Big hotel with great location and spacious room. Breakfast is delicious. However, the cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved. One of our family members found a lot of cut nails on the floor when we checked into the room.

From inside the room can hear everything from outside. The toilets still have the instant noodles from previous client under lavabo. Reception is fast but she doesn't guide us where is the location for breakfast and swimming pool. Overall it's good enough for us but need improvement more.

I had a fantastic time staying here for a week. The location was just perfect for its walking distance to the supermarket, and spa areas and across the road is the beach!! And the plus side it's good to catch the grab and get dropped off. And the ladies at the reception are just lovely and always willing to help even though their English ain't great like most Vietnamese people that I've come across...

Good place to stay, room was gorgeous with views of the sea, it is necessary however to note that opposite the restaurant and there is loud music playing, but it's 11 PM already turned it off. Breakfast is delicious, the staff is satisfactory.

The hotel is a bit old, the drainage in the bathroom needs improvement. It doesn't facilitate flushing of toilet papers and no close lid rubbish bin in the bathroom which is not the standard of a 4 stars hotel!

Several same-name hotels sharing same property Different names and confusing. Basic accommodations in modest room. My room was below the floor where a singer was performing in the evening, creating noise pollution. One elevator to service 9 floors. Tourist bus magnet. Breakfast was diverse and healthy. They even had espresso machines.

Had a wonderful 3-day staycation! The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The service was good, the place was clean and comfortable, the counter staff spoke Chinese, the breakfast was good, and ordering Grab was very convenient. The downside was that the water temperature for showering and bathing was a bit low when I went in January.

The hotel was nice, and the room was good too. The only problem was the signal was terrible; even the hotel Wi-Fi kept lagging.

Having stayed in many mid-range hotels across Thailand and Vietnam, the Erica Hotel and Beach was a major letdown. We booked Room 2501 (Signature Room), but the experience did not match the name. We were satisfied with the room. For one week staying will be ok. But the bed sheets haven't been changed.they just made it up, so I didn't immediately realize that they hadn't changed anything for a whole week. And not enough clean the floor, there was hair and sand somewhere. The gym is not gym😂 , it's not enough for people who work out and it's in the corridor among other rooms.

This was the most amazing property we stayed at in all of Vietnam during our 2 week trip. Unfortunately, we got food poisoning in Da Nang the night before arriving to this property so most of our stay was spent bed-ridden but the staff made it so comfortable despite our sickness. We had a wonderful stay in a villa that offered a beautiful waterfront view. Having free bikes available was a bonus for exploring. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our visit. The location is perfect—quiet enough for relaxation, yet just a short walk from Old Town, the night market, and various local restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend!

I really can not recommend this hotel enough. From the moment you arrive to moment left they made you feel like royalty. Travelled with an elderly family member and she felt safe and special each day. From the conceirge, guest services, front office to the GM I can't rate highly enough. The only choice if you ever visit Hoi An!!

Good location, 5 min walk from the ancient city with lots of good restaurants around. We live in family villa on the second floor, the only setback is there is no elevator so we need to carry the luggage down when checking out. But I think the staff is very happy to help to carry the luggage up or down the stairs if we ask them to. Breakfast is fairly good but you can have better options outside...

Nice hotel, didn’t get a chance to experience the full breakfast due to departure time but staff was awesome enough to prepare a take away breakfast prepared for us. Seems like an awesome hotel, a 10mins grab ride from street food or Ben Thanh. Fairly central, didn’t get to explore as much since it was late night when I was free.

Overall, pretty good quality. The room was clean and the surrounding area had convenient transportation. The front desk service was excellent. My only minor complaint is that the hotel breakfast wasn't very varied, with limited options.

