Best service ever experienced in a 5 start Hotel!
Very quiet and nice place.
We loved the beach so much, it’s super clean and quiet. It felt like a dream staycation. We had a great time in this hotel. Room is spacious and bathroom is huge. Bed is big too! But the sound proof in the room is poor, can literally hear anything and everything when someone passes by. Hotel breakfast is in big varieties but taste is not the best for me. Hotel staff is friendly & they can speak decent...
Attentive staff, lovely clean room, nice breakfast, nice swimming pool and private beach - highly recommend
We had a wonderful time at there. Room is big and cleaned. Breakfast is also good variety and yummy. Will definitely come back again.
Great service, and the breakfast selection was excellent. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
Overall, I'm very satisfied. The environment, breakfast, and service were all good. There were also many families with young children, and we participated in the Kid's Club activities. The beach was nice, with very fine sand, and it was suitable for swimming.

The suite is very spacious and clean, the onsen jacuzzi is heater and very relax. Good place for relaxing
Far from centre so only few options for food, drinks, dining and shopping. Good quality options at the resort but come at high prices. Poor transparency in regard to swimming pool slides and activities for kids considering it’s a resort for familes.
Very good resort, 1 day not enough, you have to book 2 days at least. A bit far from downtown, 30mins, waterpark and the hot spring really good.
Very enjoyable stay. The place wasn't what I would said clean clean cause there's dusts in the shelves and the closet. Definitely will recommend trying this place out. Other than that the vibes is really relaxing aside from loud music going on in front for the water show at night. It was nice however, we doesn't get to enjoy it since our toddler wasn't feeling well. Black out contains is a great...
Great hotel for family with small kids. Really enjoyed and relaxed staying this hotel.
Big bath in the room, nearby water park, roof top pool, ocean view, etc.
A bit far from city center approx 20 mins.
Restaurants inside the hotel need more improvements as taste was just okay level.
It is a resort so a little out of the way from Da Nang central area. However it is a perfect family getaway with restaurants and entertainment area right at your door. Services are amazing, all staffs have been nothing but friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious!

The welcome gesture and check in experience was very good, clean rooms, poolside areas are very active, view from the room was very good.
Overall good experience and value for money selection!
Excellent! The service was great, and they offered free airport shuttle service.
The hotel isn't very large, so it never felt crowded, which was nice. Breakfast was just okay, enough to fill you up, but the Chinese food options were quite limited.
Also, if there are items that guests aren't allowed to take, it would be helpful to have a clear reminder. As a five-star hotel, I expected some toiletries...
A really great hotel! They offer a free shuttle service to the airport, which is only a 9-15 minute taxi ride away. The facilities are quite new, and the swimming pool is massive with dining options on both sides, so you can eat right after your swim. The landscaping is beautiful, and you can also have lunch and dinner at the hotel. The service is top-notch; we truly felt at home. We stayed for three...
The best quality of this resort was the amazing view of the big pool to the ocean. The food was delicious but not as amazing as the Sheraton 3 bedrooms apartment resort we stayed few days prior. The fitness centre was a little small but still contained. Price was reasonable. We would rate it as 4 stars hotel. Definitely not a 5 stars as they claimed.
The hotel facilities are quite new, and the environment is pleasant, just what I imagined.
Great stay with excellent service. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable with a nice view, and the location is super convenient near the airport and town. Vietnamese breakfast was delicious, and special thanks to Koll from the Guest Experience team for the great care throughout my stay.

The facilities and services were pretty good, but it was too noisy facing the street. On the first night of our stay, Vietnam's U23 team won third place against Korea, and wow, the noise from downstairs felt like it was exploding right next to my head repeatedly. I barely slept all night. Next time, I'll definitely choose a resort for a quieter stay.
The room window opens up to the sea, offering beautiful surroundings. The room is clean, and the front desk staff can speak Chinese.
The room and service were both great. I stayed for two nights, and on the last day, the breakfast area floor was a bit dirty. I bought a pomelo and peeled it perfectly.
Very clean and warm hospitality. Breakfast options were aplenty. Very timely cleaning room service too!
Very good location just right in front of the beach.. good restaurant around .. room is huge and bed is comfort
Great location to the beach. Clean room but amenities not fully provided such as toothbrush and razor blade which is unlikely for a 5 star hotel.
Nice location. Nice clean rooms. But very bad wifi in room. Stayed 3 nights and internet never works
Location is good. Breakfast is worst. Cleaniness is just fine. Not like a international hotel. Dark environment.
Good location and nice hotel. There is a convenience store at the lobby, very useful
If you want to be right in the middle of downtown this was great rooms are a little small but thats expected of a corporate hotel. Service seemed geared toward Russian tourists which was fine the majority of the visitors seemed to be russian but I think putting signs up for guests should mean you also have Vietnamese and English.
Ibis as usual Good 3*** hotel located in central side of this noisy busy croudy city, small clean room, clean shower and toilet, everything is fine for this reasonable price. Bed is comfortable and clean, everyday housekeeping. Tea/cofee set with cups and 2 bottles of water, but plastic cattle is very cheap and old.
Breakfast + Cold swimming pool and massage we didn’t try, nothing to say. On reception...
Good area - in the Centre of Nha Trang. Many shops/ restaurants and the beach. Breakfast are delicious.
“If they only sweep the floor without changing the bedsheets, the room is not clean
Good service and good room, good breakfast
Great place to stay, large clean rooms, heat swimming pools, breakfast is better than average. Great location, beside the ocean, great m, views. The staff are truly amazing, very helpful and go beyond to help people.
Service was great, location was great, and the hotel was very clean, very good gym. If I had one compliant, it would be they need more elevators. Wait times can be a little long during peak time. But it did not ruin my experience.
Close to department store. Good location.
Breakfast is average.

