Great location for early morning flight. Around 30 minutes from hotel to Noi Bai airport. Great service throughout checking in and out. Variety of choice for break fast. Plenty of restaurants near by.

Overall quite good stay at Fraser Suites Hanoi. Room very spacious and clean, good for friends or family. Location quite convenient, and staff also friendly and helpful. Facilities decent and well maintained. Not perfect but definitely worth the price. Will consider staying here again next time.

The renovation is great, and the room is very well-equipped with a washing machine and an induction cooker, so you can cook. The only minor drawback is that the beds in the standard room are small, probably around 0.9 meters. The service is excellent, and it's quiet at night. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

It was generally okay, but there seemed to be road construction nearby, which made it a bit inconvenient.

The hotel was pretty good. The front desk upgraded my room for free, and although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it tasted quite good.

Stayed here for one night prior to our Ha Long Bay cruise. We had a lovely stay and the staff were very kind and courteous, offering to help us with every aspect of our stay in the area. We cannot recommend this hotel enough if you are looking for somewhere to stay in this area!

This is the first time we stayed at Paradise Suites Hotel and we never regretted it. Their service room is quite big and their bed is amazing. The front desk is very accommodating. Next time around will book the same hotel. You have a satisfied customer.

The hotel was great. The immediate area around the cruise port is totally dead, and there is nothing to do but wait for your cruise ship to board. Nothing happening at supposedly one of the busiest times of the year. Had I known this, I would have stayed in Ha Long city and not on the island.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, relatively far from tourist attractions. Breakfast was decent, quite clean and plentiful. Overall, the value for money was just okay.

Hotel room was cleanliness, service and facilities were great. we had a great 2 bedroom suite, great for a family of four. The location is OK but long drives in traffic to Tourist areas.

I booked a room with 2 beds, but they gave me a 3-bed room, which was great for my work trip. I'm leaving happy. The food, staff attitude, and gym equipment were all satisfactory.

The room was very spacious and well-equipped, with all appliances being famous Japanese and Korean brands. The washing machine with a dryer was a huge help in humid Vietnam. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it had all the essentials.

Fantastic place. Apartment was just like photos. Everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. Clean, hot shower, comfortable bed. Separate bedroom and lounge with a tv in each. Fully equipped kitchen including a washer/dryer and even a small supply of washing powder. These are the little touches that make a difference. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is clean and has good facilities, the centerpiece of which is a large outdoor pool. The breakfast has good variety with several new dishes each day in addition to staples. Staff varied in friendliness from always helpful cleaning staff to sometimes unsmiling front desk staff. All in all, recommended.

The room is spacious and of good view, beddings are comfortable and clean. Location is ok, you will need to take a cab down to the downtown Hanoi but the distance also keep you away from the noise. Overally a good choice for family stay.

Location is right at night marker, center of ancient town. My stay was good but facilities & amenities are old.

Amazing and welcoming staff! Location was great, close to the lake and the night market is right there on the weekends. You can also even request a late check out or use the shower room before leaving for a later flight. Room is spacious but the window opens to a space within the hotel rather than the street.

Very good facilities and services. The cleaning is highly efficient and the room even has a washing machine.

My toilet kept clogging. They gave me a connecting room even though I was only one person and the people next door had the TV on so loud, it was an unacceptable volume. The hotel sent someone to the room but no one opened, they never got back to me to apologise or anything.

The room is definitely spacious enough, and it has a fridge, microwave, and utensils. The Wi-Fi speed is also very smooth, so my work over the past few days went very well.

First of all, the breakfast is pretty good. The location of this hotel is closed to Ho Chi Minh museum and many tourist spots, but which is in a quiet area at night. Better to rent a motorbike for touring the city and you can park it in the hotel’s garage.

The Hanoi Club Hotel & Residences has been on my radar for some time. On my recent and short trip to Hanoi I finally could try it out for one night. I immediately liked the vibe of the property. Great, quiet location on West Lake. Wonderful staff and great food at their restaurant. I definitely want to stay again and for longer.

The hotel is located in the heart of many attractions and famous restaurants. While the hotel isn't new, the staff provided excellent service. The room size was just right for two people. Breakfast options were limited, and there was only one dish that needed to be pre-ordered, but overall, I was impressed.

Very courteous, helped organize shuttles to and from the airport. Lots of great suggestions in town, and even a discount at a good spa.

The best feature is the location in the Old Quarter. Rooms are small and older but they do have a nice breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is centrally located and the staff are all nice and friendly. The room is a decent size and the AC is good. Shower pressure could be a bit better but it was very warm at least. Breakfast is ok, not amazing, but good to be included and tasty. Nice views from the breakfast area though.

I came here 8 times last year. Everything exceeded expectations with a very reasonable price. Friendly receptionist and enthusiastic guide. Note that this is a serviced apartment, so get used to the reception from afar. However, for such a price, you can't find a better place than this one.

Been here one night for a event near by. Room is clean. The bed is comfortable. I prefer not to have fake flowers or plants in the room since there is nice garden right next. Friendly staff. Good price. Will come back.

For the price it's great, basic room, great view (from some rooms) and great location. Only issue is soundproofing to the hallway is terrible, you can hear anyone walking or talking outside the room.

Used the hotel as a layover afternoon to late evening. Great for a shower, a sleep and something to eat in the small restaurant. Near to airport and they sent a taxi to pick us up. Good views from the pool which we didn't use because it was very windy.

An extremely basic hotel, dont expect too much The only good point about this hotel is that its near to the train station, approx. 5mins walk. Water was not flowing and it just flooded the toilet. Good for few hours of stay.
