We visited the aqua park, the price to enter is outrageous. Then we could only eat there as you cannot bring food in with you and the food was disgusting. The burger had lots of tomatoes and cucumbers and hardly any meat also we have hard piece of black plastic inside that broke my tooth. We will not be coming back here during our stay.

You cannot review Eastern European hotels with the same eye you use to review a Western hotel. While nice, this property had some problems. It is modern but sparce, it had a very nice bathroom. There was a safe in the room and a mini-refrig. There was no coffee maker, it had very weak WIFI and weak AC master controlled from the front desk. The shower was slow to drain, the vanity sink drain was broken...

Perfect place to stay in Kruje We had great rooms with balconies overlooking the bazaar. Breakfast was delicious. We had a couple of issues - neither room had any cold water at the basin which made cleaning teeth unpleasant. And no toilet roll in one room on arrival. Great hotel with all the necessities, good location just besides the kruje bazar and close to kruje castle. The hotel has good wifi, is clean and has a nice restaurant. The reception is friendly and has some good recommendations on what to do and how to get around in the area. The only downside is no fitness area.

Fantastic stay - highly recommend as a base for exploring Tirana. It was great the hotel had car parking and the reception staff even helped park it for me as the space was pretty tight. Also room was lovely. Other staff were also fantastic including helping print my boarding pass.

I booked a stay at Eler Hotel for my parents and they really enjoyed their time there. The place was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It gave me peace of mind knowing they were comfortable and well looked after. Would definitely recommend.

After several days of hiking across through the valley and staying as a guest in farmhouses along the trail, this hotel was a welcoming comfort: central location, easy to locate, clean room, decent shower and Wi-Fi connection. The hotel is very centrally located right on the Boulevard and has many restaurants and cafe in the surrounding. The check in was very quick and hassle free. The hotel is exactly what you want from vacation hotel but in wrong location. Rooms are clean, king size bed, free drinks and with amazing sea view with mountain on the background. Pool is big enough for many people with smaller one for kids. Don't have high expectations for breakfast and dinner but it's ok. We tried dinner open buffet once for 20 Euros per person.

We must have come at the wrong time because the aircon did not work in our room making for a very uncomfortable stay, the room also had some mould in the bathroom and stained walls from old aircon unit. Overall I think it probably is nice if you’re given a good room and the aircon would work! Overall short walk into town etc and some nice places around. Staff friendly enough!

However, in front of the hotel there is a bar that plays very loud music every night until midnight, making it difficult to sleep before the bar closes. The buffet at dinner was amazing with so much variety and free dessert and and free tea,same goes for the breakfast which was the tastiest and plentiful brrakfast i ever had in a hotel...

The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades
