I stayed at this hotel with my wife. The owner goes out every hour with a cigarette and shouts at those who sit on the benches near the station next to the hotel. It was especially unpleasant at 22:00–23:00, when we were sleeping. The smell of his cigarette was coming through the window, so I had to close it. I also want to note that there was no toothbrush or shower gel in the room

I stayed 2 nights on a tour. I am fully satisfied, the cleanliness was excellent, the service and the location were excellent.

It's a nice hotel, but there's no toothbrush or toothpaste, no shower gel. There was no trash can in the room. The Wi-Fi is also very poor, with poor reception in the rooms. The hallway is fine, with plenty of sofas.

Great staff. Breakfast was varied and brought a lot. The rooms are large. Everything in the hotel is new. Very clean. There is shampoo and soap in the shower. There is a kettle in the room. When we visited, the hotel was almost empty due to the holidays. The location is excellent - train station, amusement park, old town - everything is nearby. You can get to the old town by electric car, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk along a pedestrian street. Wi-Fi is stable.

On February 23, we were given vouchers to Khiva from work, we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted very well, they gave everyone rooms, at the reception the guy met everyone very politely, explained the routine, the rooms are generally at the highest level, the bed is clean, the rooms are clean, the towels are all clean , very good service, dinner was ordered in the restaurant in the evening and another disco, we are all very pleased, further prosperity to you!

It's located opposite the new train station. It's a new building, but it's currently difficult to get to due to roadworks. Spacious rooms. The breakfast is decent, but the restaurant is small.
