Lovely, modern place with delicious local food, kids-friendly, welcoming, hard-working staff and amazing swimming pools. Sunbeds in the beach as well as around the swimming pools are not scarce. There are live gigs every weekend which add up to great atmosphere of the hotel. My only concern were cables laying loosely on the floor in outdoor toilets but obviously you should wear flipflops in places...

Fabulous hotel, very very clean, food was good, rooms were spotless and the maid service was great. Only downside would be the amount of work going on in the area but obviously this is to improve the area. For a 4-star hotel, there was little variety in the food... from breakfast, lunch and dinner, in the "all-inclusive" format. The AC in the room sometimes malfunctioned, but the cleanliness was good and the beach and pool were excellent. If I return to Albania I will not stay at this hotel.

Absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel. Positioned one row back from the beach, with limited sea views, which is more than made up for by the staff. The staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble for them. There’s a great roof top pool and bar area, which gets the sun in the afternoon. The room was small, but adequate. Each room has a balcony. Lovely hotel by the seaside. Chose the best suite on site and I am not disappointed at all. The jacuzzi was great, the bathroom left clean and the room kept tidy at all times. The sea view was also very much welcome, despite the slight obstruction by the construction sites.

A really nice hotel set just back from the coast. There is currently some construction going on infront of the hotel for some new apartments, it didn't affect us at all. The pool is on the roof of the hotel and although not the biggest, it is a really nice quiet area and as the hotel isn't the biggest, we never had issues with space. Clean room, superb amenities,lovely staff, good drinks and an all round lovely atmosphere.

We stayed here for one night before our flight. The hotel is convenient for this purpose: you can stroll into the large park and spend a few hours there. And the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was the tiny rooms. How Radisson allowed this for the price is beyond me. Sometimes, you literally can't move around in them.

Building is beautiful. Rooms are nice. Customer experience is lacking. Spa pricing is a nonsense. 20 eur per sauna per person per 20 minutes! That could be just added value since the saunas are heated anyways and no one uses them with this ridiculous plan. Extremely disappointed. Hotel and staff are very nice. AC was switched to heating a week before arrival which we didn’t know. It was a bit warm in the room but once we opened the balcony door and kept it open throughout he night it felt cool.

A lovely hotel to stay at when visiting Durres that has prime access to the beach, two pools, a spa area that’s included and great breakfast.
