DO NOT STAY HERE-SIMPLE- ! The hotel has a policy of over spelling the rooms. We booked a balcony room we got one without, on our check-in, and whilst at reception, we saw people only complaining. We thought why are all these complaining and we found out only when we got our room ( 3 hrs later ) . Breakfast is horrible, cold and of no taste. Coffee is served on small paper cups . Rooms inside are not maintained, cleaning is of basic to non existend. Shower was dirty and half connected. Our room key could open any hotel room and we asked another couple to try their key on ours and worked normal. Parking has an additional charge of 10€ per night and if u pay by card they charge you more. Manager is also no any better , people waited for over a day to speak to him as he is not at hotel. Hairdryer was not working and we were told that someone will come from Tirana to fix it .

It's a scam. The staffs clearly informed that all that was put online is for advertising purposes. You have to pay to use the pool, lodged into another hotel and told to eat in another of the hotels. It's a shamble. Please don't waste your money and time

We booked one week in this hôtel with my girlfriend in Septembre and it was the worst hôtel de ever experienced. Unfortunately we didnt look thé Google/trip advisor reviews before and we should have because all the reviews are true and shared thé same experience. First, we check-in and they ask us to pay almost 500€ tax (on our réservation it was said that WE had to pay 265€ when WE arrive at thé hôtel). Hopefully WE were with an albanian Friend who lives there and After arguing with them they finally acceptés thé 265€. Then they tell us that the room we reserved is not available because they put other people in it (WE booked thé confort luxury room with view on the sea) and that the day After they would give us the right room. So indtead of giving us a better room, they gave us a shorty disgusting room (see pictures). Everything was dirty and broken, even thé towels were dirty... No hot water in thé shower ! Thé day After they changed pur room, it was better but very small compared to the one we booked and no view on thé sea in this hôtel... We took the breakfast + dinner included. The dinner was ok but the breakfast was only cols eggs and some tasteless buffet. We have to order the coffee at the bar and only one coffee free for breakfast, WE had to pay the coffee if WE wanted more... The hôtel is very dirty and they didnt clean our room or change the sheets for 8 days ! When you ask for clean towels or toilet papier they look at you liké you are disturbing them. Also, they Say on the website that there IS a swimming pool, spa, fitness, etc. There IS no swimming pool, thé spa is closes and there IS no fitness either... No activities described on the website were available... Finally, the manager and all the staff members are very rude and they Never smile. When we wanted to talk to the manager and the receptionnist they laughed at us and said that they did not Care... AVOID THIS PLACE !!! For what matters, avoid Albania. Go to Turkey, Croatia or Grèce instead. Nothing interesting and rude people.

Scam scam scam! Nothing like their description. Stay far away! No pool, no private beach for free, no Seaview rooms. They will charge you a fake tax on arrival. They will charge you parking even though it says included. So many upset people at hotel.

Large spacious room. Basic but everything we needed. Asked for blanket n received straightaway! Staff are polite but not over friendly in my experience. Breakfast is adequate and the location is perfect for beach n exploring Durres. Dinner is a set menu and again adequate but for the price I’ve paid for half board I would not have the cheek to complain. The weather is gr8 so we booked in for a few more days! Keep in mind the price you are paying n maybe a please n thank you in there language wouldn’t go unappreciated. Enjoy your budget holiday!!!

Awful. AC went out every single day, the hot water was in and out, the internet barely worked. WALK AWAY DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE. The staff is friendly enough, but I should have known when I arrived and everyone was complaining about the same issues I am having. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

AVOID AT ALL COST!
Booked a room, payed for with confirmation, receipt and everything in order. When we arrived to the hotel, the staff told us that they did not have a room for us. No help, no refund, rude staff just telling us to go to another hotel. This was at 1AM and we had to spend hours in the middle of the night, going from hotel to hotel and ask for a room. Eventually we found a hotel with a free room, and we ended up paying hundreds of euros extra for a hotel room, and still no refund.

IT'S A SCAM!
1. They made us pay a city tax fee (20 euros per person per night!! what an absurd) which is a total scam and no other hotel requires such fee
2. We booked a room for 3 people and got a double room with a small sofa with no extra bedding or towels for the 3rd person
3. The air conditioning was not working and it was too hot to sleep
4. It was dirty
5. The staff at the reception was super mean and not helpful at all, did not bring any extra sheets or towels when asked twice
6. very bad breakfast with no good food
7. the hotel smelled of cigarettes
8. while we were waiting in line at the reception, several people came complaining about their dirty rooms and lack of towels

This hotel is not as advertised. First off they have 3-5 different names for the hotel on Expedia/google, I believe this is a tactic to not see the awful reviews when people book. We booked under Signature BM Hotel and beach. When we got our room it looked as though the room itself was under construction and was supposed to have two bedrooms with two king sized beds however it was one room with two twin beds pushed together and a couch. The bedding was dirty and the bathroom looked like an outhouse. Also, we booked a partial beach view room but we were on the opposite side of the beach. When we asked to change rooms, the concierge called the manager and offered for us to stay in the room we were given while waiting for the manager and he would call us when he comes. We told him we would wait at the front desk because the room was disgusting and he told us he didn’t know how long the manager would take. We waited for 45 minutes and the manager was still not there. As we were waiting for the manager another guest asked for towels because theirs were dirty. That was the last straw we told the concierge we will not be staying and left. They wouldn’t refund the money. Would give this negative stars if possible however I cannot submit this without giving 1 star. Absolutely disgraceful

Duras, a black shop, was actually protected by Ctrip. When placing the order, he had already paid the full amount. After arriving at the hotel, he had to pay at least 25 euros per person per night. And blatantly said, my quotation is low, and I have to increase the price. Complaint to Ctrip on the 19th, 3 days, no compensation. Ctrip is no longer what it used to be. Even Qunar and Tongcheng can't accommodate such a famous merchant. Ctrip actually acted as his umbrella.
