The room had a strange smell, but it disappeared after the Daikin air conditioner ran for a while. The hot water pressure was quite low.

The location is excellent, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, and convenient for visiting other attractions.

This hotel is in a bad need of repair and maintenance. Everything creaks. The room did have a window, but it opens up to a wall of the next building. The room has an unpleasant odor, bed is uncomfortable and the bathroom screams mold.

Unlike other hotels that lock their doors late at night, this place was always open, which was great for coming back late after being out.

The price is too high at 230 RMB, only worthy of a 70 RMB county guesthouse in China in terms of hygiene. I guess it's because it's in Hanoi. Compared to China, it's incredibly expensive. A 230 RMB hotel in Guiyang would be excellent and very comfortable.

Great location, very convenient! The entrance is a bit small but there's a lift. It's right in the city center, close to all the attractions. The price is quite reasonable, and while the room isn't huge, it has all the necessary amenities.

I stayed in a room that was located outside the main hotel lobby, which was unexpected. Because of this, it could get quite noisy at times with people walking past and street noise.

The room itself wasn’t good, the air-conditioning had a persistent damp, wet-towel smell, and the walls looked run-down and dirty. It definitely feels like the room needs better maintenance and a refresh.

Staff were polite, but overall, the room quality and environment didn’t meet expectations. Would only recommend if you’re not sensitive to noise and just need a basic place to sleep.
