Excellent location of the hotel as all the monuments to visit are walkable and it is right behind Rejistan Square. Staff were also very friendly. Over all a family friendly restaurant. The room size is a tad small but it is a good budget restaurant. Breakfast they served was delicious, especially their small sunny side up eggs.
I hope in the toilets they make a bidet or a water gun as these are very hygienic.

Do not go here under no circumstances, they have seized my property including my laptop , pair of shirts and my health kit. On January 13/2026. The most horrific experience ever from any hotels in the great country of Uzbekistan. Shame on the owner

Location is very good, staffs were friendly but No window and air circulation in the room. Room are Smelling very badly if it is closed for longer time.
They charge extra $ on the name of Tourism Tax even though you have paid all the taxes through Agoda or other vendors.

I couldn't sleep because of the sound of birds chirping at the front desk and the video the staff was watching, so I asked him to turn it off, and he got angry. This is a hotel with really rude and ignorant staff. And water keeps dripping from the bathroom ceiling

Horrible hotel
Do not stay at this hotel. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty. If you wanted to relax and read a book in your room in between sightseeing, forget it. No windows made it pitch dark during the days many power cuts. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast cold and miserable. Do not trust the pictures, there is no yoghurt or cereal. The sofa in the lobby was used for beds for the two persons working in the reception so you could not sit there. They do not speak a single word of english in the reception by the way. The only plus side to this hotel was the 5 min walk to registan

Too bad there are no windows. The hot water is a bit weak. The location is great.

Not to mention expensive, the sheets and duvet covers are stained, worse than domestic hostels.
There are mosquitoes in the breakfast and the bowls are dirty too.
I was urged to check out as soon as 12 o'clock, and the tourist tax was overcharged. If I didn't contact Ctrip, my loss would be in vain. Ctrip would refund it to me later.
Don't live here. It's really cleaner than this under the overpass.

The hygiene is average, and getting a room is very slow and frustrating.

It's very close to Registan Square, and you can basically reach other attractions on foot, which is very convenient.

Not bad, close to the scenic spot, cost-effective