An excellent hotel located right next to the beach. We stayed here for 6 days, and it was the best decision.
The hotel is very cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view and a huge variety of dishes for breakfast. The reception staff are friendly and always ready to help.
The pool water was a bit on the cold side, which was probably one of the few downsides. Otherwise, everything was wonderful...
Great customer service, friendly staff and clean hotel, very good location with great views
We had an incredible stay at this hotel!
The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were quiet with great soundproofing. Everything was super clean and tidy and the view is great.

Excellent hotel. Good breakfast spread. Friendly service. Good location to get grab for traveling. Hotel staff helped to arrange tours to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The location is fantastic, perfect for city walking and exploring all the popular attractions in Ho Chi Minh City without needing a car. The hotel has a pool, and the rooms are really comfortable. We stayed over Christmas, and there was a choir singing in the lobby in the evening, which really added to the festive atmosphere. If I ever go back to Ho Chi Minh City, this...
The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the city center. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices. They also provide slippers and a dental kit, and the slippers were especially comfortable. Overall, it's a very good hotel!
The hotel is located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, offering great convenience. It's right in the bustling commercial district, with the Opera House, Independence Palace, and Ho Chi Minh Square all within close proximity. It's an established five-star hotel; while the facilities are a bit dated, they are well-maintained, and the bed is very comfortable! I specifically requested a high floor, so...
Excellent service and very comfortable rooms. The snails at the rooftop restaurant were delicious. The location is definitely a golden highlight.
A good hotel in district 1, walkable to nearby attraction. Nice roof top bar

The room was clean and tidy. However, the facilities are a bit old-fashioned compared to what you'd find domestically.
Great place to just enjoy the beach and hotel facilities! We were lucky to be there (end Nov) when there was hardly anyone else around so we literally had the whole place to ourselves. The only downside is the daily buffet serves pretty much the same food so after a few meals it gets boring. To get out of the island, you will need to take a ferry but luckily some food options are available on the mainland...
Located on its own island truly gives it a full resort feel. It's a short boat ride across and the boat itself comes on a schedule and is always on time.
Service I received was excellent, from handling your baggage, to room service, the staff are very attentive.
The Italian restaurant was my family's favorite, every dish was expertly prepared and pizzas are made with an actual pizza oven.
Location: On an island, which was completely pointless and inconvenient.
Service: Terrible. 1. Couldn't open the room door. 2. A staff member came, didn't say a single word. 3. The next morning, someone swiped their card and entered the room.
They offered a free drink and a 30-minute late check-out, which showed absolutely no sincerity.
I had a truly enjoyable day at this island hotel. The resort atmosphere makes it a perfect escape, and the experience felt both relaxing and refreshing.
One highlight was the breakfast, delicious, well-prepared, and a great way to start the day. Combined with the overall service and setting, it felt like excellent value for money.
This stay offered not only comfort but also a memorable resort...
Nice place on an island. You are staying in a castle. the portion of food for room service is large in size & 2 person can share it… ferry service though and from the island is half hourly per trip and it runs 24 hours…

A great 5 star hotel. We stayed during peak Dec- Jan time so a bit pricey but otherwise a great stay.
Central location, staff is very helpful ( we were able to get late checkout by 1 pm if I remember correctly ) .
The hotel location is excellent, right in the city center. It's very close to all the attractions.
Great location. Great service. Friendly staff
The hotel's location is great, not far from the attractions. The Central Post Office, Independence Palace, and Pham Ngu Lao Street are all within walking distance.
The front desk staff are friendly and provide excellent service.
The room is clean and tidy.

the design of the shower area without glass wall at bathroom is really bad. All the floor will become wet and become slippery, specially for kid.

