We are a family of five and found the classic suite and a two twin bed room very comfortable. Beds were comfy, the rooms large and the outdoor pool was wonderful. We loved our room at Hotel Colombo. It was spacious. The hotel is viewable from most of the city areas. We were sad that the spa wasn’t open during the month we were there but we would visit again! The staff were lovely!

I stayed a week at fafa premium resort with my family and had the time of my life, the room ,service and staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Not to mention the amazing food they served for a reasonable price and the hotel was very kid friendly and provided everything you needed to have a great time. Fabulous hotel, very very clean, food was good, rooms were spotless and the maid service was great. Only downside would be the amount of work going on in the area but obviously this is to improve the area. For a 4-star hotel, there was little variety in the food... from breakfast, lunch and dinner, in the "all-inclusive" format. The AC in the room sometimes malfunctioned, but the cleanliness was good and the beach and pool were excellent. If I return to Albania I will not stay at this hotel.

We stayed here for one night before our flight. The hotel is convenient for this purpose: you can stroll into the large park and spend a few hours there. And the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was the tiny rooms. How Radisson allowed this for the price is beyond me. Sometimes, you literally can't move around in them.

Building is beautiful. Rooms are nice. Customer experience is lacking. Spa pricing is a nonsense. 20 eur per sauna per person per 20 minutes! That could be just added value since the saunas are heated anyways and no one uses them with this ridiculous plan. Extremely disappointed. Hotel and staff are very nice. AC was switched to heating a week before arrival which we didn’t know. It was a bit warm in the room but once we opened the balcony door and kept it open throughout he night it felt cool.

Can I just say their food was absolutely delicious? Every single meal time (dinner mainly) food was cooked fresh and to perfection. Even though, i had received assurance that I would receive everything that came with my room, some things like toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided which inconvenienced my friends and I a lot. A lovely hotel to stay at when visiting Durres that has prime access to the beach, two pools, a spa area that’s included and great breakfast. The staff were very nice and always happy to help, the hotel itself is beautiful and the spread at breakfast is delicious. I only wish I came in warmer weather to swim in the outdoor pool.

Beautiful hotel by the sea. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The property location is centrally situated. The rooms are a little on the small side. Biggest drawback was the pervasive and persistent cigarette smoke and cigar smoke smell, both exterior with the entrance/outside cafe area, the lobby, the bar, the elevator and hallways, and rooms. This singular smell issue will prevent us from choosing this location in the future.

It is customary in Albania to smoke in every corner. In the hotel smoking from the lobby floor goes up to the rooms and it's just unbearable. It's hard to breathe. The clothes stinked, even in the room.

A bit pricey since spa cost extra even sauna they charge 15 euros per person per day. The breakfast is great. Rooms are a bit dated with many things semi broken, lights are blue/greenish , uncomfortable. No coffee powder in room and only 3 bags of tea during 4 days stay.

The room was clean and welcoming, and the bed was amazing! The mini bar is well stocked. There was a kettle, etc, for hot drinks, but only tea? There was a bit of a glitch when we went to book in; our rooms were not ready, and I felt that the receptionist wasn't very engaging. She told us it would be about 10 - 15 mins, 1 hour later, we were still waiting with no real apology. Although I will say...

There was too much smoking in different parts of the hotel, including the reception area.
