The drain in the shower is clogged, the drain does not cope, water runs out through the tray onto the toilet floor, which is why the floor is in water after a shower. Traces of mold and mildew in places of silicone putty. In the shower stall. There is no cutlery in the room (spoons, forks, knives, plates). After two days, they took away disposable slippers and did not give them out anymore. The elevator in the hotel does not work, apparently broken. It was obvious how difficult it is for elderly people to climb to the 3rd-4th floor. The hotel is at a crossroads. There is a bus stop near the hotel. Constant noise of transport, car horns, shouts of conductors and drivers who are trying to shout down each other calling out to passengers... At breakfast, all the food is lukewarm, almost cold and not hot (scrambled eggs, porridge, sausages...). Very hard mattress in the bed. VERY HARD!!! Even my sides hurt for the first 3 days.

Centrally located hotel within 2.5 km of all tourist locations. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Elevator isn't working so lifting luggage is messy. Shower curtains are missing, hence the washroom is a challenge after every shower. Breakfast is average, that can easily improve if the more items on the menu are served hot.

No electricity from midnight on my 2nd night at this hotel. It has been 15+ hours. Also, no water in the washroom. Unable to brush my teeth even. I went outside the hotel and tried calling them to know if electricity is back but they keep disconnecting my calls.

We stayed here after hotel change on group tour . The beds were very hard and narrow. Rooms very small had trouble storing suitcases. Lifts not working. At a crossroads very poorly lit and noisy. Breakfast very average Worst of all was the shower which alternated burning hot water then cold. Staff had no English and no English info in rooms re restaurants etc

In principle good hotel with excellent and friendly service. Warm water is coming also outside peak times if you let it running for some minutes. Evalator is not working. WiFi is slow and in some areas of the hotel not working (they use range extender, but they so not forward DHCP messages.) Big rooms. Standard breakfast.
