The property location is centrally situated. The rooms are a little on the small side. Biggest drawback was the pervasive and persistent cigarette smoke and cigar smoke smell, both exterior with the entrance/outside cafe area, the lobby, the bar, the elevator and hallways, and rooms. This singular smell issue will prevent us from choosing this location in the future.

It is customary in Albania to smoke in every corner. In the hotel smoking from the lobby floor goes up to the rooms and it's just unbearable. It's hard to breathe. The clothes stinked, even in the room.

One of the best hotels around with a reasonable price. It's a little bit away from the center but that's better, The town is noisy and crowded and sometimes messy. This resort has a brilliant position on a sandy beach and 4 types of pool suitable for children and adults. All inclusive meals are great value. Some days there is a great choice of fish and vegetarian as well as pasta and meat options. Lots of staff who are very keen to help and fix problems. Very good value for the price! The location is great, you are close to the promenade and the hotel has its own beach section. The service was top! I needed a chair for showering because I can’t stand, so they got me one right away. Whenever I had a questions or a request I got the help that I needed.

Room was spacious for 2 adults and a child and looked newly updated, with great internet. Cafe was great for coffee. Location is not the best, but not far from the center. Staff is accommodating and friendly.

We arrived in the middle of the night. Was met on my way in by a very nice man. Who showed us the room. Got what we ordered. And got up for breakfast before we went on. Is a reasonable hotel for cheap money. Would have had a better standard if we were to be there for many days. Because is only a 3 star. But very nice staff. And a perfectly fine hotel for a simple overnight stay.

The view from the hotel is incredible — it’s quite spacious and reasonably priced. The bathroom was fine, but the shower didn’t have a door, so water would spill out every time we showered. The hotel has a restaurant and a pool, as well as its own access to enjoy the beach. We really liked it; the only downside is that it’s a bit far from the city center — about a 30-minute walk — and unfortunately...

Wonderful.staff, can't do enough to help you. Lovely breakfast. Glorious beaches a little further from town but bus arrive once a hour around half past the hour.

Dodona Hotel has a few positves and negatives; Good - great views from the balcony if you get the sea facing rooms. STUNNING location and view, I believe one of the best in Sarande, where the river meets the sea you have stunning view from every side you look, even the elevator. It’s not central, but also not far nor isolated at all! Perfect if you like quietness for your vacation, because the other side of the city is much much louder! The hotel has okay standard, rooms are clean, gets cleaned every day, staff is friendly and AC on the room worked well.
