The hotel's location is super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk to the Shah-i-Zinda necropolis, and a quick taxi ride to Registan Square. I came to Samarkand for business trip and found this Hotel is very great value for short period of stay with great location, not in the city therefore you can avoid heavy traffic and easy to outside of the city.

Perfect small hotel just next to the Registan square. It’s only 300-400 meters walk from the most visited place in Samarkand. The staff are nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great!!!

Great stay! The location is just a short walk from the Registan square but on a quiet street. The rooms are nicely decorated and everything was sparkling clean. Comfy beds as well and the breakfast was absolute perfection. The entire team I interacted with was very helpful and friendly. Truly, can’t fault this place and would happily return.

These folks are awesome. I had a family emergency and they allowed me to pay just the nights stayed. I greatly appreciate that. The rooms are clean and large enough for two people. The AC works quite well. The location is absolutely perfect. It puts you right in the middle of the tourist attractions. The breakfasts are quite nice and are changed up a bit each day.

To begin with, there is a beautiful view from the hotel rooftop, of the Amir Temur Mausoleum. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the owners were very friendly and hospitable. The place includes breakfast and it is something to not miss! The foods they serve for breakfast were very delicious and sufficient for you to start the day!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. the hotel is centrally located and near to may key venues in Samarkand. good support from the staff and enjoyed the stay. was a good touch to have bottles of water available able to guests. The room was Ok maybe a bit small for me but not too bad decor was of a good standard.

I was a little scared to go here, it was part of a group travel. So the room is really basic, but the bed is quite ok. Good is the staff in the entire hotel, restaurant etc etc. Food is way better than expected for breakfast. So, very satisfied for a “simple” hotel.

There are so many ants, I almost became Ant-Man. There are ants on the floor, on the bed, and on the table. Ants, ants, ants, ants, I almost went crazy. If you want to sleep with ants, I recommend it. And there was muddy, yellow water.

They were kind enough to store my luggage before check-in. It was easily accessible from Registan Square, so I was able to easily go see the sunrise in the morning. The hotel was clean, and the shower room had a door instead of a curtain, which was comfortable. The front desk staff were also very helpful. It's a shame that my train was early and I couldn't have breakfast.

The place is beautiful. Loved the service. We wanted to check in a bit earlier that day. They were nice enough to accommodate for that with no issue. The rooms were warm (weather was cold ~17-20C). A slight suggestion for them is to improve the breakfast, especially the variety of foods being offered. The overall experience was lovely for me.