I was having a fever and need more water during the stay. Nearby there’s no convenient store at all. It is a very peaceful quiet area.
There’s free Yoga sessions.
Love the breakfast. Lots of choices, smoothies etc was good.
We had a 6 night stay at Naman retreat. Our 3 bedroom villa was very spacious and comfortable. It was well located within the resort. I love this place, peaceful and close to many attractions. People are great.
Beautiful hotel and in an idyllic spot on a pristine beach.
Room was really nice. Breakfast was excellent, huge offering of really good quality food and drink.

The room was pretty good. I stayed on the 7th floor, next to the terrace, which offered a panoramic sea view. The scenery was beautiful. The hotel breakfast was excellent. After breakfast, I went straight to the beach to enjoy the sea breeze, which was very refreshing.
The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Phu Quoc Night Market, which has a lot of local goods – I highly recommend checking it out. The hotel itself is decent, and the breakfast is good. The infinity pool is beautiful.
The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which was a great help. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted delicious. The hotel's overall environment is fantastic, making it perfect for a family trip. You can enjoy a relaxing vacation with your children without even needing to leave the hotel.
Amazing destination and hotel, i have a wonderful trips to this hotel with nice scenery and, enjoy the fiod in coral restaurant. Is all good.
With very good view. Staff nice.
Breakfast buffet is good.
Only the soundproofing material is very poor.
This beachfront hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's really hard to get a room, probably because it's one of the newer hotels on Phu Quoc closest to the night market. The only downside is the beach; it's quite narrow and not exclusive...

Great landscape, excellent service and facilities. Private beach and good spot for sunrise.
We booked a two-bedroom sea-view room, but the facilities were really old. The toilet was clogged, and the front door was jammed shut. However, the environment was absolutely stunning, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.
Enjoyed our stay there. Very value for money. Food options were great. Pristine beaches. But service could be more timely especially with the buggy services for the residence block further away from the main area.
A really kids/family friendly resort. Right by the beach. Fireworks at midnight of Dec 31 at the beach to ring in the new year, very festive.
Service was top-notch. Everything was very smooth. Only issue is that the resort is quite a distance from everything else in Da Nang. But, this is easily overcome considering how cheap Grab rides are. The room was huge and very comfortable. with more than enough space for a family of 4 or 5. The view is fantastic. Waking up to the sun rising over the ocean is a core memory for sure. Lots for kids to...
Beware if you are a Club Guest and Check-Out Time is 11 AM at This Property
I stayed here recently and unfortunately there are several things that made the experience disappointing especially for club guests.
What I Didn’t Like
• Breakfast restriction: One of the biggest letdowns was that breakfast for club guests was only available at the club lounge. Most hotels usually give you the option to choose...
The air conditioner was quite noisy, even on the lowest setting, and it blew directly onto the bed, so I had to turn it off at night.
The beach isn't well-equipped yet – there's nowhere to wash off the sand.
Great place to relax, grab food available but with limited options.
Golf view very nice villa 4 bedroom in the stuning resort on the beach
Its proximity to the airport is close, though it does take 10-15 mins by taxi because of the way the roads are designed. And make sure you arrange transport ahead of them when leaving the hotel, as it’s not easy to get a taxi/grab from the hotel.
The breakfast was up to par, room was big, no complaints.
This resort is nice if you want to stay out of the city and be near the airport (15min). That being said, your food choices anre only limited to the hotel because the area around the airport is super secluded.
All the rooms in this hotel are in villas and have a small private pool for use.
Access to lobby and restaurant is via walk/buggy ride.
The location of the hotel is very far, the customer service staff are also very friendly and kind, and the internal facilities are very comfortable
I had a very satisfying stay this time. The hotel is near Hoan Kiem Lake's Old Quarter, which is very lively at night. The French architectural style is distinctive, luxurious, and elegant. The service was particularly outstanding; the staff were warm, professional, and communicated well in English. They were also proactive in assisting with practical needs like calling a taxi, which really enhanced...
The Sofitel Legend Metropole left me with the best impression of Hanoi.
If I had one must-do during my trip to Vietnam, the Sofitel Legend would definitely be it! If I could only choose one hotel in Hanoi, I would vote for it without hesitation ✨

I booked what I assume was the smallest double room, and it was indeed a bit cramped. There was only one sink, no bathtub, and the showerhead was awkwardly positioned. The breakfast selection was decent, and some of the homemade items were quite tasty. On the first morning, I asked for milk with my Vietnamese coffee and Earl Grey tea, but they arrived without it, so I had to ask the server to bring...
This hotel boasts a pure French style, incredibly elegant and refined. The Capella is right across the road, and I highly recommend dining at either the Sofitel or the Capella, as Hanoi's food scene beyond a few street snacks isn't particularly impressive. The hotel rooms are very comfortable, and the staff are all incredibly warm and helpful, readily assisting with reservations and taxis. It's also...
Had a good experience, and the location is very convenient.
I brought my parents to Vietnam for Chinese New Year, and this hotel's location was excellent. It was a 10-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, less than 900 meters away. St. Joseph's Cathedral was a 15-minute walk, about 1.1 kilometers. The Hanoi Opera House was just over 300 meters away, and it's also a stop for the double-decker sightseeing bus. The History Museum was about 700-800 meters away. On top...

