We needed somewhere for 24 hours, so we took a full-board option. Mistake! We were offered the same menu twice in the same day. Hotel's design feeling classic. It's quite comfortable for business traveler like me due to the location not far from my destination.

The hotel looks grand and the facilities are quite comprehensive. There are a lot of Korean and Japanese guests. The rooms inside the hotel seem a bit dated but they are clean. It's located by the main road, not noisy, and transportation is convenient.

The room is in the most convenient location downtown, right across from Go! Supermarket, which I'd say is the best value and most well-stocked supermarket in Hanoi. It's a great place to buy souvenirs.

The room was spacious with a great view. It's an older hotel, but the location is excellent, right across from a shopping mall and with an ATM nearby, which was very convenient for currency exchange.

The best 5-star hotel in Ha Long with stunning pool views, especially at sunrise and sunset.

Rooms are massive and spacious. Despite it being a old hotel, it remains well maintained. Buffet breakfast area is large and the selections are varied. It is connected to the golf club and golfers will be transported by electric buggies. As it is located on elevated grounds, it is easier to get in n out of the hotel via taxi or private car.

The room was great, very clean, and the environment was excellent.

The hotel was grand. The swimming pool was great for the kids not a lot much else to do there. The golf was great for dad. We had to great game there and the views were fantastic, good value overall we enjoyed the hotel and the food was good, so we will go back and play another round of golf there and stay again. The service was just medium, and the attention to customer detail was low.

The hotel is centrally located, near the Japanese and Australian embassies, so there are many business travelers. The service is decent. There's a large shopping mall next door, and across the street, you'll find a whole strip of Japanese restaurants.

The location is not too far from the old quarters and quiet close to the Japanese street, it suitable for those prefer a bit more quiet stay yet convenient to get a taxi to travel anywhere. The breakfast is good but not cheap. Even though the building is clearly a bit dated but the facilities are well maintained and staffs are very friendly and helpful.

This is an upmarket services apartment and provides all the corresponding level of services and facilities. Just one thing you need to be aware related to the construction site next door, as it goes both day and night. Ask for the unit away from the construction site or the opposite side of the building, then enjoy!

Great place to just enjoy the beach and hotel facilities! We were lucky to be there (end Nov) when there was hardly anyone else around so we literally had the whole place to ourselves. Located on its own island truly gives it a full resort feel. It's a short boat ride across and the boat itself comes on a schedule and is always on time. Service I received was excellent, from handling your baggage, to room service, the staff are very attentive. The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We stayed on a high floor with a stunning panoramic view of the city. The scenery was luxurious and truly impressive.

First time staying here and I was a bit disappointed. The front desk is on the 38th floor, and the ground floor lobby felt quite deserted. There seemed to be very few staff members on the other floors as well. The hotel's facilities and decor are also no longer new. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Having two supermarkets nearby on the ground floor was very convenient. The views were fantastic, and while the room wasn't huge, it had high ceilings. You do need to transfer lifts to get to the rooms. It takes about a ten-minute taxi ride to get to the old town.

Revisited Novotel in December 2022. The crew is as friendly as ever, the room is well-kept and comfortable, and the pool is conveniently located on the first floor, just off the lobby. Everything about my stay was satisfying.

Hotel is a little aged around the corner but the stuff remains committed and very friendly and helpful  I was asking for laundry mart outside the hotel but nobody seems to know where to guide me I enjoy my stay there and breakfast and gym are very good as well

Spacious room with clean sleek design. I personally live their bathroom. Bed was comfy and shower was nice and strong. They have a gym on the roof top which is 24/7 and another bigger ones sharing with the residence at the lower floor.
