The hotel view is facing right to Ichan Kala and Kala Minor Minaret. Receptionist is very nice and helpful.
We stayed in the first floor and the room is spacious and clean.
Breakfast menu is delicious.
It is just the wifi didn’t work sometimes.

The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful! This was definitely the best hotel experience I had during my trip to Uzbekistan.
It's a shame I didn't have much time for breakfast. They offered a wide variety of pastries like bread and cookies, along with fruits and nuts. Everything was delicious and the selection was impressive.
The hotel's location is perfect, right in front of the Ichon-Qala outer wall entrance. Across the street, past the parking lot, there are some great, affordable cake shops and restaurants, which was super convenient.

Conveniently located near the fortress entrance. It's clean, and the furniture is new with a fresh renovation. Everything is good, around 4 out of 5, just missing a few small touches for a perfect score:
1. The breakfast was European; it would be great to add some local cuisine, like flatbread or baklava.
2. The reception doesn't offer recommendations or promote local attractions. It would be helpful to get some insider tips: where to eat, where to find the best coffee, and how to save on tickets and souvenirs.
3. The mirror in the room was placed on the side of the wardrobe, which was inconvenient. It would be better to have one near the entrance door, as my wife couldn't check her outfit properly.

Spacious room with clean and new furniture. The view was nice, you can see Itchan Khala from the window which is amazing. And it’s a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is no lift and the man from the reception helped us with our bags. We could not download yandex to get to the airport so the lady from the reception ordered us a car from her app.

Everything is clean and new.
The room was very nice, too.
And the breakfast was simple food but amazingly tasty.
They are not so special food (salad, bean salad, fried one which the potato was inside. Well I do not know the name of this food, sorry) but the taste was so good. I told it to the chef.
She liked it so much 😊

What I personally appreciated was the conditioner provided as an amenity. My hair was damaged from living in a dry region, so I was truly grateful.
The view from the terrace was fantastic. It was also very conveniently located near the ticket counter.
The breakfast was delicious, and I ended up eating quite a lot! I would definitely like to stay here again. I highly recommend it for female travelers.

I booked 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located right in front of the city wall. The staff is friendly. They helped me to book a taxi to Moynaq and Bukhara. The safety box didn't work but I felt safe anyways. The room and the toilet were ok just a bit smell if paint or something like that. They have kettle, coffee, water, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the room. The breakfast was very complete and the taste was good too. If you have a tour at 7 am they make sure you have your breakfast before you leave which was very kind of them.
