Had an absolutely amazing experience at this place. The people here turned a ruined vacation into the best ever.

We were supposed to stay at another hotel, but they did not allow us to check in. Almost everything was fully booked, so we started looking for a way to get off the island, but then the really nice manager of this hotel made arrangements so that we could stay here.

She also invited us to a really nice family new years dinner and we felt really taken cared of and enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you again ♥️♥️♥️

We booked Rum Resort for 5 nights at first, but because of the service, kind staff and great location we decided to stay 5 more days. The owner and her staff is really helpful. Helped us with whatever we needed or asked for. We rented a motorbike and got our laundry done at the resort. We would really recommend this resort if you are visiting Phu Quoc. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

They are so unethical and fraudulent. Our booking was cancelled due to “no vacancy” even though we booked it months ago. And after cancellation, we saw them putting out vacant rooms for booking on trip, booking websites double the price. It seems like they do this all the time after seeing the similar reviews. Please avoid this place to prevent the same thing happening to you or anyone else. Absolutely disgusting practice

Absolutely not recommended! Please avoid!

- Overpriced.
- Dirty room and sheets.
- Room was not ready, despite late check in (it seemed as if they were counting on us not showing up).
- WiFi / TV not working.
- Room was not cleaned between days.
- Breakfast was a complete joke (basically an old lady cooking some eggs if you wanted that).

Service was non-existant. Only thing that seemed to matter was that they got paid (including charging double tax).

This hotel is a scam. Despite a confirmation from Booking they cancelled pour reservation the day before and said no possibility to arrange us. On arrival day they asked to confirm what time or to cancel (probably to charge us cancellation fees) so unprofessional behaviour which put a family of seven people with 2 young kids in a difficult situation especially in a busy period with no other hotel available. You can see in the picture attached all the situation.

The resort is quite new with restaurants, convenient stores around. The staff is friendly and helpful. There buffet restaurant is being renovated and tentatively opened in Dec.
