Bukhara, Khoja Bulgor 40 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Hotel staff welcomed us at arrival. The man at reception Mr. Rustom, guided us everything about Bukhara. He provided us very nice breakfast.
They agreed for holding our luggage beyond checkout time and we felt at home here.
Well located, clean, very hospital and welcoming hosts. Special shout out to Rustam for his high quality professionalism! Give this man a raise! :D
Great hostel in the heart of Bukhara! It's close to all the main attractions, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure guests felt at home. I also had the chance to meet some wonderful friends here, which made my stay even more special. Definitely recommend!
The Hostel has a good location and the receptionists are very kind and helpful. The rooms were nice, just the mattresses are really hard and also there is a camera in the room, they should warn you about that when they show you the room so you don’t change the clothes on the room. I didn’t had breakfast there but I saw that you get really good food and a lot of vegetables and fruits. The common room...
Al Bukhari is conveniently located near most of the attractions in Bukhara.
It is a family owned place, and in-spite the language barrier, they ensured we had a comfortable stay. Unlimited drinking water is provided.
The room is quite spacious, however we would have liked a double bed. The toilet was clean, and we got nice towels and toiletries.
The breakfast was decent, we got eggs-to-order along...
Good value for money! The owner also understands Chinese

The best thing about this place is its cleanliness. We had a very comfortable four-day stay. The service was attentive and considerate. It's a quiet place, just a 3-5 minute walk from the old town. We had a great time exploring the old town over four days. Thank you to the owner for providing us with such a comfortable place to stay!
Everything was great! We were greeted very warmly and allowed to check in early. The room was very clean. The location couldn't be better; it's easy to explore all of Bukhara on foot, everything is nearby.
This hotel is within walking distance of Bukhara's main attractions, and that's where its advantages end. The rooms are dirty; my friends and I booked three rooms, and one wasn't prepared for our arrival. The staff are friendly and try their best, but the hotel needs renovation. I wouldn't recommend this hotel; if your budget allows, book a more expensive one.
1. Located in the Old City, the guesthouse is just a 10-minute walk from the Minoral Kalo. There are other attractions along the way, so the journey won't be boring or feel long.
2. The guesthouse has a fully equipped and spacious kitchen in the basement, where you can cook your own meals.
3. The guesthouse owner is very kind. Because I needed to catch a 7:40 AM train on the day of my departure,...
It's a beautiful place, super clean and very new to the attractions. Room is cosy and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend to stay here 😊

Stayed here as a part of Uzbekistan trip through global connect tours.
Advantage of this hotel is it is on the main road hence motorable , yet closed to all the historic sites and restaurants.
The farthest site ark fortress is 1.5 kms by walk and 30 mins .
Breakfast was very basic.
Hotel appeared new built in may 2025
No curtain on the door.. also noisy because of the patio until late evening but rooms are clean and there is a good choice of good for breakfast. I guess some improvements are needed for this new hotel: insolation and curtains at least!
Best hotels ever I had and location with breakfast lovely
My wife and I stayed here for two days on a tourist visit to the city.
Very nice room (ground floor) with all comforts. The hotel is very quiet.
The pillow was too thick, and I requested another one. They complied by the next night.
Rooms were very clean, bathroom had everything we needed including nice shower with plenty of hot water. Amenity kit and dental kit.
The breakfast had a very large selection...
Genuinely one of the best, and certainly most beautiful hotels out there. As someone who travels a lot, this hotel is definitely a rare find. With gorgeous and detailed architecture, historic paintings and most importantly of all, a beautiful, safe, cooled room with gorgeous ceilings detailed in art and a clean nice bathroom, for the price this hotel is out of the world. It’s a new hotel, so everything...
Excellent service and very delicious breakfast. Owners are friendly and place is very clean, organized and beautiful with artwork. Really enjoyed the stay here and I recommend it to everyone. Please do come here if you stay in Bukhara.

It's a wonderful place if you like peace and quiet. The owners are lovely, friendly, and provide excellent service. We were welcomed with a delicious breakfast featuring plenty of food and fresh fruit. The location is a little far from the city center, but that's okay, taxis are cheap here. I will remember my trip and this peaceful, culturally rich place.
My parents just travelled to Bukhara for the first time from Jakarta, Indonesia. They had a pleasant night at the Hotel and very warm welcome from their staff.
Having unpredictable trouble to catch up their next trip in the next morning, the owner of the hotel unexpectedly helps my parents abundantly with their sincerity.
On behalf of my family, I really appreciate and thankful to you. Hopefully...
We had stayed for 2 nights in September 2024. Very comfortable stay. The owner is very helpful and did his best to make us enjoy the stay in Bukhara. Highly Recommended. S Jain, New Delhi, India

Hello, this is a wonderful family hotel. I really liked it because history and modernity have achieved a common harmony here. Although I only stayed there for 2 days, I felt like a real king during these 2 days. And as I said, the breakfast was very delicious.
Great hotel with spacious room and great for family. Breakfast is also variety! Location is great and walking distance to tourist spots!

I changed my review. I normally don't do that.
We had a commitment of having one room for resting after checking out. The reception guy told us to stay in one room for free. When we were leaving he started arguing with us furiously to give them extra money cuz they had a booking. The person clearly misbehaved with us. We were a family of 6. We had to leave for railway stations.
Rooms were nice. They...

