We spent two nights there as part of a tour. Although it's not in the city center, you can walk to the main square in 15-20 minutes. Overall, it's pretty good. Hotels in Uzbekistan are generally expensive and not great value for money, especially international brands. So, compared to others, this hotel is decent.