I chose this hotel for a business trip, and its location is absolutely excellent, very close to the airport. Thumbs up! Check-in was super efficient. The room was small, located on the second floor. It had 4 bath towels, 2 beach towels, 2 bathrobes, toiletries, tea, coffee, and a kettle. Excellent hotel right in the city center. Everything is within walking distance: shops, cafes, massage parlors, and scooter rentals. We booked a bungalow for 7 nights; the sea is nearby, and there's a large pool with varying depths, always with available sun loungers. The breakfasts were diverse. It was alright. I'd recommend booking a sea-view room though, ours had absolutely no view (picture 3). The hotel itself was decent, good for just chilling out. However, on the last day, I saw a cockroach near the bathtub, and some newly hatched ones too. I guess that's common in tropical areas, especially with fruit around.

Beautiful views, friendly staff and nice quiet location. Nice rooms. We were chauffeured around the resort in little buggies as rooms and amenities are a fair distance apart from each other. Issues however included poor maintenance with broken bathtub plug, shower mixer, cracked tiles and some mould in basins. This is a decent business hotel with good value for money. There are plenty of convenience stores and local eateries nearby. The facilities and service are generally good, and it's convenient to get around. Overall, pretty good.

The room was clean, and the hotel's location made transportation convenient. My flights always arrive at night, so I just take a taxi directly to the hotel from the airport. Check-in is usually smooth; everything's sorted in about ten minutes, and then I can head up to my room.

The room we stayed was full of cockroaches. Breakfast was alright some different selections everyday. We ate but was wondering if some of the cockroaches got in the foods

Personally, I feel that there is no air conditioning. It is very hot and stuffy in the evening. Although there is an old fan, it cannot improve the stuffy situation. The aerial landscape vegetable garden on the seventh floor is highly recommended. You can order a cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It’s great! There are Koreans everywhere, mostly elderly people. The facilities are slightly old. The win is good service and good location. The food is Korean style, which Chinese people are not used to.

When I book my room few months ago, I have a special request for the hotel not to offer me a room in the end of the hallway, but too bad, when I arrived and check in, they give me a room in the end of the hallway,  I was so FCUKING MAD, at the end they offered me another room with better location. It’s a FCUKING DISABLED ROOM. Will never book this **** HOLE again.

overall a good hotel. Nicely located close to train station en the palace. Rooms are not that big, but good bed, tv, and bathroom. Although the shower is in the bathtub. But the rooms are noisy, you hear the people next door talking and moving furniture. But if they act normal no issue. Nice little pool wilt sun beds. The garden well taken care of. All staff very helpfull and speak good English.

Great hotel location, very close to Japan Street, and lively at night! It's super convenient to get around on foot or by public transport. The best part, though, is the incredibly rich and varied breakfast!

Dirty tired gym without air conditioning. One of the receptionists deliberately ignored us, demonstrating incredible busyness. Neighbors smoked in the room, but the staff didn't do anything special.

Me and my wife absolutely loved our honeymoon stay at the Mövenpick Villa and resorts in Phu Quoc, got a lovely sea view room on a higher floor thanks to my Accor gold. Enjoyed the food a lot, buffet’s were exquisite. Special mention to a relaxing couple spa experience provided by Ms Oanh and Ms. Nhi. Would definitely recommend experiencing the property when in Phu Quoc, Vietnam.

I had a massage with Duy and it was absolutely perfect. His technique, pressure, and attention to detail were outstanding. Delicious breakfasts, a large but cold pool. There's no real grounds to speak of (just two buildings and the pool). The beach is a 5-7 minute walk away (towels are provided by the hotel), but sun loungers cost extra. There are many diverse cafes and restaurants nearby.

Best Hotel so far in Vietnam. Staff are friendly We have very nice breakfast and afternoon tea at 2pm every day. They have different varieties of foods everyday for breakfast . The price of our room is 1.2 million VND for 2 double bed (we put it together) as you can see in my photo.

In the double room, only one side of the bed had a charging port at the headboard, which was very inconvenient. Other than that, it was fine. The breakfast buffet was very rich, and there was afternoon tea by the pool, which was quite convenient for me.
