The hotel is in the best location. We received a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly, and we were also given the possibility of a late check-out, which was a big advantage for us. Overall, we had a great experience.

Updated hotel with a large room, comfortable bed, a terrace, and a modern bathroom. Medium quality beakfast was included, but sadly, the coffee was not up to the usual Albanian quality and there was no coffee service in the room. Very nice hotel, the staff are pleasant, the room is clean, and the breakfast is decent! The hotel's location is one of its strengths: right in the center! One small downside is that the parking lot is rather small, which can be inconvenient! I recommend this hotel!

The hotel is located by one of the plazas near the river. The room was okay but it faced the street and was noisy. The bathroom was a challenge. No place for putting personal toiletries and the toilet paper was on the opposite wall across from the toilet. Breakfast was okay. There is only one small elevater which causes a traffic jam when groups depart.

I had a great time, too bad you can't order drinks, so I always have to go to restaurants. Otherwise, I had a wonderful time.

It is a top notch hotel. However, it needs a touch of Gym facilities for those who exercises every morning like me. Another review is that of your desk receptionist ( Arlind, ) who gave his all in making sure our stay was animated. He took out time to explain interesting places of visits and offered a good customer gesture.

The place exceeded our expectations. We booked primarily to ensure that we could easily park the car. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, which made overall experience great. The location was also great. You need to hike up to the main sites but it’s pretty close and it is a calm place for sleeping.

The property location is centrally situated. The rooms are a little on the small side. Biggest drawback was the pervasive and persistent cigarette smoke and cigar smoke smell, both exterior with the entrance/outside cafe area, the lobby, the bar, the elevator and hallways, and rooms. This singular smell issue will prevent us from choosing this location in the future.

It is customary in Albania to smoke in every corner. In the hotel smoking from the lobby floor goes up to the rooms and it's just unbearable. It's hard to breathe. The clothes stinked, even in the room.

A bit pricey since spa cost extra even sauna they charge 15 euros per person per day. The breakfast is great. Rooms are a bit dated with many things semi broken, lights are blue/greenish , uncomfortable. No coffee powder in room and only 3 bags of tea during 4 days stay.

Absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel. Positioned one row back from the beach, with limited sea views, which is more than made up for by the staff. Personal are friendly but they don’t speak enough English to smooth the communication, there is not possibility of charging electrical cars in hotel or nearby. Breakfast they provide individually but some day you should wait longer for breakfast if the cook 👩‍🍳 is not there

Hotel staff if friendly and it was quite place. Its situated on the main road in the centre of tirana thats why excellent bus service. You can visit town centre on the left and biggest mall TEG on the right. Really nice people. Great way to explore the capital

My room didn't have a blanket or shower curtain, but my friend's room had a bathtub 🛁 and blankets. The lobby and elevator smells heavily of cigarette smoke 🚬. We got a cheap price online and now I know why. Also free on-site parking 🅿️ 🚗. This is a you-get-what-you-pay-for hotel

Location is great. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately we had ants in our room near the refrigerator and the bathroom had a sewer smell that was strong enough for us to have to keep the window open.

This place is a perfect designation to relax with your family. It is sea front. Not too many of this kind in Albania. Rooms are clan and staff is friendly. Highly recommended. We have been last year and this year.

Great location. If you are planning to stay here, on a budget, in the best sea location in Vlore, come here. If you want to cheap out and also have an all inclusive experience, please dont come here, you cant cheap out and have a 10/10 service experience. Nice little hotel with its own beach Very nice and quiet little hotel with its own restaurant and beach. No problems with crowds and nice to have close proximity between room, restaurant, beach and swimming. Located a bit outside Vlore but there are also more restaurants and minimarkets within walking distance of the hotel.

The private beach is very nice and was the highlight for us. Our room was okay but a lot of things did not work properly (lights, plugs ...). The breakfast was decent but not special. The staff was polite but not very enthusiastic and rather passive.

Nice hotel. They can provide the transport from Airport Tirana to them. Great service and their restaurant is too great.
