The room has an antique feel and a lot of Vietnamese character. It's also quite close to the old town, about a ten-minute walk away. The service was excellent overall, the only drawback was that the bed was a bit too soft. The pillows also felt too soft.

This hotel has excellent cleanliness and a great environment. What's truly commendable are its location and service! Everyone is very welcoming, and they offer free bicycles. When I left, no one helped me with my luggage, but when I arrived, someone helped me carry it off the bus, haha. A little bit old, but very comfortable hotel. The room is big, stylish and cozy. Location is perfect for exploring the center of Hanoi. Good breakfast - above expectations. BUT while it’s located in the center it can be noisy at night, keep the earplugs on your bed table.

This was a clean place to stay with a decent location for a great price! It's especially good for experiencing the charm of the Old Town. If you're not looking for that Old Town vibe and prefer the feel of a new hotel, then I wouldn't recommend it. But if you're chasing that authentic atmosphere, then it's definitely a must-stay!

About a 15-minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes to the city center, this villa is truly beautiful and convenient. The breakfast was delicious too – it's a dream villa! The hotel is situated in Da Nang bay so it I'd far away from the tourist area and Da Nang beach where most foreigners head to. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Stayed here for a few nights. Lovely spacious room on the top floor. En-suite was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast wasn’t in the same building as the hotel but only a few steps to walk. This property is amazing but badly mismanaged. The cleaning is subpar which is the biggest issue (dirty sink, showers, heck even dirty towels). Price is great! Our second stay at this hotel as our first stay (3 years ago) was lovely. However, this time we were disappointed that the pickle ball court right by the hotel as it is so noisy (no sound proof). Nice room, but not worth the price

Everyday I ask about the restaurant and they told me not open but I feel like they just said that to me because I was black. They didn't want me to eat there. Nothing around the place to eat or drink. No stores.

The hotel is new, reasonably priced, and has reasonable rooms; it's a good option for those on a budget.

I was worried because of the bad reviews, but I had a great time. Taxi rides from the hotel to the city only cost 4,000-5,000 won, and Grab taxis are really good! The staff were friendly, and surprisingly, breakfast was really good. ㅎㅎㅎ I thought I would have to pay for the child's swimming pool, but they just let the child go for free.

Cozy place on the posh area of Hanoi Next to Metropole Hotel. Closer to Head Quarters but without the nosy environment of It. Rooms with balcony, relatively small but good enough. The breakfast buffet is good. I would reccomend this hotel.

This is a small hotel. There are few restaurants in the area. I recommend eating in Hoi An town. The hotel restaurant is inexpensive and delicious. The front desk staff and the porter were very kind. A free shuttle bus takes you to Hoi An town at 6 p.m. This is recommended for repeat visitors rather than first-time visitors to Hoi An.

Very beautiful grounds. You're in the middle of a garden and a short bike ride or grab from the city center. When I was there the advertised gym was under construction (being used as a storage space) and the buffet breakfast was only available if the hotel had enough people. The service here is incredibly good and it's very affordable. They have a pool and a free, extensive breakfast. This was the best hotel experience I had in Vietnam. They even offer complimentary drinks and, when I checked out, they helped carry my luggage to the car.

It's located in Koreatown, so there are many Korean restaurants, and the Kmart is right across the street, which is a plus. The rooms are generally okay, and the pool is small. The breakfast is okay, and the location is good for the price. It's okay for a 0.5 night stay.

The smell of cigarette smoke from the bathroom makes it uncomfortable to stay. The rooms need to be managed more carefully, and some rooms need to be renovated.

This was my first hotel in Da Nang, and the reception was friendly. It was nice to be able to freely use the sauna and swimming pool on the 12th floor. Because it was somewhat cheap, it was nice to be able to enjoy it quite reasonably. It's good value for money. Breakfast was of course good too. Perfect for meals and coffee.

Aside from the hotel's proximity to the market, most restaurants are street stalls with only a few suitable for indoor dining. Fortunately, the hotel has a rooftop restaurant with a pleasant ambiance. In the evening, you can watch the sunset and some of the town's fireworks!

The hotel is located by the port, and we were planning to get to Sunset Town. It's only a 2-3 km taxi ride, but the drivers don't come to us, and getting back to the hotel is even more difficult. Our room overlooked a noisy street, so we asked to change our room to the other side, the staff did it very quickly and without unnecessary questions and even gave a room of a higher class.