It's family running hotel. The area is very central, 7-10 walking distance from the old Bukhara center. We like home made breakfast and hospitality of the hotel's owner.
The room was comfortable and clean. The family who runs the place is very helpful. The mother showed me all the hand embroidery and the father sitting at the lobby made me chuckle, he always quickly stands up when a guest arrives out of respect. The owners gave us a list of where we could go which was super helpful because we were short on time and admittedly hadn't researched properly ourselves. Fresh...

Great hotel in Bukhara, Uzbekistan
The hotel is located in the old town and next to the tourist attractions with shops, restaurants and market nearby. The room is clean and its amenities are in good condition. The breakfast is good. The hotel owner/manager is very helpful and speaks English well.
Everything was as expected. The room was confortable and quiet big. AC worked perfectly in that 40 degree. I asked him to keep my luggages till 2pm and he just offer me the room 2 extra hour for free. With the heat going on in july it was very appreciated. I assume the lady at breakfast was his mother. Even though I could not speak with her, she was so helpful and breakfast was perfect with eggs, sausages...

The hotel's location is convenient, and the staff are warm and attentive.
It was a wonderful hotel with a very stylish interior.
The staff were friendly and spoke fluent English.
Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of food and was delicious.
I'm sure the hotel room walls were designed to resemble Bukhara, but the one thing that bothered me was the white powder that would stain clothes and other items when they touched the walls.
This isn't a hotel, it's incredible!
It's located right in Bukhara's old town!
I've never seen a hotel with such authenticity, yet it's all combined with comfort and service!
The bathroom has heated floors, air conditioning, and everything you need!
Special thanks for the delicious breakfasts and friendly service!
Perfect place for a couple of nights.
Great location, comfortable room. Only piece of feedback - install some proper curtains as otherwise there's very little privacy in the room.
The staff were very kind. Relaxing in the courtyard was a luxury. There was a bathtub, and although it took a while, I was able to soak in a warm bath. It really helped relieve my fatigue. The breakfast was also delicious. It was convenient to be able to take a taxi to the front of the hotel. However, I think there are differences in the level of luxury even within the same price range for rooms of...

I fall in love with this hotel, there is very comfortable location, very polite personels and great service. I love the vibe😍
Hotel is designed with national historical ornaments, and it is not far from Old City. Good Personal, very hospitable
We booked this place as it was walkable to indian restaurant. Room was comfortable and clean. Staffs were kind.
Only bad thing is breakfast. No options for vegetarian itself very tough. Atleast there should be some cereals and oatmeal porridge.
Stayed 2 days. Nothing bad nothing good.
This hotel has very spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms. The staff is attentive and helpful. Located 15 minutes from the old town, is highly recommendable. The only downside is that breakfast is served in a blind room in the basement. But this is not essential.
We didn’t enjoy the breakfast. It was not organized well. Hotel itself was good and “in style of Bukhara”.

This was by far the most warm and hospitable stay in Uzbekistan. Ravshan was very accomodative warm and hospitable. It's a home stay/ boutique style of hotel quite near to the main Bukhara complex. Mind you it's not a luxury hotel. Everything is almost walkable distance from this place. We had a good pleasant stress free stay with homely environment.. wish you all the best Ravshan
The hotel is very good and in central location. You can easily go by food to all attractions.
The owner is super nice and helpful. We arrived with night train at 7am and he let us in as the room was free already. Amazingly friendly, family-run boutique hotel! The owner is very helpful and honest! The hotel is clean and cosy. We stayed one night, which was wonderful. We were within walking distance of most of the historic old Bukhara city, and walking through the streets with ethnic style houses made our trip memorable.
Staying here was the best choice we made to stay in Bukhara. The owner Ravshan is a lovely man, warm and welcoming. He was communicating with us before we got there and was very friendly.

Perfect budget accommodation for a few days, a few minutes walk from the city center. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds (considering that they are very hard throughout the country). This is a great choice for accommodation in Bukhara. The staff is kind and patient, the breakfast was huge and delicious. The donuts aren’t included in that but they are fantastic! Nice little family run guesthouse, well positioned fir Bukhara exploration,

Hostel Payraviy is located in the heart of the city, with everything just a 5–10 minute walk away. The hostel has a very traditional and homely vibe, and it is neat and clean. The owner is extremely warm and helpful. His son speaks English and is available on calls to assist, and if required, he even comes to the hostel to help. I would definitely recommend Hostel Payraviy.
Great location, very close to the Ark of Bukhara, Poi Kalon, and other main attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The host is extremely welcoming and warm, which made the stay even better. Highly recommended!
Very helpful people, charming place. But one drawback - the room doesn't have a door. And the washroom is common. At one point the host just barged into my room to hand me a receipt. It's a safe place, no doubt, the hosts are great people , but this part was a little puzzling.
The family was really nice and they had cooking facilities which was great.
But I wouldn't return because the room my friend and I stayed in had no working AC, the hostess raised her voice at me angrily which made me feel uncomfortable and there was a midnight curfew. Would choose somewhere else next time
The hostel itself was okay. Good location, great staff. But I wasn’t into this hostel unfortunately. There are so many rules, like forbidden washing clothes in bathroom / door will be closed at 12am / leaving backpack after checking out will cost money…and 10 more rules.
I’ve been traveling for 7 months, but this is the first time to see the hostel has tons of rules. That made me uncomfortable.
The hotel was clean and tidy, and quite relaxing. There were free coffee and tea at the lobby facing the patio. The bathroom had enough space and comfortable. The owner family was very kind and friendly.
Registon, Toqi Zargaron, and other major places are within a walking distance. There are some food & daily goods stores around the hotel.
