We were disappointed..The Hotel had a distinct smell as we entered.Room was Spartan and dated. The bathroom had an attempted upgrade which was very poorly completed. Black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and in the shower. Timber steps leading up to the hotel entrance were broken I certainly would not say this 4.5 star.Far from it.

Great location, 5 min walk to the beach and other amenities. Breakfast was nice enough but had little variation and cater for continental Europeans like German and Italian so don't expect full English brekkie. Parking can get a little busy but there's always space. The lift was fine going up but for some reason going down took longer. This was one of the best experiences we had. The hotel was at a great location, and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff was what made it more enjoyable. They were always ready to help , especially Marsia and Sara at the reception! They recommended great restaurants and the hospitality was admirable. We booked the day before our stay and were not disappointed. Place was on a main street and has its own parking. Next to a beautiful local mosque. We had room 101- so could hear alot of people checking out (lots of luggage rolling on tiled floors) in the morning. Try and get a room at the end of the corridor!

We enjoyed our stay at Univers Hotel due to bad weather last night. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy beds . Air-conditioning and large bathroom. The receptionist was gentle and very polite. Breakfast included for every room. It is located near the state road that takes to southeast borders and main cities Korçë, Pogradec. WiFi is not available for some reason. We didn't ask for it.

The hotel is far from town so needed to take taxis and they were not cheap. Super friendly staff. Perfectly equipped rooms. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is very welcoming and fulfills every wish. The breakfast is limited, unfortunately always the same selection, but adequate for the price. The location is central. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The property location is centrally situated. The rooms are a little on the small side. Biggest drawback was the pervasive and persistent cigarette smoke and cigar smoke smell, both exterior with the entrance/outside cafe area, the lobby, the bar, the elevator and hallways, and rooms. This singular smell issue will prevent us from choosing this location in the future.

It is customary in Albania to smoke in every corner. In the hotel smoking from the lobby floor goes up to the rooms and it's just unbearable. It's hard to breathe. The clothes stinked, even in the room.

A bit pricey since spa cost extra even sauna they charge 15 euros per person per day. The breakfast is great. Rooms are a bit dated with many things semi broken, lights are blue/greenish , uncomfortable. No coffee powder in room and only 3 bags of tea during 4 days stay.

A beautifully modern hotel in the centre of Ksamil. Cannot fault the cleanliness. Staff were cleaning all of the time and it was spotless. We had a stunning view of the sunset from our balcony and the room for myself and two daughters was a perfect size. You must eat here at least one evening as the food is outstanding. Great hotel Hotel was fabulous very clean and modern great location walking distance to beaches shops restaurants and bars. Breakfast was good and staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble for them especially Adi in reception

Great location in Ksamil The hotel is beautiful and in a great location - only issue was you couldn’t really stay at the pool during the day as there were no sun beds meaning you have to pay to go to the beach and have a lounger every day!
