A small hotel with basic rooms, not very comfortable chairs on the balcony, and small rooms. The a la carte breakfast is quite good, especially the eggs Benedict, but there's no complimentary fruit. Overall, three stars is more like a four-star hotel.

The grounds are well-maintained, the pool is perfect, the view from the balcony is simply incredible (we saw the sunset every day), the breakfasts are delicious, but it's very sad that the restaurant staff doesn't speak English well; I had to explain things using my fingers, and they made mistakes.

The hotel location is quite near to the beach but you still need to take taxi if you want to go there. Taxi are terrible there as the charges is crazy. Grab is good. Excellent hotel. Great location on the river. Complimentary water taxi/boat to/from the center of HCM. Superb service from friendly and well trained staff. Attention to detail and quality furnishings. There is no sauna/steam room at the spa which was a disappointment.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooftop pool was beautiful and well designed. The breakfast was very good. The only real issue was that the balcony was not a balcony , it was about a sandle or flip-flop wide and actually a window thar was about 4 feet tall.I put a sandle in the bottom of picture

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from My Khe Beach. The staff are also incredibly helpful and accommodating. The front desk lady was not only beautiful but also very gentle and patiently answered all my questions.

The room was reasonably clean. However, it may have been because we were on the 8th floor and the shower was weak, but there was no safe, so we had to take our valuables with us when we went out. There wasn't much to eat at breakfast, but there were a lot of Indians there, so the breakfast was of that variety. Cleaning is done every day, and it's a good hotel for the price.

The nearby attractions are very close, the facilities exceeded our expectations, and the service was also great.

The centralised air conditioner did not seem to work sometimes, even after restarting and waiting for quite long. So we just use the fan provided. Also there is pretty bad moulding in the bathroom. Did not bother complaining to the front desk because we were staying for less than 24 hours.

The room is old and the equipment is also old. My room has no windows facing the outside, and the window faces the elevator. The bathroom floor tiles are very slippery and the shower room does not drain smoothly. If you're just sleeping overnight, there's no problem. The TV is connected to HBO, but with Vietnamese subtitles.

Rooms are great. Everything works. One of the few places in danang with a balcony for an acceptable price. They clean the room daily if necessary and the receptionist is very friendly! Location is great also, 10 min walk to the beach. Stayed here for the first time a few months ago and this was the second time. Would stay here again in the future.

Everything is perfect except there is no shower curtain.

The location is very good, nearer than it looks on the map from Old Town. Many shops nearby. The hotel reception ladies are kind and attentive. The room is very clean and far quieter than expected without much roadside noise. It has a bathtub even for the cheapest twin room. The only problem is noisy guests laughing loud in the lobby and restaurant area.

I booked family connect rooms, another room was air-conditioning malfunction and the staff bring standing fan to the room. The second night, I changed to another floor connect room, and the lamp besides the bed was malfunction. Call for them to repair. The service is fast and good. The buffet food is not much to select. Nice staff. Location is very good only a couple minutes from the night market and lots of restaurants. Rooms were okay but had a few mosquitoes. Bed sheets were a bit stained. Entrance on the first floor is the massage place. **WEIRD bathroom.!!!*** The glass door only blurs about waist height, so from some angle people in the room can see if the other person is using the toilet. Great option for visiting Hoi An. You can walk to the old town in 7 minutes. The hotel has a great pool, there are almost no people. The room is large. The air conditioning works great.

BEWARE COCKROACHES. While the hotel itself is well located in Hoi An and the staff is friendly, we encountered multiple cockroaches in our room during the night.
