Khans Palace in Khiva

Great location, good wifi and nice and clean room. The breakfast buffet was also very nice. It’s walking distance to all the sites in the old town and close enough to the main West gate that getting tickets and Yandex (uber) is super easy too.

Located inside the old city this hotel was very nice except for one issue in our room - the water pressure was so low it was almost impossible to have a proper shower.

Great location, clean rooms, and they provide shampoo, shower gel, and toothbrushes. The mattress is soft and comfortable. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The manager at the front desk is available 24/7. Breakfasts are delicious!

The hotel is located inside the ancient city, near the West Gate. Taxis can drive directly to the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. And because it's in the central part of the ancient city, it's easy to walk around for food and drinks. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing in the rooms could be a bit better; everything else was great.

The rooms are spacious, there's Wi-Fi, and the hot water never runs out. It's located in the old town, and although there was one power outage during my two-day stay, it was quickly restored. It's also in the Ichan Kala district, the heart of Khiva's tourist area, so you can easily go to see the nighttime illuminations from there.

The owner was very attentive and thoughtful, which was great. The location was also convenient, perfect for walks.

The hotel is new, beautifully decorated, and has excellent facilities. The environment is particularly quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. It is located in the old city of Khiva, making it very convenient to explore all the attractions within walking distance.

They allow me to check in early

It was a great choice. Located within the Ichankala district, the view of the castle from the rooftop, and the tranquil night sky during the holiday season, were unforgettable.
Perhaps it was because the UNESCO event took place two months prior? Most of the castle hotels had been renovated for winter. Everything in the Old City seemed to have been remodeled.
The interior of Khan's Palace was also immaculate. The tiled hallway and bathroom floors were heated with heated underfloor heating, instantly warming my chilled body. The sparkling, warm lobby made me want to walk barefoot. Indeed, the owner's young sons were walking around barefoot. The restaurant's furniture was also new and unique, captivating.

The room's special feature was the two outlets in the bedroom.

However, one drawback was that the bathroom shelves and hangers were placed too high, making it uncomfortable for a short person like me. Despite this, the towels provided were crisp and clean, making it a perfect score.

Nice and easy place to stay. Walkable to all locations. Nice and friendly host that promote and share the nice food to have nearby. Great place.
