Hotel staff welcomed us at arrival. The man at reception Mr. Rustom, guided us everything about Bukhara. He provided us very nice breakfast. They agreed for holding our luggage beyond checkout time and we felt at home here.

Great hostel in the heart of Bukhara! It's close to all the main attractions, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure guests felt at home. I also had the chance to meet some wonderful friends here, which made my stay even more special. The Hostel has a good location and the receptionists are very kind and helpful. The rooms were nice, just the mattresses are really hard and also there is a camera in the room, they should warn you about that when they show you the room so you don’t change the clothes on the room. Al Bukhari is conveniently located near most of the attractions in Bukhara. It is a family owned place, and in-spite the language barrier, they ensured we had a comfortable stay. The best thing about this place is its cleanliness. We had a very comfortable four-day stay. The service was attentive and considerate. It's a quiet place, just a 3-5 minute walk from the old town. Everything was great! We were greeted very warmly and allowed to check in early. The room was very clean. The location couldn't be better; it's easy to explore all of Bukhara on foot, everything is nearby.

This hotel is within walking distance of Bukhara's main attractions, and that's where its advantages end. The rooms are dirty; my friends and I booked three rooms, and one wasn't prepared for our arrival. The staff are friendly and try their best, but the hotel needs renovation. I wouldn't recommend this hotel; if your budget allows, book a more expensive one.

Stayed here as a part of Uzbekistan trip through global connect tours. Advantage of this hotel is it is on the main road hence motorable , yet closed to all the historic sites and restaurants. The farthest site ark fortress is 1.5 kms by walk and 30 mins . Breakfast was very basic. Hotel appeared new built in may 2025

No curtain on the door.. also noisy because of the patio until late evening but rooms are clean and there is a good choice of good for breakfast. I guess some improvements are needed for this new hotel: insolation and curtains at least!

Hello, this is a wonderful family hotel. I really liked it because history and modernity have achieved a common harmony here. Although I only stayed there for 2 days, I felt like a real king during these 2 days. And as I said, the breakfast was very delicious.

The hotel's location is convenient, and the staff are warm and attentive.

It was a wonderful hotel with a very stylish interior. The staff were friendly and spoke fluent English. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of food and was delicious. I'm sure the hotel room walls were designed to resemble Bukhara, but the one thing that bothered me was the white powder that would stain clothes and other items when they touched the walls.

This isn't a hotel, it's incredible! It's located right in Bukhara's old town! I've never seen a hotel with such authenticity, yet it's all combined with comfort and service! We booked this place as it was walkable to indian restaurant. Room was comfortable and clean. Staffs were kind. Only bad thing is breakfast. No options for vegetarian itself very tough. Atleast there should be some cereals and oatmeal porridge.

This hotel has very spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms. The staff is attentive and helpful. Located 15 minutes from the old town, is highly recommendable. The only downside is that breakfast is served in a blind room in the basement. But this is not essential.

A quite decent place in a strict city centre, although it might be a bit difficult to find the location for the first time. And you won't be able to drive and stop there if you're traveling by car. All in all I was happy with the room quality and amount of space (AC and a fridge in the room).

We stayed in a guest house for two nights, there were 12 of us, the room was very simple, but very cozy and clean, there was no closet, there was no refrigerator in the room, but we knew about it and we didn’t need it, the location of the hotel is just excellent , 5 minutes and you are in the center of the old city, this was important for us, the breakfasts are very decent, I recommend a visit!

Hostel Payraviy is located in the heart of the city, with everything just a 5–10 minute walk away. The hostel has a very traditional and homely vibe, and it is neat and clean. The owner is extremely warm and helpful. His son speaks English and is available on calls to assist, and if required, he even comes to the hostel to help. Very helpful people, charming place. But one drawback - the room doesn't have a door. And the washroom is common. At one point the host just barged into my room to hand me a receipt. It's a safe place, no doubt, the hosts are great people , but this part was a little puzzling.

The family was really nice and they had cooking facilities which was great. But I wouldn't return because the room my friend and I stayed in had no working AC, the hostess raised her voice at me angrily which made me feel uncomfortable and there was a midnight curfew. The hostel itself was okay. Good location, great staff.But I wasn’t into this hostel unfortunately. There are so many rules, like forbidden washing clothes in bathroom / door will be closed at 12am / leaving backpack after checking out will cost money…and 10 more rules. I’ve been traveling for 7 months, but this is the first time to see the hostel has tons of rules. That made me uncomfortable.
