There was a lot of noise from the main road all night. In the pictures there was a rooftop breakfast/bar on the 4th floor, but it was closed and was being used by the cleaning staff.

Every room has a balcony,not sure about the sea view(its the second line)-but I was lucky enough.Very good wifi- works like a clock.Empty working fridge,new towels every day,good breakfast- dishes changing every day,still may be more salads.and only one type of coffee.one of the cheapest shops across the street and turn left

Many Albanian Hotels are a mix between simple apartments and some areas (rooms, breakfast area, etc) that look like a Hotel. The Hotel is rated four stars, but mainly it's tourist apartments with some tidy rooms. One elevator. Almost no reception. Very calm in October (i don't know about the summer). In October only a couple of bar and restaurant open nearby cause the tourist season is over.

4.5€ of commition fee that came out of nowhere. The reception guy was feet up on the tables, hard to access, no hot water, the infrastructure wants to be luxurious but is crackes and paint is peeling. Our airline lost and bags and we went on a 24 hour lost and found game with them. The Hotel Stela Centre staff were so incredibly helpful, making phone calls for us, booking us an extra night and helping us get back to the airport when they were finally found! Stopped in this hotel to visit Sky Dental to have work completed. If this is what you are here for then the hotel is fit for purpose. If your here for a city break then there are better locations. Overall it is fit for purpose. Breakfast is a none starter I'm afraid.

This nice small 4S hotel is part of a quiet, closed residential estate, which also contains a restaurant-cafe where breakfast is served. Very nice, large and clean rooms with modern bathrooms. The off-centre location is within walking distance to Bulevardi Zogu I and Sheshi Skenderbej.

This hotel has very clean seaside and has an adjoining seaside restaurant about 300 meters away which offers excellent fish and meat dishes and excellent wines. I thank the owner and her family, they are very kind and supported us in all our needs.
