Bukhara's top-ranked hotel certainly lived up to its reputation. It's incredibly unique and conveniently located in the Old City, making it easy to get to all the attractions

Hotel staff are helpful but for some reason the housekeeping did not do our room for our entire duration of stay. The rooms are big but for some unknown reason the bathroom is small. Did get answer from sraff either

I stayed at the Mercure near Bukhara's Old City for a business trip. The overall environment was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious

Most hotels in Bukhara have rather questionable interior designs, but Mercure isn't one of them. This hotel is beautifully decorated and bright inside

It is close to the attraction main place such as the Poi Kalyan. The ambient is nice and the room i get is spacious and nice. Clean and beautiful.

I also really enjoyed the wellness facilities — the indoor pool, sauna, and gym were all well-maintained and relaxing after a day of exploring the city

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional — always smiling and ready to help with anything I asked. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning

The shower didn't have a curtain, so water splashed outside, making the bathroom floor slippery and potentially unsafe. The air conditioner was loud, and I don't know why, but it really disrupted my sleep

Although the hotel isn’t right in the city center, it’s in a quiet, safe area and only a short drive to major attractions. I actually appreciated the peace and quiet after busy days out

Overall, Bentley Hotel exceeded my expectations — it truly deserves its 5-star rating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tashkent!

Medina Hotel Samarkand – A Delightful Stay! I had a wonderful experience at the Medina Hotel Samarkand. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, making me feel right at home

I stayed here for two nights as a solo traveler. It's located in a quiet residential area, so it's a great place to stay without any noise

It's very convenient to get to the exhibition hall; it's only a 10-minute walk. It's a great, very quiet hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at Sahid Zarafshon. From the moment I checked in until the minute I departed, the service was seamless and the staff were incredibly welcoming

A wonderful place, everything is new, clean, and beautiful. We didn't get around to the pool. There are some good cafes and grocery stores nearby, and a liquor store is 1 km away.

The bathroom included both a shower and a deep soaking tub, complemented by a generous supply of toiletries. Service at the hotel was excellent. The staff were smart, responsive, and efficient in addressing any requests

The diner also nice , not expensive. Even the coffee & the burgers we ordered for snacks in late afternoon were great. The staff also very efficient👍 Do not hesitate

We stayed with friends in Archazor and were delighted with the hotel. Friendly staff, a great movie theater for kids, and delicious breakfasts!

In general the resort was amazing, exceeded expectations, and we plan to be back for a longer stay on our next visit.

Great Hotel with pretty views & Friendly Staff

The receptionist can speak english & even book a transport to us to Amirsoy. The room was amazing with a superb mountain view with autumn colors. The breakfast was nice & variety with local & western

The location is excellent. It's in the mountains, the view is beautiful, the pool has no major flaws, and overall it meets expectations. Visitors are likely pleased with the water's cleanliness, temperature, and comfort.

The jacuzzi was connected to the pool so the entire area was cold water, with the pool water level too high - I think they were supposed to be filled separately and not kept at fully filled level

Also there was no towel in there (was told there would be)

Nice big rooms and very good breakfast, location is convenient - around 10mins walk to Registan and Gur Emir. But the rest was not meeting expectations given the high price

I was so tired and just wanted to use the bathroom and go to sleep and he would ask me to wait an hour for his manager to come, and then lecture me about how things are done in hotels worldwide, as if I did not know, having stayed in hundreds of hotels myself… anyway, I figured he was just new and a bit awkward but there was no need for the condescending tone or to imply that we were going to leave...

The only thing missing is a bidet in the bathroom. The location is central, a few minute walk from everything you need to see in Samarkand. And a 15-minute drive from the train station

For improvement, the pool water was 19 degrees, so we couldn't use it. The Turkish bath also never heated up. But overall, the price and quality are in line

We liked the location – it's close to a street with many restaurants. Registan Square is about a 25-minute walk away, where you'll find a pedestrian street, a market, and other attractions

You can also take a taxi, which costs 100-150 rubles. The staff is very polite! They'll tell you everything you need to know and make sure you're comfortable. The breakfasts are quite good, and the cleaning is excellent

Super clean and huge rooms in the new wing. Location was great because of walking distance to restaurants at the gastronomy street despite being on a quiet side street. Not too far from attractions and train station

The carpet in the room was very dirty, and the towels were yellow, not white. The outlet fell out when you pulled out the hair dryer. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and offered us lemonade

The good: the courtyard is lovely, the hamam pool is small, but there is one. We stayed in a suite; the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were poor

When I checked out, they charged me 300,000 som and they still haven't explained what the fee was???

If you point a downgrade it's located in modern and new part of Tashkent City. But all sort of necessity available here in the vicinity

Downsides: The bathroom doesn't have a door, so water easily splashes everywhere when showering. There's no anti-slip mat on the floor, making it very slippery; I had to use a bath towel to prevent slipping
