Polite helpful personel. But nearby Sofra restaurant makes the place very noisy especially afternoon beginning a party which lasts till midnight. That's very annoying.

Very bad hotel. With cockroaches in the bathrooms on the ground floor. A bathroom with broken equipment, extremely hard and not at all comfortable mattresses, we slept with sheets that were too small, hard pillows. And disgusting meals. Poor breakfast, all this at the entrance to a magnificent city in Khiva!! What a disappointment. Avoid!! There are many other more charming hotels!
