It says there's an indoor pool, but nowhere does it say it's open since mid-May. Upon check-in, they inform you of this fact. There's water in the pool, but you're not allowed in.

Stayed for 2 days, everything was good, except the TV wasn't working. The breakfasts were average. There's a coffee machine. The pool is clean and always popular. The staff are friendly. It's a single room, and the beds are too close together, so I don't mind being a little uncomfortable, but the breakfast was so terrible that I gave up after two days.

We booked a triple room, which was very clean and uniquely decorated. The service was friendly, the breakfast was plentiful, and they even offered to store our luggage. They even arranged a free train ride to the train station upon departure, gave us a special gift, and even took a photo with us! Overall, it was a fantastic stay! The only downside was the lack of slippers and a shower cap!

On the first day, I had a generally good experience, and the facilities were reasonably priced for the price. However, the situation became increasingly unacceptable. The room was completely soundproof, and the newcomers next door were noisy and loud in the middle of the night. Even after I brought this up with the front desk, they didn't address the issue. I wasn’t a guest but was welcomed as an esteemed traveller. I was able to enjoy the incredible Uzbek hospitality. The sophisticated dishes I tried here were by far the most exquisite I have tasted in Uzbekistan. The staff is fluent in English and very competent. I must come back!

We stayed here two nights. The room is comfortable and not expensive. 350.000. There are also budget rooms, not in the main entrance, that are cheaper and still very nice rooms. 150.000-200.000. we will use those next time. Breakfast is buffet and tasty. Very close to train station.

Fantastic experience - impeccable service, tastefully done interiors, super friendly and caring staff, very clean, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and good location. This is a great combination of luxury and affordability. The hotel is brand new and has a clean, modern appearance. The bed (king) is super comfy as are the pillows. The staff is both friendly and professional. Most also speak English well. I definitely recommend staying here.

I was in transit for a day. For the price, it's decent. It's very close to the train station and about 6.5 km from the airport. The breakfast is simple but you won't go hungry.

The hotel was clean and I generally liked it, but the service wasn't great. I was with my child in a stroller, and not a single staff member offered to help – they didn't even open or hold the door, they just watched. The food was good, but if something ran out, it wasn't replenished, so I had to eat whatever was left.

The location is very downtown, and the internet celebrity shop is bon! It is in the community behind the hotel, and it is very convenient to go to major attractions and bazaars. The front desk speaks very good English. The room is relatively quiet. It is decorated in the style of Soviet veteran cadres in the 1990s. The facilities are relatively old but in good working order.

It's clean and has good air conditioning, but the gym is old.
