We had a 4 nights stay in Rayyan Bukhara and had a great experience. The staff, especially the manager Rashid, was extremely helpful and answered every concerns of us. The location is in the heart of the city close by everything. All employees super polite and helpful. If I plan another trip to Bukhara, definitely I will choose Rayyan Hotel.

The location was fantastic.
The room had everything I needed, and I had a very comfortable stay.
Breakfast was also delicious.
I especially appreciate how kind and helpful the staff were; I'm truly grateful.

From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but once you enter, it's like another world! First the room. Beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is adequate size, and the towels (on the first night) are so so soft. Room is very clean.
Hotel decoration and design makes you feel like you are staying in a traditional home.
Breakfast is ok, not a lot of meat choices, but plenty of cakes.
Location is perfect. Literally just steps from Lyabi-Khaus, but on a side lane, so it is very quiet.
The reception staff are very friendly, helpful, and has lovely smiles

Loved staying here. Excellent, yet peaceful, location right in the middle of the ‘old town’, surrounded by shops and restaurants and most , if not all , of the important sites within walking distance. Friendly service, comfortable rooms and lovely breakfast. ( note this is Rayyan 1 hotel, next to the Synagogue, not sister hotel Rayyan 2, which Yandex taxi might take you close to, but still within walking distance)

Nice cozy hotel. Very well located with lots of restaurants and tourist spots within walking distance. The staff is very helpful. Special mention for the manager Mr. Rashed who is very kind, knowledgeable and helped us with all our queries. Would surely recommend staying here.

The room was a guesthouse; the bathroom was very clean, and the decor was rich in local folk style. The breakfast was also good, and the hotel staff were very friendly. In particular, their thoughtful service, going to great lengths to make travel convenient for guests, was trustworthy and touching.