Our visit at Riviera was underwhelming. First our room was on the main building but due to the party noise from the bar which goes on until 11pm, we requested another room as our kids couldn't sleep due to the noise. Cam Ranh Riviera Beach Resort & Spa is good, big bed, big balcony
The worst thing I would like to mention is the food quality. nearly more than half of the buffet food was below standard.
I remembered while I had the breakfast buffet, the cereal, it is suppose to be chunkcy and it wasn't.
I was a bit worried after seeing many negative reviews about things like poor water quality and a subpar menu. But boy, did we get our money's worth! Our two-night stay was perfect: Friday saw a bubble party and a late-night live club by the water park, and on Saturday, there was even a fire show at the beach bar. The crowd was predominantly Western, especially Russian families, which meant we could...

It was amazing place to stay and close to town
For the price paid it was a really nice experience, traditional style room, sea view and a Vietnam style breakfast. I would consider staying again, the only disadvantages were the old gym and outdoor swimming pool
Not as old as some reviews suggest. You can smoke on the balcony, and the room was cleaned thoroughly, they even helped organize my luggage and the room. The bed was comfortable, though a couple of the pillows are quite old and could use replacing. The pool was very clean.
The decor is old but I didn't mind that. It's very clean, comfortable, and spacious. But no walk-in shower, it's over the bathtub. The breakfast could have been better. The location is excellent
Big beautiful room, but I saw one hair from a stranger.
Bathtube where you take your shower.Only on the 4th floor,I could hair the Ventilator till 10pm and in the morning from the building below. Breakfast Vietnamese normal, vegetarian soso and for the westerner more bad!
I was very satisfied with this hotel.
1. **Great Location**: Just 100 meters to the right from the exit, cross the road and you're at the beach.
2. **Excellent Facilities**: Although it's not a new hotel, it's very well-maintained. The coffee shop on the ground floor, the restaurant upstairs, and the pool on the 7th floor are all fantastic.
3. **Comfortable Stay**: The room was quiet and spacious...

Good neighborhood. The main advantage is the large rooms! The beach is nearby. Our flight was rescheduled, so we happily spent the day at the beach and by the pool, leaving our belongings at the hotel.
Peaceful location next to the beach. Room was very clean and modern and staff were friendly.
They upgraded us to an executive suite which was huge and had a very nice jacuzzi in the bathroom. Great view and close to the night market for food, drinks and shopping!
All good just the location of hotel is not in city .And the hotel staff is very welcoming and nice ambience.
Area for improvement :
I'm very disappointed with my 3-night stay at this 4-star hotel during my birthday week. Despite informing them it was my birthday, there was no acknowledgment. Furthermore, the receptionist struggled with basic English. When I initially inquired whether it was a 3 or 4-star hotel, the staff couldn't answer. The hotel has a children's football field, a rich breakfast, and a beautiful, photogenic environment. There's a free shuttle bus at the entrance to Sunset Town. The hotel also has a quiet private beach. You can walk along the beach to the neighboring area where there are many lively restaurants and bars.
The hotel is beautiful and the beach has incredibly fine sand. The beachfront is really special with dozens of meters of shallow water, and it's not crowded at all. Kids can swim safely, and adults can even go boating. The hotel's greenery is also stunning. The only downside is that the beds are too soft; I woke up with a backache.
The room was beautiful, clean, and right by the sea – absolutely stunning! The service was excellent, definitely 5 stars. I'd love to go back if I get the chance. Unit 3 has a fantastic location, with direct access to the shell pool downstairs.
I heard that hotels in Phu Quoc are attractions in themselves even before I arrived, and the JW Marriott definitely proved that to be true. It's truly beautiful, and there are people taking pictures everywhere you look. It was originally Lamarck University, and now it's a hotel. The hotel still showcases the university's history and culture, which gives this JW Marriott a truly unique feel.
Undoubtedly the most beautiful JW Marriott in the world! The hotel boasts a unique style, first-class service, and an incredible beach club. The room was very spacious. This trip to Phu Quoc, both hotels I stayed at charged me for an extra bed, but then didn't actually provide it. Marriott compensated me with a food voucher, so that was a minor hiccup. The environment was lovely, though it took quite a while to get to Sunset Town. I didn't get enough time to fully enjoy the hotel, so I hope to visit again next time. On a side note, I have...
