Hotels with pool in Northern Vietnam

The reception staff are in need of better training as they were very dismissive when I brought the jellyfish to their attention. We had to resign to the in door pool for the remainder of our stay

The AC in the bedroom didn’t get below 21 degrees in the night even though I set it to 19. We paid extra for a sea view but the small balcony was cluttered with plants and had no furniture on it

The room was spacious with a great view. It's an older hotel, but the location is excellent, right across from a shopping mall and with an ATM nearby, which was very convenient for currency exchange.

My clients have been staying here all month. It's incredibly convenient, located right on Trần Hưng Đạo Street, which is a main thoroughfare downtown. There are supermarkets directly across and next door

My requantly decision. Good choice, good location, wide room and so comfortable. The breakfast are not too much dishes but staffs in restaurant are so kind and gently.

The location is good. Interior looks a bit old but well managed. What I like the most was that the mattress was very comfortable and could sleep well.

Amazing pool and good hotel gym. Nice golf course right on the doorstep and good view from all rooms. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff could be more attentive

We had to great game there and the views were fantastic, good value overall we enjoyed the hotel and the food was good, so we will go back and play another round of golf there and stay again

It is connected to the golf club and golfers will be transported by electric buggies. As it is located on elevated grounds, it is easier to get in n out of the hotel via taxi or private car

Rooms are massive and spacious. Despite it being a old hotel, it remains well maintained. Buffet breakfast area is large and the selections are varied

Pool was closed for event, staff asked to upgrade the room after saying No, then they wanted me to wait till 2pm to checkin while they had the availability of room, but strange..

The location is not too far from the old quarters and quiet close to the Japanese street, it suitable for those prefer a bit more quiet stay yet convenient to get a taxi to travel anywhere

The breakfast is good but not cheap. Even though the building is clearly a bit dated but the facilities are well maintained and staffs are very friendly and helpful

The apartments have minor issues, but overall is not bad ... there's a pool, a sauna, and a fitness room.

The hotel is centrally located, near the Japanese and Australian embassies, so there are many business travelers

Stayed 2 nights in 1 bed 1 bath apartment. Checkin staff were friendly and explained about what hotel had to offer from restaurants to pools etc. Offered late check out which was handy as had 2pm transfer to haiphong

The bar and swimming pool on the upper floor have amazing views and it's also possible to take a bike for a pleasant ride near the beach side. Surely we will return one day 🙌

Come here every 2 or 3 months but never seems to get bored of this place. Excellent view from the balcony (the beach). Breakfast is splendid, good service

This hotel has in each room a container with at least 20 liters of drinking water. MORE than any 5 stars hotel in HALONG BAY that gives each room ONLY 2 bottles of drinking water every day

Saucers made of ceramics NOT plastic, cooking pots and frying pans, bowls, anything needed for a long stay. Guests can buy food & drinks outside the hotel and store in fridge

In addition= each room has a large refrigerator, a microwave, an Electric Induction, utensils for cooking, serving, including forks spoons, knives

They had always demonstrated giving more than expectations attitude for the guests and ensured to understand and take care of all our needs well before in time

Since we keep kosher, they kindly let us use their restaurant kitchen to cook our own food. That kind of flexibility and kindness made a huge difference for us

We had to sleep 1st night with a robe and extra towels. They promised to provide for night two but didnt provide anything until I got angry at them. After that they still gave a blanket and still no pillow

The hotel is beautiful, the lobby is stunning. Our room has amazing view, it is clean and stylish. A minor imperfection is there’s no self-laundry service for the staying guest.

Unfortunately, the room lighting is not bright enough at night, so it’s not very comfortable for working, but it’s perfect for a vacation

The faculties of the hotel and the staff was too good. Food accomodation rooms is also good. Spa , swimming pool ,gym are available here. Outside the hotel supermarket is available too bought anything you need

I managed to find out a Olympic size swimming pool located 15 minutes south from the hotel. the place is My Dinh Water sport stadium (120000VND for indoor pool, 600000 VND for outdoor pool)

It has treadmills, dumbells with a dumbell rack, fat bench, abdominal bench, we were just 2 people early morning. Swimming pool is not an olympic size, not advised for a workout

Room is super clean, swimming pool is nice, too. Bed is cozy, room size is big.

This French-style hotel is located in the city center, right above a luxury shopping street, and across from the Capella Hotel. It's clean and hygienic, the breakfast tastes great, and the service is very attentive.

I had a very satisfying stay this time. The hotel is near Hoan Kiem Lake's Old Quarter, which is very lively at night. The French architectural style is distinctive, luxurious, and elegant

However, to get more value for your money, you still need to venture out, like enjoying breakfast in the glass conservatory, having afternoon tea by the pool, or browsing the Hermès boutique within the hotel

There are also many noisy tour groups! I recommend avoiding this place and not staying here! The front desk staff offered no service and were very unprofessional! Just look at the pictures yourself – I had to stand in this kind of environment for nearly an hour

XL gym, there is a heated pool and an outdoor pool. And Grill 63 serves the best steaks in the city

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We stayed on a high floor with a stunning panoramic view of the city. The scenery was luxurious and truly impressive.

First time staying here and I was a bit disappointed. The front desk is on the 38th floor, and the ground floor lobby felt quite deserted. There seemed to be very few staff members on the other floors as well

I had a wonderful 3-night sightseeing and shopping trip to Hanoi, with a very pleasant stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. The Deluxe Room was well-equipped, amenities were sufficient, and cleanliness met our expectations

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Having two supermarkets nearby on the ground floor was very convenient. The views were fantastic, and while the room wasn't huge, it had high ceilings

Revisited Novotel in December 2022. The crew is as friendly as ever, the room is well-kept and comfortable, and the pool is conveniently located on the first floor, just off the lobby

Location at city centre with small night bazaar just opposite the hotel. Hotel room very comfy and stayed for a night after ha long bay cruise. There are food nearby within walking distance - a dong restaurant

I would like to commend Dat from the reception desk for his helpfulness in finding a lost item which is very important to me. I found it after and it was with me and it dropped in my bag

The location near to SunWorld, The food is good, We got room upgraded to bay view but the sound from the beach club is toooo loud.

I highly recommend the spa on the top floor – it was a delightful surprise! The gym equipment is the most comprehensive I've ever seen, making for a fantastic workout. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time

Hotel is a little aged around the corner but the stuff remains committed and very friendly and helpful  I was asking for laundry mart outside the hotel but nobody seems to know where to guide me I enjoy my stay there and breakfast and gym are very good as well

Room is a great size and you can fit 4 people in the shower its that big. Special mention to: * Mr Tung in food and beverage who was so welcoming every day. Nothing was too much for him. * Mrs Bich at guest services

What a wonderful hotel and staff. Property is very clean, has a delicious breakfast and the staff (particularly Phuong) is amazing. Phuong welcomed us with very pleasant greeting and also checked us out

Spacious room with clean sleek design. I personally live their bathroom. Bed was comfy and shower was nice and strong

They have a gym on the roof top which is 24/7 and another bigger ones sharing with the residence at the lower floor

This hotel's location is a bit like Shenyang's Xita, but it's next to the new municipal government building (a Korean-dominated area, quite far from the main attractions, about a 35-40 minute taxi ride to the core area of Hoan Kiem Lake)

So, if you're just here for tourism, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're on a business trip for a Korean company. For tourism, staying around Hoan Kiem Lake is much more convenient

Be aware that the elevators are incredibly slow; the lobby is on the 62nd floor. Sometimes, I'd want to go down to the supermarket, but the snail-paced elevators would completely put me off
