Really cool hotel. Spacious rooms. Has a very chill vibe. The lobby is a great place to hang out. And breakfast was included. Much better experience than the chain I stayed at last time. Next time I will check out the spa. Exceeded expectations. 10/10

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great, there is a bus stop just outside the hotel to take you to town and Teg shopping centre. No need for a taxi, the bus is very reliable every 5-10 minutes. I loved my stay at Privilege Hotel & Spa. I would return and I recommend the hotel.

I had a wonderful holiday with my family at Diamond Hill Resort & SPA. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean, with rooms beautifully designed. The service was excellent – the staff was always kind and helpful. Perfect location for a peaceful stay with stunning views. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Diamond Hill. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. You feel taken care of as soon as you arrive. The room was very nice. The spa is recommended. We appreciated the location, and it's just a quick taxi ride to the city centre. We will be using Diamond Hill again.

Unfortunately, the in-room phone wasn’t working, and since I was already in my pajamas, I didn’t go downstairs to inform the front desk. A large well-located property in Vlore. You cannot review Eastern European hotels with the same eye used to review Western hotels. This hotel has an accommodating staff. There was no room safe, no coffee maker, virtually no AC but the facility and large room had a nice fit and finish to it. It is a modern hotel. I would stay here again.

A nice hotel in a central position close to the seafront. Again no bottled water left in the room and no kettle or provision for hot drinks. Took ages to find a shop selling water. Had a fridge.

Situated a walk from the beach and restuarants. Staff friendly and helpful in reception and the bar. The food was very poor, unlike everywhere else we had stayed and eaten. This is obviously an overnight stay hotel for tours and it shows in the standard of food. Breakfast had plenty of choice but it was difficult to access. The largest hotel in albania with flamboyant decoration. The dining hall is large. The room is also large. It was very cold when there was no carpet. Slippers provided were not suitable. The heater was poorly functioning. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable and provided warmth.

Everything was perfect nice exept for... the beach. It was dirty i couldn't swim cause all over my feet there would something like grass . The pool was clean and nice. I rented a villa which was clean it was our friends. We saw some of the personnel rooms they were do dirty Not my favourite anymore but its okay. I rate it a 7 out of 10.

This hotel has very clean seaside and has an adjoining seaside restaurant about 300 meters away which offers excellent fish and meat dishes and excellent wines. I thank the owner and her family, they are very kind and supported us in all our needs.
