Queens Hotel in Tashkent

Although I arrived at the check-in time, they gave me a twin room instead of the double bed room I had reserved — without even offering it as an option or asking. The room didn’t resemble the photos shown during the booking process either. When I asked for the room I had booked, they told me that the person staying there had purchased a late check-in option, so they couldn’t give me the room — and somehow blamed me for it. It was unbelievable.

Our room on the ground floor had a glass door opening to the back yard, and we didn’t feel safe at all. The staff were extremely rude and loud. They constantly shouted at each other, and on top of waking us up very early by making noise right outside our window, they also kept us from sleeping at night. They stood right in front of our door and talked loudly on the phone for several minutes. The soundproofing was terrible — you could literally hear people breathing in the next room.

The room was in terrible condition. Even the window wouldn’t close properly. Breakfast was a complete disaster. There is absolutely nothing redeeming about this property. We couldn’t even sleep. The staff don’t speak either English or Turkish properly, which made communication extremely difficult.

Location of hotel is nice, hotel is old but i can say clean. Servis is not that good. Its 14.4 and i didnt have blanket in my room. When i asked, they told me that they will bring it and they never did. This morning i told the same guy at reception about blanket and they told me that they dont have it. Breakfast is not that good, not enough clean plates.

We booked from *********** but they lat pay extra money even we paid already from ***********. Very very bad, rooms not clean and there not cleaning washrooms smells so bad, in reception stays little boys, they treat with guest very bad not professional I respect only Laziz works at the reception he knows how to talk politely with the guests!!! But we will not come anymore and I don’t suggest this hotel at all honestly 👎👎👎👎👎
