double room. Upon check-in, we were informed that we would have to leave after one night because the rooms were needed for a group. After nearly two hours of discussion, we agreed to stay the night.
The next day, they wanted to move us to a different hotel. Only after a lengthy discussion was I "allowed" to view the new hotel. Upon arrival, I was offered significantly inferior rooms. I pointed out that I had booked a "deluxe" room and demanded a room of the same quality at the other hotel. They then told me that their system showed no record of a deluxe room booking and that I would have to accept the inferior room. I presented my booking confirmation. After further lengthy discussions, they informed me that they had no other room available for us and that we would have to find a new hotel ourselves.
I wasted several hours of my stay trying to find accommodation because the hotel made a mistake, and then they even tried to lie to me.
What a "wonderful" experience!

This is one of the cleanest hotel I have been.
Rooms r not too big, I couldn't open big luggage normal, but u have everything u need and people who r working here r so polite and helpful. What ever u need just ask and they provide it. In the room wifi was a bit slow, but there r great halls with furniture,where is wifi excellent.
The location is good, about 20-30min to main attractions. In my group where two ladies over 80 and they r satisfied:-)

The night before check-in, they brazenly wrote that they were completely full, even though the reservation had been made in advance and the booking service still showed several rooms available. This hotel is designed to ruin your vacation.
