This stay was absolutely fantastic! I made a mistake with my booking, but the hotel staff were incredibly patient and helped me sort everything out. They were all super friendly, helped with our luggage, and provided exceptional service. The entire hotel was spotless and very comfortable. We woke up a bit late and worried we'd miss breakfast, but it turned out the hotel offered à la carte Western breakfast and freshly ground coffee, which tasted great, and the service was really thoughtful. The location is also super convenient, very close to the train station, making getting around a breeze. I chose this place specifically because I didn't want to stay near the necropolis area; it's about 5km from the attractions, and getting a taxi was very easy. Throughout my stay, I really felt the warmth and hospitality of the people of Uzbekistan. My accommodation experience was perfect, I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Staying here is perfect for Samarkand. It's close to the train station, just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the place is clean and hygienic. The staff are very welcoming. You can easily get around by taxi.

This is a great hotel. Clean and convenient. Breakfast was good and the breakfast area very prettily done up. The bathroom had a towel warmer which was really great. Members of the staff were friendly and eager to help. On the downside, our room was extremely small and cramped. All the major attractions are quite a distance from the hotel so that's another point against.

Exceptional service, cordiality and personalized efficiency from check in to check out. Impeccable cleanliness in the rooms, common areas and restaurant. High level of comfort, high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable mattresses, quality bedding and elegant furniture. Delicious and varied gastronomic offer, excellent breakfast. At reception there are efficient, well-informed concierges with a good level of English. Staying at this hotel was a very positive experience.

A very wonderful place. Sign up for a company tasting. Lovely and excellent wine. The tasting is conducted by Ilkhom, a wonderful soul. Very informative, interesting and tasty. What will make the most impression on you is what is in the basement. But I won't talk about this. Come and see :)
