Wyndham Bukhara in Bukhara

Their staff at front desk are amazing and great hospitality, specially, Sevinch start following it up one day before, and guided so well, it was unbelievable. So good. She helped me and my family till the time we checked out, arranged tour guide, taxi, booked spa etc, all amazing people. Gentelman Mirshod was so helping at check in also, he facilitated all well. Sevinch, Mirshod and one more lady were great help thru out the stay. Thanks guys. Breakfast needs very much improvement

The rooms and facilities were nice, and the pool and gym were the best for our visit. The breakfast here was also great with many choices.

There is room for improvement for the shower, as I couldn't find a way to shower without getting the bathroom floor wet. Also, the lifts kept looping the song "Yesterday Once More", which after a few days got the tune stuck on my mind even out of the lift (nice view from the lift made it more enjoyable though).

Yamira the spa receptionist was really helpful and attentive. I had a sports massage with
Diana, massage therapist. She was fantastic and helped release some knots in my shoulders. She was very caring and professional, massage was great

Very nice spa experience. I was so impressed by Aydar at spa reception. He was so nice and informative about all the spa options. Very helpful and great assistance. Abdulaziz was also very nice as well. Great service and highly recommend using this spa.

it only takes about 10 minutes by car to reach the old town. It’s also just a 15 minute drive to the airport, which is very convenient.

The rooms have balconies and the air feels fresh. The hotel has several different saunas and a swimming pool, but unfortunately we were too busy and didn’t get to use any of the facilities.
if you have any issues in your room, calling the front desk will get an engineer to come up immediately, even late at night — this service is excellent.

The only major downside was that on our third day, a Spanish tour group arrived. From 8 a.m. onwards it became very noisy, and the soundproofing was noticeably poor, which affected our rest.

once when I asked a staff in uniform where the restaurant was, he just gave me a cold look and walked away, which felt quite rude and strange.

It's rather strange that room service doesn't seem to pick up the trash guests leave on the table.Then would casually toss my pajamas next to pillow.🤦🏻

Otherwise, I would still recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Bukhara! From the moment I arrived, the reception team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made check-in and my entire stay smooth and enjoyable.

Fantastic hotel. The pool was a great place to hang out in the hot Bukhara sun. Entry in to the spa is included and has both Turkish and salt rooms. The food was delicious, both in the restaurant and poolside delivery. The prices for food was fair too. The free breakfast was good, although they could be slightly slow at restocking it. It is quick walking distance to most main attractions, and there is a nice park with some small convenience stores right out front. I had some local recommendations of what to do from Ameliya yarmuxamedova at the front desk, who was very helpful during our stay. The best hotel I stayed at in Uzbekistan.

Nice hotel but the room a bit small. Difficult to put big luggage. Beautiful lobby area with lots of seating areas. There's a small shop selling scarves, bags, dresses, etc. for the guest convenience. Breakfast was great. Spacious seating areas and many choices. There's few lifts so it's very convenient. During our stay there the electricity tripped a few times. Otherwise, it's a nice stay.

Very large, clean and comfortable room. Very nice and helpful people at the reception. Very good breakfast in a very nice restaurant. Outdoor Swimming pool & Bar Area worthy to go and spend some time to relax and have a swim. I reccomend this hotel for sure. Worthy to choose it.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Dilshad during my stay at Wyndham Bukhara . Throughout my stay, any questions or requests I had were handled promptly and with a positive attitude. Their friendly demeanor truly made me feel at home, and I appreciated the extra attention to detail. Overall, the service at the reception exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel based on the exceptional service provided by the staff.
